This work was done by FX Masters, I took it off their site sometime in the year 2000 if I remember correctly. This particular alien has been used in several claims as a real alien. As you can plainly see here, it a very nice work by an effects team to duplicate an alien autopsy. Click the following link to see the scandal invovling this now infamous photo.
