Weird Alien Scull?

"This alien was described to me by my girlfriend. She is an experiencer of many different kinds of aliens. She said she is quite fond of this particular being. As described to me, this alien ranged from six to seven feet tall. The skin is a pale white, and smooth. The eyes are dark with, glowing with glowing hues of light emanating from them. Above the eye is a thin layer of skin that is transparent. You can see the layers under this skin which makes the eyelid very colorful. The skull is the shape of a bell pepper. The neck is fragile and you can see the vertebrae through the skin. The Pepper Head, as my girlfriend affectionately calls this individual, is a very loving being. Her experience with the being is one of fondness and love."
