The hacker group Anonymous appears to have moved beyond its role of hacking into networks. Now the group has released a video that says "we are not alone." In the coming weeks, they plan to release evidence of extra terrestrial beings that have been on Earth since the early 1900s.

The group's posting said that the "truth" of the aliens are much more intricate than simple UFOs and flying saucers. Apparently within a few days Anonymous will release the information it has about the extra terrestrials who already interact with humans.

What a shock this weird news will be if it really is true. This seems a little off for the group, but you never know. Because they hack into top-secret networks perhaps they found the truth in some highly classified government computer. What do you think? The message from the group said, "Greetings citizens of the world. We now have the knowledge of the illuminati and we will share this information with you. We can perceive why those withholding this knowledge are doing so, but completely disagree, with that policy. It is every human's birthright, to be given the truth regarding reality and our place in the universe."

The photo above has been circulating around the internet with no explanation or credits. Some are saying this is a photo shop picture while others insist it's some sort of HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) . In reality it is a lighting discharge research antenna.

The Parrot on Mars photo is ruffling some feathers in the scientific community regarding the red planet and its Martian geoglyphs.

The Parrot on Mars image is way too accurate to be happenstance, says a group of geologists, veterinarians and a sculptor, who analyzed the details of several Martian bird images photographed from the NASA Mars Global Surveyor spacecraft.

The Mars Global Surveyor photo of the Parrot on Mars undeniably shows an "avian-shaped formation that exhibits a unique set of proportional features," say researchers George J. Haas, Michael Dale, James Miller and William Saunders, along with veterinary doctors A.J. Cole, Joseph Friedlander and Susan Orosz.

Could the Parrot on Mars simply be from a random lava flow, or could it be the result of some type of natural weathering process on Mars?
 

George J. Haas, the sculptor of the research group, said absolutely not, so I spoke at length with Mr. Haas on behalf of Californiality.

"As a sculptor, art instructor, writer, curator, and the former director of the Sculptors Association of New Jersey, it is my job to evaluate sculptures," Haas declared. "The Martian parrot was intentionally sculpted as art."

The Parrot on Mars was discovered in 2002 by Mars researcher Wilmer Faust. After reviewing photos snapped by the NASA Mars Global Surveyor, Faust presented his research to The Cydonia Institute, the organization founded by George Haas in 1991 to investigate artificial structures on Mars.

The research of Haas and The Cydonia Institute covers nearly a quarter-century of study and analysis of NASA and ESA photographs of the surface of Mars.

Wil Faust died in 2005, but George Haas carried forth the investigation into the Parrot on Mars, identifying the tail feathers, wing, clawed foot, leg, tongue, beak and eye of the Martian bird sculpture.

The avian formation was photographed on the edge of the Argyre Basin, not in the basin itself. The location is in the southern highlands of Mars known as Argyre Planitia.

The size of the Parrot on Mars is 1.5 mile long, 1/2 mile wide and 750 feet tall --- super gigantic and almost beyond comprehension.

"No geologic mechanisms can create such anatomical accuracies like what we see in this parrot formation with 17 points of anatomical correctness," said Haas. "This is beyond mere chance. What do you see?"

I responded by saying that the structure does, indeed, appear to be a sculpture of a bird, and that it reminded me of a Sphinx-like project from some ancient culture, like Sumeria or Egypt.

Haas is experienced in comparing aesthetically designed structures on planet Mars with the iconographic art of ancient Mesoamerican cultures, starting with the man-like Face on Mars.

For two decades, Haas studied the art of native North American and South American cultures and is a member of the Pre-Columbian Societies at the University of Pennsylvania.

Haas alluded to a possible correlation between the geoglyphs on Mars and the ancient Mayan city of Maxam, which was the capital of the Classic Maya kingdom of Saal.

The city is now known as Naranjo ("orange" in Spanish).

Perhaps because the planet Mars looks like an orange in the sky? I'll go a step further and say that my city of Los Angeles is known as "The Big Orange" and there are a lot of folks here who seem like they're from Mars --- but I digress.

Given all of the revelations of late this one is probably minor in comparison, but I’ve kept this info to myself for a few years now and I finally feel it’s time to get it out. Another piece of the huge jigsaw puzzle…..

A quick background on myself. I am a degreed engineer in the high-tech industry and have worked in the development of systems including unmanned robotic submarines, military satellite communications, and highly advanced medical equipment. I have been tested with a genius level IQ, and I am generally a very skeptical and scientifically minded individual. I don’t fool easily.

I am also a first-hand witness to 2 different UFO sightings – the point there being that I am not a “believer”. I don’t need to “believe” that UFOs exist because I know they exist.

During the 1970’s I was in the USAF as an electronics technician stationed in the California Mojave desert. During that time I became friends with another AF technician, for the course of this exchange we’ll call him Jay. I left the USAF in ’78, but Jay stayed in for a number of years more.

Around 2000 I was poking around on the internet and happened to find contact information for Jay, whom I had not seen or spoken to since I left the AF. After a few exchanges we agreed to meet again in person. I do not live in the same area of the US as Jay, but I was planning a visit to his area for other reasons and ended up combining the trip so that I could accomplish both objectives. The only reason for our getting together was to talk about “old times”, and rekindle what was once a very good and close friendship.

During my visit with Jay the talk began by being centered on old times and old friends. When speaking about 2 mutual friends in particular I explained to Jay that early one morning during our time in the AF I was traveling through the desert in a car with these 2 mutual friends and we witnessed 3 UFOs hovering and maneuvering at impossible rates of speed. Most people are either amazed or skeptical when I speak of my sightings, but Jay did not seem at all surprised, and he took it very causally. Jay then told me that we needed to get out of the house and take a walk. During this walk Jay related to me how he was recruited in the early 80’s to work on a project reverse engineering an alien propulsion system. He claims that this work was done at a DOE site near Richland, WA. Jay also implied that Area 51 for years now has been no more than a decoy – the real work having been long ago moved to the Richland area. Jay went into great detail about what he knew of the project. I was very surprised and shocked. Even being a first-hand UFO witness I was extremely skeptical of Jay’s story (my natural first reaction to anything such as this). I asked Jay questions, and he was able to “fire” his answers right back without hesitation. I asked Jay why he didn’t seem to be afraid to give me this information. Jay’s opinion was that “everyone is going to find out soon enough anyway”. Jay believed that disclosure was inevitable and would be happening sometime in the near-term future. Even though Jay left the AF after about a decade on the project he claims to have maintained contact with some of the key project members whom he still considers friends.

Jay told me that the project might be able to use someone with my talents and skills, and offered to forward my resume to the appropriate persons if I so desired. At that time I was not in a position to make such a move due to family considerations, but I do remember telling him that under other circumstances I’d “give my right arm” to work on such a project. Jay told me that if I ever changed my mind to just let him know – but of course he could not promise anything more than to forward my resume along with a “good word” to one of his friends on the project. I asked if they would consider a civilian on the project, and he told me that the project was actually being managed by civilians working for a large, well known, defense contractor.

Last year I was at a point in my life where I became able to seriously consider working on such a project. I contacted Jay and told him so. But instead of delivering my resume directly he told me the name of the defense contractor in charge of the project, and gave me some pointers on how to submit my resume. I did so, but never heard back anything. After a few months I began to become disillusioned at not even receiving an acknowledgment of my resume submission, and I began to doubt Jay’s story.

Then, just the other day I found your website. In particular I found your page concerning the DOE Hanford facility. I have been searching on and off for a while now to see if I could find any public info that related the Hanford site with UFO activity – and then BINGO, there it was on your site.

This was a huge confirmation for me concerning Jay’s story – and that’s why I contacted you and not someone else.

I haven’t spoken with Jay in 5 or 6 months now, but unless he has moved with no forwarding info I can call him and he has always been very open and willing to speak with me on the subject. I also have an email address for Jay that I know was working a few months ago.

So there is the complete and honest truth. I would like to contact Jay again so that this time I can get his story written down in detail. I feel that it would be very helpful if you could help me formulate some questions for Jay, in particular ones which would help us verify Jay’s story (although I tend to believe him anyway, additional proof always helps).

I have a strong desire to get to the truth of this whole matter. Obviously disclosure can’t come soon enough for me, but then again I don’t trust the government’s time-line and I’m personally not convinced that disclosure will be coming soon. This document was compiled from information I received during several telephone conversations with “Jay”. Much was said during these conversations, both on the UFO subject and on personal matters between two old friends. What is contained in this document is only that information relating to UFOs and alien technology, presented in the order in which it occurred during the phone conversations. The names of all persons mentioned in this document have been changed for their protection.

After leaving the USAF Jay worked for Westinghouse in or near Richland WA during the 1980s. The project was a collaboration between the US and the Japanese having to do with using pulsed electron beams for spacecraft propulsion (Jay also later related that this approach eventually hit a dead-end and was abandoned). Jay worked for Sandy, whose husband is a leading nuclear physicist who supposedly enrolled at MIT at a very young age. Sandy's husband (who did not work on the same project as Jay and Sandy) is on numerous boards and committees dealing with UFO crash recoveries and reverse engineering. Jay claims to still (as of 2006) be good friends with Sandy and her husband. One evening (date not given) while visiting at Sandy's home Sandy's husband told Jay that he had visited more than 50 UFO crash sites all over the world. Sandy's husband showed Jay a piece of “tin foil” that could not be torn or damaged and which returned perfectly to its original shape after being bent or crumpled. The piece of foil appeared to have been in some kind of explosion as it's edges were ragged as if blown apart by a great force. In Richland Jay worked “up in a little room” within an above ground building where it was required that when the work crew left a button was pushed which caused a green light to be lit on the exterior of the building indicating that all personnel had left the facility. One time Jay and his coworkers forgot to push the button and upon exiting the building to the outside they were immediately surrounded by military police with weapons drawn (I suppose that anyone seen coming out of the building when the green light was not on became suspect – inferring that all personnel had to enter and leave the building together). Whenever they had to do some “reactor work” (no explanation as to what that was) they would “go down” to a reactor “down by the river”, and this area was underground as was much of the facility. This was the only reference Jay made to any underground facilities in the Richland area.

During my next phone conversation with Jay he told me that he had a phone conversation with Sandy that same day. Jay related to her my “Black Triangle” sighting of March 30th, 2006 over my New England home (my sighting report can be viewed on www.hbccufo.org) and asked her if she knew why there seemed to be a lot more UFO sightings in the last 2 years, and a lot less media coverage of sightings at the same time. She confirmed that Jay was correct with this assessment, but she didn't answer Jay's next question as to why this was the case. Sandy told Jay that the Black Triangles were known as “The Searchers” which appear to be mapping the earth in some way or gathering other types of world-wide data on us using their sensors. Their origin and intentions seem to be largely unknown to Sandy and her husband. The conversation then turned to their old employer, Westinghouse. Over the last 10 years Westinghouse has supposedly withdrawn more and more from the public eye, the implication being that Westinghouse is becoming involved to greater and greater degrees with alien technology research. Sandy said to Jay “Tell me what you've heard about Westinghouse in the media over the last 10 years”, implying that their activities are increasingly being focused on black project work. Sandy stated “They are so far ahead in technology that if their technology (derived from alien technology) was marketed to the public they would easily become the largest and richest technology company in the world”. When Jay expressed some surprise and doubt Sandy said “C'mon Jay, you were up here, you used to work for Westinghouse”. During the conversation Sandy's husband came into the room and after Sandy said she was speaking with Jay Sandy's husband got on the phone with Jay. After Jay told Sandy's husband about my recent sighting Sandy's husband confirmed that there has recently been highly increased Black Triangle activity over the United States, the reason for this is apparently unknown.

During the 1980's when Jay and Sandy were working at Westinghouse Sandy's husband was working on a separate project involving magnetic propulsion derived from reverse engineered alien technology.

Jay's project involved electron beams which were accelerated and bounced off a target (a type of titanium alloy) to propel the target (difficult to understand from what Jay said exactly what he meant – propel the target or ?). The propulsion worked, but it was uncontrollable. The Japanese had already been working on the project for 10 years prior to Jay coming onto the project. The thought at that time was that alien craft traveled long distances in a reasonable time period simply by traveling extremely fast, but now it is known this is not the case. Based on information he receives through his friendship with Sandy and her husband Jay believes that all efforts are now focused on propulsion based on the bending or warping of space. Sandy's husband told Jay that he missed an exciting opportunity by “turning down that job”. I recall that Jay told me several years ago that the life of a black project worker put so much stress on himself and his family that it was the cause of his divorce from his first wife. I assume at that time (late 80's or early 90's) is when Jay decided he no longer wanted to continue doing black project work. Sandy's husband has made the comment to Jay that “We'll be visiting the other side of the universe within years”, but Jay thinks that maybe Sandy's husband might either be sharing wishful thinking or he may have been letting Jay know something real that he could not expand on further. Jay claims that Sandy's husband is a bit eccentric in addition to being a genius and often Jay must “read between the lines” concerning things that Sandy's husband tells him. Sandy's husband talked again about “The Searchers” who are “mapping” the earth (but what kind of mapping wasn't explained). Sandy's husband says that the Black Triangles are showing up everywhere, rural and urban areas – not seeming to concentrate on specific targets like some other UFOs appear to do. Sandy , Jack, Dave, and two others made up Jay's project team in Richland. Westinghouse recruited Jay through Wayne-Gate Dynaweld (?)(not sure if I got this spelling right, but it's what it sounded like to me).

This May 1995 lecture is one of only a few given by Mr. Schneider before his untimely death. Openly acknowledging that the dissemination of this information constituted both a breach of his security oaths and a major violation of federal law, he speculated as to how long he might be allowed to continue speaking out in this manner.

In the revised September 1950 edition of "THE EFFECTS OF ATOMIC WEAPONS" prepared for and in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission, under the direction of the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, we read about how "complete Underground placement of Bases is desirable". On page #381: "There are apparently no fundamental difficulties in construction and operating Underground various types of important Facilities. The U.S. Government, in 1933, agreed to trade Animals and Humans in exchange for High Tech Knowledge, and allow them to use (undisturbed) UNDERGROUND BASES, in the Western USA. A Special Group was formed to deal with the Alien Beings. In the 1940's, "Alien Life Forms (ALF)" began shifting their focus of operations, from Central and South America, to the USA. WHOS PLANET IS THIS?

These Aliens consider themselves "Native Terrans". They are an Ancient Race (descendent from a Reptilian Humanoid Species which cross-bred with Sapient Humans). They are untrustworthy manipulative Mercenary Agents for another Extraterrestrial Culture (The DRACO) who are returning to Earth (their ancient "Outpost") to use it as a staging area. But, these Alien Cultures are in conflict over Whos' Adgenda will be followed for this Planet. All the while Mental Control is being used to keep Humans "in place", especially since the Forties. The DULCE Complex is a Joint US Government / Alien Base. It was the first built with The Aliens (others are in Colorado, NV, AZ.

THE SECRET "ACTIVITY"

Paul Benewitz reports, about his study into the Dulce area, "Troops went in and out of there every summer, starting in '47. The natives do recall that. They also built a road - right in front of the people of Dulce and trucks went in and out for a long period. That Road was later blocked and destroyed.. The signs on the trucks were 'Smith' Corp. out of Paragosa Springs, Colorado. No such corporation exists now - no record exists..... I belive the Base - at least the first one was being built then under the cover of a lumbering project.... problem - they NEVER hauled logs. Only BIG Equipment".

R&D AND THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

THE RAND CORP. became involved and did a study, for the Base. Most of the lakes near Dulce were made, via Government grants 'for' the Indians. NAVAJO DAM is the main source for conventional electrical power, with a second source in EL VADO (also, an entrance). Note: If RAND is the mother of "THINK TANKS", then the "FORD FOUNDATION" must be considered the father. Rand secrecy is not confined to 'Reports', but on occasion extends to Conferences and Meetings. On page #645 of The PROJECT RAND, proceedings of the DEEP UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION SYMPOSIUM (March 1959) we read: "Just as airplanes, ships and automobiles have given man mastery of the surface of the Earth, Tunnel-Boring Machines... will give him access to the Subterranean World". Note: The Sept. 1983 issue of "OMNI" (pg#80) has a color drawing of "THE SUBTERRENE", the Los Alamos nuclear-powered tunnel machine that burrows through the rock, deep underground, by heating whatever stone it encounters into molten rock (magma), which cools after the SUBTERRENE has moved on. These underground tubes are used by electro- magnetically powered "Subshuttle Vehicles", which can travel at great speeds. They connect the "Hidden Empire" Sub-City Complexes. Also, the top-secret project code-named: "NOAH's ARK", uses "TUBE-SHUTTLES" in connection with a system of over 100 'Bunkers' and 'Bolt Holes' which have been established at various places on Earth. With other Bases inside the Moon and Mars. Many of these underground Cities are complete with streets, sidewalks, lakes, small electric cars, apartments, offices and shopping malls. There were over 650 attendees to the 1959 RAND Symposium. Most were representatives of the Corporate- Industrial State, like: THE GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, AT&T, HUGHES AIRCRAFT, NORTHROP CORP., SANDIA CORP., STANFORD RESEARCH INSTITUTE, WALSH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, THE BECHTEL CORP, COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES, ECT,ECT. BECHTEL (pronounced BECK-tul) is a supersecret international corporate octopus, founded in 1898. Some say the firm is really a "SHADOW GOVERNMENT" - a working arm of the CIA. It is the largest construction and engineering outfit, in the USA and the WORLD (and some say BEYOND). The most important posts in the US Government are held by former BECHTEL Officers. They are part of "The WEB" (an interconnected control system) which links the Tri-Lateralist plans, the C.F.R. the Orders of "Illuminism" (Cult of the All-Seeing Eye) and other interlocking groups.

SURVIVING THE FUTURE

The DULCE FACILITY consists of a Central "HUB", the Security Section, (also some photo labs). The deeper you go, the stronger the Security. This is a multi-leveled Complex. There are over 3000 cameras at various High-Security locations (exits and Labs). There are over 100 Secret Exits near and around Dulce. Many around Archuleta Mesa, others to the south around Dulce Lake and even as far east as Lindrith. Deep sections of the Complex connect into natural Cavern Systems. A person who worked at the Base, who had an "ULTRA 7" Clearance, reports: "There may be more than seven levels, but I only know of seven. Most of the Aliens are on 5-6-7 Levels. Alien housing is Level Five."

21st CENTURY POWER: "BIO-TECH"

We are leaving the Era of expendable resources, like Oil based products. The Power of the Future is Re-newable resources... "Biologically" Engineered. Biogenetic (DNA Manipulation) programming is then instilled - they are "Implanted" and controlled at a distance through RF (Radio Frequency) transmissions. Many Humans are also being "Implanted" with Brain Transceivers. These act as telepathic "Channels" and telemetric brain manipulation devices. The network-net was set-up by DARPA (Advanced Research Project Agengy). Two of the procedures were, RHIC (Radio-Hypnotic Intercerebral Control) and EDOM (Electronic Dissolution of Memory). The brain transceiver is inserted into the head thru the nose. These devices are used in the Soviet Union and the United Stated, as well as Sweden. The Swedish Prime Minister Palme gave the National Swedish Police Board the right (in 1973) to insert brain transmitters into the heads of human beings COVERTLY! They also developed ELF and EM wave propagation equipment (RAYS) which affect the nerves and can cause nausea, fatigue, irritability, even death. This is essentially the same as Richard Shaver's Cavern "Telaug" Mech. This research into biodynamic relationships within organisms ("BIOLOGICAL PLASMA") has produced a RAY that can change the "genetic structure" and "HEAL". Shaver's Cavern "BEN-Mech" could HEAL!

As US Energy Secretary, John Herrington named the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory and New Mexico's Los Alamos National Laboratory to house new advanced genetic research centers as part of a Project to decipher the Human Genome. The Genome holds the genetically coded instructions that guide the transformation of a single cell - a fertilized egg - into a Biological Being. "The Human Genome Project may well have the greatest direct impact on humanity of any scientific initiative before us today", said David Shirley, Director of the Berkeley Laboratory.

Covertly, this research has been going on for years, at DULCE LABS. Level #6 is privately called "NIGHT-MARE HALL", it holds the Genetic Labs. Reports from workers who have seen bizarre experimentation, are as follows: "I have seen multi-legged 'humans' that look like half-human / half-octopus. Also Reptilian-humans, and furry creatures that have hands like humans and cries like a baby, it mimics human words... also huge mixture of Lizard-humans in cages". There are fish, seals, birds and mice that can barely be considered those species. There are several cages (and vats) of Winged-humanoids, grotesque Bat-like creatures...but 3 1/2 to 7 feet tall. Gargoyle-like beings and Draco-Reptoids. Level #7 is worse, row after row of thousands of humans and human mixtures in cold storage. Here too are embryo storage vats of Humanoids in various stages of development. "I frequently encountered humans in cages, usually dazed or drugged, but sometimes they cried and begged for help. We were told they were hopelessly insane, and involved in high risk drug tests to cure insanity. We were told to never try to speak to them at all. At the beginning we believed that story. Finally in 1978 a small group of workers discovered the truth. It began the Dulce Wars". (and a secret resistance Unit was formed) Note: There are over 18,000 "Aliens" at the Dulce Base. In late 1979, there was a confrontation (over weapons), alot of Scientists and Military personnel were KILLED. The Base was closed for a while....But, it IS currently active. Note: Human and animal abductions (for their Blood and other parts) slowed in the mid-1980s, when the Livermore Berkeley Labs began production of artificial blood for Dulce. William Cooper states: "A clash occurred where in 66 people, of our people, from the National Recon Group, the DELTA group, which is responsible for Security of all Alien connected Projects, were killed." The DELTA Group (within Intelligence Support Activity) have been seen with badges which have a black Triangle on a red background. DELTA is the fourth letter of the Greek alphabet. It has the form of a triangle, and figures prominently in certain Masonic Signs. *EACH BASE HAS ITS OWN SYMBOL. The DULCE Base symbol is a triangle with the Greek letter "Tau" (T) within it and then the symbol is inverted, so the triangle points down. * The Insignia of "a triangle and 3 laterial lines" has been seen on "Saucer (transport) Craft", The Tri-Laterial Symbol. * Other symbols mark landing sights and Alien Craft.

INSIDE THE DULCE BASE

Security Officers wear jumpsuits, with the Dulce Symbol on the front upper left side. The standard hand weapon, at Dulce is a "Flash Gun", which is good against Humans and Aliens. The ID card (used in card slots, for the doors and elevators) has the Dulce Symbol above the ID photo. "Government Honchos" use cards with the Great Seal of the U.S. on it. "The Cult of the All-Seeing Eye" (THE NEW WORLD ORDER) 13, "666" The Phoenix Empire....."9" "Illuminism"... "One out of many". After the Second Level, everyone is weighed, in the nude, then given a Uniform. "Visitors" are given an 'off white' uniform. In front of ALL sensitive areas are scales built under the doorway, by the door control. The persons card must match with the weight and code or the door won't open. Any discrepancy in weight (any change over three pounds) will summon Security. No one is allowed to carry anything into or out of sensitive areas. All supplies are put thru a Security conveyor system. The Alien Symbol language appears a lot at the Facility. During the construction of the Facility (which was done in stages, over many years) the Aliens assisted in the Design and Construction materials. Many of the things assembled by the workers, were of a Technology they could not understand, yet...it would function when fully put together. Example: The elevators have no cables. They are controlled magnetically. The Magnetic system is inside the walls. There are no conventional electrical controls. All is controlled by advanced Magnetics. That includes a magnetically induced ( phosphorescent ) Illumination System. There are no regular light bulbs. All EXITS are magnetically controlled. Note: it has been reported that, "If you place a large magnet on a entrance, it will affect an immediate interruption. They will have to come out and reset the system."

THE TOWN OF DULCE

The area around Dulce has had a high number of reported Animal Mutilations. The Government and the Aliens used the animals for Environmental tests, Psychological Warfare on people, ect. The Aliens also wanted large amounts of Blood for Genetic, Nutritional and other reasons. In the book, "ETs & UFOs - THEY NEED US, WE DON'T NEED THEM" by Virgil "Posty" Armstrong, he reports how his friends (Bob & Sharon) stopped for the night in Dulce and went out to dinner. "They overheard some local residents openly and vociferously discussing Extraterrestrial Abduction of townspeople for purposes of experimentation." The ET's were taking unwilling human guinea pigs from the general populace of Dulce and Implanting Devices in their heads and bodies. The townspeople were frightened and angry but didn't feel that they had any recourse since the ET's had our Governments knowledge and approval. Recently, participants in a "field investigation" of the area near Archuletta Mesa, were confronted by two small hovering 'Spheres'. They all became suddenly ill and had to leave the area.

"THE MONITORS": ABDUCTIONS

In the Fifties, the EBES (Greys) began taking large numbers of humans for experiments. By the Sixties, the rate was speeded up and they began getting careless (they didn't care). Man this is freaky. This is Queen Elizabeth's official Diamond Jubilee photograph, believe it or not. I couldn't believe my eyes when I stumbled upon it.

Talk about implying the interdimensional while staring at humanity with complete disdain. This is just disgusting. You sure know who she reports to as well. The Knights Templars' cross insignia is on her chest (reflected, so twice) and is the dominant image on her crown.

Notice anything else? What does the reflected garter-type ribbon form? A giant V which stands for the number six in Hebrew (Vav) and has many other inferences, from alien control to freemasonry.

Just the overall portrayal of abject opulence and the arrogance of presumptuous power is enough to make you sick, but flaunting your occult control takes it to the next level. Just where they like to communicate.

But let's talk about that mirror image.

The Perfect Double

To be honest, that's a pretty amazing shot. I still don't see how you can get a total double image with a perfect profile in the mirror while shooting from apparently head on but I guess they can do that. But it's so lucid you don't know if you're looking at the reflection or the original in the foreground. It plays with your head.

It's weird.

I mean the whole idea of royalty is already as strange to me as Roman Catholicism and the mindboggling fact that people actually buy into it. If anything attests to the manipulability of the human race, those are two great examples. Amazing and disgusting. The human battery is no myth. We empower their network.

Omen of Death - Making Way for Puppet Prince William?

The occult implications of this "Jubilee" photo are many. Mirrors have been used for divination, psychic power and to peer into other dimensions. They played a major part in ancient lore but only get slight attention in fantasy films or tales of fiction today, and are often associated with evil. They are also a prominent symbol for mind control where they symbolize the alters created in subjects that are manipulated by their handlers.

One other thing.

A common belief amongst many cultures is that dreaming of or seeing one's reflection was also considered an omen of death. Is that why she's not so happy, she's picking up on it? Or is she being set up and this is another Illuminati ceremonial portrayal at work letting their minions know what the plan is?

Mirrored Images, Dopplegangers & Shapeshifters

A doppelganger is the ghostly or in some cases, a physical double of a living person. The term has, in the vernacular, come to refer to any double or look-alike of a person, most commonly in reference to a so-called evil twin, or to bilocation. Alternatively, the word is used to describe a phenomenon where you catch your own image out of the corner of your eye. In some traditions, seeing one's own doppelganger is an omen of death. A doppelganger seen by friends or relatives of a person may sometimes bring bad luck, or indicate an approaching illness or health problem.

The doppelgangers of folklore cast no shadow, and have no reflection in a mirror or in water. They are supposed to provide advice to the person they shadow, but this advice can be misleading or malicious. They can also, in rare instances, plant ideas in their victim's mind or appear before friends and relatives, causing confusion. In many cases once someone has viewed his own doppelganger he is doomed to be haunted by images of his ghostly counter-part. Other folklore says that when a person's doppleganger is seen, the person him/herself will die shortly. It is considered unlucky to try to communicate with such a doppleganger.

Washington, DC -- While many frown when they think of the high interest
rates, U.S. hostages held abroad and foreign policy giveaways associated
with the Carter administration, former President Jimmy Carter's true legacy
may be even more shocking than imagined.

Carter seemingly ran an end run around a law passed in the wake of
Watergate and signed before Carter took office, which limited White House
powers, when he formed the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

FEMA was based on Richard Nixon's Executive Order (EO) 11490.

The legislation contained nearly 200,000 words on 32 pages. It
pertained to every executive order ever issued unless specifically revoked.

When Carter took office, EO 11490 was incorporated into a new order
allowing a president to assume dictatorial powers during any self-
proclaimed "emergency" situation; these powers will remain with a president
until specifically revoked by Congress.

Some senators thought they had successfully squashed the chief
executive's "national emergency" powers more than 10 years ago, after a
bipartisan congressional committee pushed the National Emergencies Act into
law.

Until September 14, 1976, the nation's chief executive officer was
empowered by more than 470 special statues to "seize property, organize and
control the means of production, seize commodities, institute martial law,
seize and control all transportation and communication, regulate the
operation of private enterprise, restrict travel and, in a host of other
ways, control the lives of Americans," then-Sen. Frank Church (D-Idaho)
said in the _Congressional Record_.

The National Emergencies Act, which took effect in 1978, was supposed
to prevent the nation from turning into a potential dictatorship.
Presidents had used their "emergency" powers at least four times in the
previous 45 years.

The president held this little-known sway over citizens through
executive orders, which he could write into law in a moment's notice. No
group, neither elected officials, business leaders, nor private citizens,
had the power to void these laws.

Franklin Roosevelt invoked a national emergency in 1933 to deal with
the banking crisis, and Harry Truman responded to the Korean War with an
emergency act in 1950.

Richard Nixon declared a pair of crises. In March 1970 he declared a
national emergency to deal with the post office strike. The Nixon White
House was at it again 16 months later when it implemented currency
restriction in August of 1971 in order to control foreign trade.

Then, in 1976, after two years of public hearings and committee
meetings, a bipartisan special congressional Committee on Emergency Powers
pushed legislation to wrestle power from the White House.

The National Emergencies Act became law on September 14, 1978,.
Senators used the second anniversary of their law to pat each other on the
back -- through the _Congressional Record_ -- and to attempt to establish
Congress's role in national security.

"The Congress must never again trade away its responsibilities in the
name of national emergency," Church said. "Let that be one of the lessons
learned from the investigation completed, the passage of the National
Emergencies Act and the termination today of emergency powers."

Church's warning fell on deaf ears. Less than one year later,
President Jimmy Carter ordered into being an entire apparatus --
unprecedented in American history -- designed to seize and exercise all
political, economic and military power in the United States.

Carter, Ronald Reagan, George Bush or any future president could
establish himself as total dictator.

Carter did this with an executive order -- EO 12148.

An executive order has never been defined by Congress. The validity
of such directives has been questioned many times, but there has never been
a decision made by the courts or Congress on how far-reaching executive
orders may be.

Through existing executive orders it is possible for one person to
ignore the Constitution, Congress and the will of the American people. A
complete dictatorship can be imposed under the veil of law.

A declaration by the president of the existence of a "national
emergency" has always stopped short of martial law, although the president
has that prerogative. Undoubtedly it would be exercised in the event of an
attack on the United States.

An attempt was made to incorporate all the "national emergency" powers
into one law under Nixon. However, in the wake of the Watergate scandal,
he was unable to pull off the presidential coup.

Carter, a Trilateralist, did.

OBJECTIVES

1) The primary objectives for human survival include freedom, independence, strength, awareness, unity, and self-sufficiency. All other objectives, as outlined in the following subsections, are goals necessary for achieving the primary objectives.

2) The term “Freedom” refers to individual freewill and the exercise of certain unalienable Rights of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. “Independence” refers to a Right to be separate and insulated from unwanted influences. “Strength” indicates a level of ability necessary to insure “Freedom” and “Independence” for all mankind.

3) The term “Awareness” refers to humanity’s understanding of the current state of affairs. “Unity” refers to humanity cooperating to overcome mutual concerns. And “Self-sufficiency” refers to the preservation of essential resources necessary for the sustenance of life on planet Earth.


5.1 Preparations

1) Before humanity can begin to muster a defense against its enemies and resist their unwanted influences, it must first prepare for a difficult and prolonged confrontation. This starts with the strengthening of the human body by the removal of individual threats, as outlined in section 2.3. Without personal health and strength, you cannot provide an adequate defense.

2) The objective of preparation is to make yourself, and your loved ones, sovereign entities with the ability to exist for at least two years on your own, without outside assistance. Your first order of business is to obtain a safe haven. The cities are the most dangerous places to be during an emergency. Your shelter should be secluded, independent of financial responsibility, and secure from the elements and incursion.

3) You and your family can get along for quite a while without food, but only for a short time without water. Some of your water requirements could be met by making use of the water in home hot-water tanks and toilet tanks. If there is any question about the safety or cleanliness of the water you intend to use, it must first be purified. The safest method of purifying water is to boil it vigorously for 1 to 3 minutes to destroy bacteria that might be present. To improve the taste of the water after it has been boiled, pour the boiled water from one clean container to another several times.

4) Any household bleach solution that contains hypochlorite as its only active ingredient will purify water easily and inexpensively. Add 8 drops of bleach to each gallon of clear water in any clean container in which it can be thoroughly mixed by stirring or shaking. Use double the amount of bleach to cloudy water. Then, let the mixture stand for 30 minutes. The taste or smell of chlorine in the water thus treated is a sign of safety. You can also use ordinary household 2-percent tincture of iodine to purify small quantities of water. Add 12 drops for each gallon of clear water, 24 drops for cloudy water and stir thoroughly.

5) Stockpiled foods should be in cans, jars, or sealed paper or plastic containers. Select foods that will last for months without refrigeration and can be eaten with little or no cooking. Take into consideration the needs and preferences of family members, storage space, and the ability to rotate stored foods in family meals. Familiar foods are likely to be more acceptable in times of stress.

6) Whenever possible, choose cans and jars in sizes that will fill your family's needs for only one meal. This is especially desirable for meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, evaporated milk, and other foods that deteriorate rapidly after a container is opened. The following is a list of foods that will supply the calories needed by one adult for two weeks. Teenagers are likely to need more and younger children need less. If your family consists of four adults, store four times the amount suggested:

7) Evaporated or dry milk for an equivalent of 7 fluid quarts; 28 servings (8 to 9 pounds) of canned meat, poultry, fish, cooked dry beans, and peas; 42 to 56 servings (about 21 pounds) of canned juices, fruit, and vegetables and dried fruit; 42 to 56 servings (5 to 7 pounds) of ready-to-eat cereal, crackers, cookies, canned bread, puddings, and cake, flour and mixes, macaroni and spaghetti noodles; bread and cracker spreads, fats and vegetable oil, and sugars, sweets, and nuts according to family practices; and miscellaneous products include coffee, tea, cocoa (instant), dry cream product, bouillon products, flavored beverage powders, seasonings, vinegar, soda, and baking powder.

8) Next, you should equip your shelter with manual tools and manually operated equipment. Electricity can be generated from solar panels, windmills, or manually rotated automotive generators and stored in twelve-volt batteries. DC into AC power converters are available from electronic and automotive centers. Stoves and furnaces should use natural fuel such as wood or solar energy. Farming tools and seeds should also be stored for future food supplies.

9) You should also prepare to defend yourself, your family, and property against those who may attempt to take your life, freedom, or property from you. Pepper spray is an ideal non-lethal weapon with a range of up to 15 feet. But, you should also be proficient with the use of firearms for hunting and against lethal attack. Perimeter defenses and intrusion sensors should also be set in place. In times of emergencies, when law enforcement may not be available, you should be prepared for desperate actions taken by desperate people.

10) Finally, you should organize your local community for a common defense, health care, and the gathering and sharing of essential supplies. There is strength in numbers if the numbers do not draw too much unwanted attention. Mutual support should be organized for the accomplishment of necessary tasks. Essential skills must be learned, independent power supplied, and secure communications provided.

In his book " The Lost Journals of Nikola Tesla" Tim Swartz talks in part about the many possible trunks, crates, and boxes of Tesla's scientific papers being strung from one end of the country to the next. Left behind when Tesla could no longer afford the cost of room and board in the many hotels that where nice enough to give Nikola a room in his lean times and years. He stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for 20 years for example and left behind many of his belongings. Anyone in possession of one of these trunks or boxes of supposed papers would be holding onto pure gold in the data these papers may contain.

 Upon his death the U.S. military confiscated all Tesla's materials, papers, and anything they could find either in his laboratory or his residence. The many crates of materials and other personal belongings Tesla left to the many hotels he lived in over the years, and and all materials related to Tesla became very hot items for the military of this country as well as others. The weapons potential of Tesla's inventions where all they really wanted for years before. Free energy devices could also lead to better and more efficient weapons, weather control, seismic activities, etc. Everyone wanted Telsa's idea's after he was dead. 

In his book, Swartz talks of a man who came upon some of these alleged papers and apparently they brought him nothing but bad luck and visits from strange men in black types who harassed the individual and threatened him until apparently all the papers went missing, stolen from the man's residence. 

It is known that Mr. Tesla did not like to put his ideas on paper having the ability to visually see any invention or creation in his mind. Tesla preferred keeping the blueprints in his head but he still had to put things down on paper for others to visualize and also in order to file his some 40 patents. According to various sources Tesla would have actually have put out volumes and volumes of paper work over the many years of his life.

After his death in 1943 the U.S government went on a scramble to locate any and all things related to Nikola Tesla before any other counrties could get their own hands on any of the material. Tesla's nephew Sava Kosanovic reported that before the OAP had arrived at Tesla's residence, someone else had gone throught the belongings and took an unknown amount of papers and notes.

It is also known by the F.B.I. that the Nazi's had stolen away with a sizeable amount of Telsa's research several years prior to his death. Some speculate that the Nazi UFO program was based in Tesla tech.

There are stories some true, some rumors that boxes and cases of Nikola Tesla's papers went up for auction both during his life and after his death. 

What ever happened it is very clear that many people then and now know the value of this most intelligent genius that only wanted to make life easier for humankind. Personally, I don't know what I would do If I found a crate of Tesla's papers. I surely couldn't understand them if I had them in my hands.

What magic will be wrought by him in the end? What is to be his greatest deed, his crowning achievement?
According to an adopted theory, every ponderable atom is differentiated from a tenuous fluid, filling all space merely by spinning motion, as a whirl of water in a calm lake. By being set in movement this fluid, the ether, becomes gross matter. Its movement arrested, the primary substance reverts to its normal state. It appears, then, possible for man through harnessed energy of the medium and suitable agencies for starting and stopping ether whirls to cause matter to form and disappear. Chemtrails. A phenomenon we all see, fret about, theorize and learn about. I have written or posted about chemtrails often enough in the past. This author, Peter Kirby, has opened up a whole new door of possibilities as to at least one purpose served by chemtrails that I would never have considered, simply because, naïve me, I had not considered the financial gain to be created as a result of the weather changes that never fail to follow a heavy layer of aerosol chemicals in the skies.

We know Wall Street brokers and their ilk will gamble on anything that moves if there is a buck to be made. Heck, a penny to be made. Who would have thought that gambling on the weather would be a billion dollar business? Read on….

In his paper ‘ Why in the World Are They Spraying? ‘,journalist Michael Murphy floats the idea that chemtrails are sprayed in order to manipulate the weather derivatives market.

He posted the story right here on The IntelHub.com on Oct. 11, 2011. It ran alongside my article ‘ Chemtrails Exposed ‘.

He may not be too far off the mark as my humble investigation leads me to many questionable situations,strange bedfellows and none other than those legends of corruption and waste,Enron. The thoroughly disgraced and vilified corporation was one of the founders of the market.

Would you put it past Enron? 
OVERVIEW: 
Weather derivatives are financial instruments (options, futures and options on futures) everyone can buy that either pay off or don’t pay off according to recorded atmospheric conditions such as temperature and rainfall. These instruments are mostly traded on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). They are also traded on smaller Over the Counter (OTC) markets.

Atmospheric conditions are recorded and published by authorized organizations.

Although they are available for frost, snowfall, rain, wind speed, and many others, the most common type of weather derivative by far is based on temperature. According to industry experts, temperature based weather derivatives account for 75-99% of all weather derivatives sold.

This is how temperature based weather derivatives work. Indices take a location’s daily average temperature, and then a number is determined by how much that day’s average temperature deviates from 65 degrees Fahrenheit (or 18 degrees Celsius outside the U.S.).

The number deduced determines the derivative’s value and is usually aggregated over a period of weeks, months or seasons. Other indices simply aggregate average daily temperatures. In short, the day’s average temperature determines the derivative’s value.

You can bet that temperatures will be above or below the long term daily average for a particular date or group of dates.

The first weather derivative transactions were conducted over the counter in 1997 between Willis Group Holdings, Koch Industries, Pxre Reinsurance Company and Enron. These transactions followed the deregulation of the energy market in the U.S.

The weather derivatives market was greatly expanded in 1999 when weather derivatives began trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

The Weather Risk Management Association (WRMA) was founded in 1999 as well and is the leading industry association.

The founding members were: Aquila Power Company, Castlebridge Partners, Enron Capital and Trade Associates, Koch Industries, Southern Company Energy Marketing, and Swiss RENew Markets.

This year (2011), the WRMA released the results of a survey which pegs the current global weather derivatives market value at about $12 billion.

USA reported in its article ‘ Weather Derivatives Becoming Hot Commodities’ that the largest broker of weather derivatives in the world is TFS Energy.

A man named Kendall Johnson, who is described as one of the industry’s most powerful professionals,states, “Businesses in the U.S., Japan, London and Amsterdam are the most frequent users of weather risk management, though companies in emerging markets like India are beginning to trade weather derivatives.” 
Other big corporate players include: British Gas, Hess Energy, ABN Amro, Merrill Lynch, AXA Re,Swiss Re, Koch Energy, Ren Re Energy, Nephila Capital, Munich Re, Speedwell Weather Derivatives, Vyapar Capital Market Partners, Galileo Weather Risk Management, PCE Investors / Cumulus, EDF Trading Limited, Risk Solutions International,E.ON Energy Trading, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company and Endurance Reinsurance Corporation of America.

As you can see,re-insurers are some of the biggest market players. Geoffrey Considine,Ph.D. (a high profile weather derivatives industry insider) writes in his paper ‘Introduction to Weather Derivatives’, “There are a number of drivers behind the growth of the weather derivative market. Primary among these is the convergence of capital markets with insurance markets.” 
Swiss Re is a name that comes up repeatedly and just happens to be the insurer of the World Trade towers at the time of the 9/11 attacks. But, I’m sure that’s just a coincidence. Nothing to see here… move along.

ENRON: 
By all accounts, Enron conceived and initiated the weather derivatives market.

According to ‘Weather Derivatives’ by authors from the London School of Economics, the Swiss Finance Institute and the University of Geneva, “…electronic trading platforms have always played an important role in the development of the market, especially Enron’s platform in the early days.” 
Enron initiated the weather derivatives market in Europe as well. According to ‘Weather, Finance and Meteorology ~forecasting and derivatives’ by Samuel Randalls, “Inthe UK, the first weather derivative deal was sold by Enron to Scottish Hydropower who, at that time, 1998, were taking part in a government pilot scheme for the privatization and deregulation of energy markets.” 
In regards to Enron’s weather derivatives division known as ‘Enron Weather’, one of the co-authors ofthe book ‘ Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room’ ,Bethany McLean wrote me that, “A guy named John Sherriff was pretty instrumental in starting it, but the woman who ran the business, whose name was Lynda Clemmons, ended up leaving for a reinsurer ~ can’t remember the name ofit ~ long before Enron’s bankruptcy.” 
Lynda Clemmons now works as an advisor at Vyapar Capital Market Partners; a big weather derivatives player. John Sherriff is now the owner of Lake Tahoe Financial.

MARKET PARTICIPANTS: 
The energy sector is the biggest buyer of weather derivatives because energy companies’ bottom lines and cash flows are largely affected by temperature fluctuations. This is why temperature based weather derivatives are the most prevalent. Energy companies produce more power and thus increase cash flows when the weather gets either hot or cold because people use more air conditioning when it is hot and more heat when it is cold. The weather derivatives market was created with the energy sector in mind. As we have seen, the market was founded by big energy players, most notably Enron. According to a Chicago Mercantile Exchange brochure, the 65 degree baseline selected for determining daily index values was chosen by the energy industry.

The terms used to describe index values are Heating Degree Days (HDD) and Cooling Degree Days(CDD). Heating Degree Days refer to the number of degrees Fahrenheit above 65 the average temperature of a Winter’s day is. Cooling Degree Days refer to the number of degrees Fahrenheit below 65 degrees a Summer’s day is.

It is this way because 65 degrees is about the temperature where if it is warmer than that, people use more air conditioning and if it is cooler than that, people tend to use more heating.

Industry publications claim substantial non-financial or non-energy sector participation in the weather derivatives market. Of businesses outside the finance or energy sectors, my investigation revealed very little participation.

It is unrealistic that,especially in the tough economy we’ve been having lately, an organizer of an outdoor event, let’s say, would first of all even be aware of weather derivatives, much less use the time, energy, expertise and money to buy such things.

Businesses outside of finance and energy usually use more traditional forms of insurance or hedge with commodities contracts. Weather derivatives are almost entirely an energy and finance sector market. There is hardly any retail investor activity here.

Industry publications also often claim that weather derivatives are used by energy companies only as hedges against unforeseen demand lapses. If a particular winter is too warm, for example, an energy company would not make as much money selling fuel as they would in an abnormally cold winter.

But, the reasoning goes,if they have purchased a hedge in the form of weather derivatives, they can make up those losses.

I assert that weather derivatives are traded like any other Wall Street market. To make a buck,they are traded any way possible. Enron, the founder of the market is famous for their trading desk which specialized in arbitrage.

The Bloomberg article‘Hedge Funds Pluck Money From Air in $19 Billion Weather Gamble’ had it right. Nowhere in this article will you see any mention of non-financial or energy sector participation.

In fact, industry professionals are quoted as saying they are, “…using weather as market intelligence.” And that their business is, “…like playing poker.” 
Because both weather derivatives and energy futures rise and fall depending upon temperature, the two markets are related. It is reasonable to assume that weather derivatives are traded in conjunction with energy futures.

CONCLUSIONS: 
Are weather derivatives the reason chemtrails are sprayed? 
I don’t know. It’s very plausible.

I believe I have provided here a great circumstantial case.

The errant, singular chemtrail doesn’t support the ‘weather derivative market as a cause’ thesis because a lone chemtrail would not have a significant impact on temperature or any other atmospheric condition.

It might be done as a psychological operation. But, when downtown Phoenix is gridded with chemtrails on an otherwise clear day, producing a haze which is totally foreign to that climate, temperature (which drives weather derivative and energy markets) is probably affected significantly.

Does anybody out there know of a study showing how much influence stratospheric aerosols have on temperature? After a Google search, I couldn’t find one. Although,I did see some stuff that seemed to suggest that aerosols can move temperature 2 degrees F or more.

Weather derivatives by themselves are big money gambles. They may be valuable enough to make it worth putting planes up in the sky spraying stuff. If you divide last year’s total market value ($12 billion) by the number of traded contracts(466,000), you get the average contract value which is $25,321.

A matter of a few degrees on a given day or group of days could mean hundreds of thousands of dollars. The current weather derivatives market may not be big enough to support all chemtrail activity, but if you factor in the related multi-trillion dollar energy futures markets and energy company revenues, I don’t have much doubt that there is enough to support it.

The fact that chemtrails are sprayed over mostly urban areas makes sense if one of the desired effects is manipulated power usage. More people and therefore more power consumers affected per square mile means a more efficient operation.

The weather derivatives market and probably other opportunities were made possible by deregulation of the energy market. Enron founded the weather derivatives market.

Was the Department ofEnergy in bed with Enron? 
I wouldn’t doubt it.

The fact that Enron founded the market is very dubious. This is a company whose accounting firm, Arthur Andersen, shredded more than a ton of their documents in one dayas Enron’s chairman Ken Lay told everybody everything was fine.

When Enron CEO Lou Pai’s wife found out about his stripper girlfriend complete with his love child, she divorced him. Enron’s bankruptcy resulted in at least 33 criminal charges against employees and executives. People suffered under high power costs inflated by Enron.

When Enron and their cronies intentionally disrupted power service as they were known to do, people were injured and died.

Who knows how many bodies they left? 
These guys were not playing patty cakes.

These guys ARE the Nazi party.

Have you ever heard of something called ‘Operation Paperclip’? If you like being ripped-off, beaten and murdered, you’ll love these guys. Personally, I’m not into that. I wouldn’t put anything past Enron.

Could this or a similar secret weapon have been used, for instance, in the recent death of 52-year-old Mark Pittman, a reporter who predicted the financial crisis and exposed Federal Reserve misdoings? The South Koreans will meet the Dragon family representative at the airport with a water powered car and will also later drive him around in an electric car to show how advanced the preparations to use previously suppressed technology have become.

It is also interesting to note that the head of the Nazi Odessa group, Fuhrer George Bush Sr. will also arrive in South Korea at the same time. North Korea and Northern Japan have been controlled by remnants of the Japanese imperial army allied with Odessa since the end of WW2. So, it is a pretty good guess that Bush Senior is trying to accomplish what Nazi foreign minister Henry (Heinz) Kissinger failed to in his recent visit and get Asian support for the New World Order.

In Japan, meanwhile, many right-wing groups expressed opposition to placing the capital of a planned merger between the Korean peninsula and Japan South of Osaka. There simply too much vested interest in keeping Tokyo as the capital, according to these groups.

The White Dragon Society view is that the new economic planning agency or LIFE (Long-term Investments for Everybody) be set up South of Osaka and that existing power centers in the Korean peninsula and Japan can remain as they are. The reason for choosing the area around Nara and Tenri city is simply because there is a lot of undeveloped flat land near the ocean there and because the rest of Japan feels that over-concentration of economic and political power in Tokyo is not good for development.

It's the newest way Anonymous is attacking websites...

Anonymous relies on the mob, corralled by a vanguard of elites. It may have a serious brain trust at the top, but Anonymous' power—like any other popular movement—lies in its ability to arm the unskilled. When Anon wants to knock down a website, it organizes a heap of followers around one target, armed with software (HOIC) that overloads a server with fake visitors—a simulated flood of malicious traffic that pushes a site to its breaking point. And once a website is down, this software keeps it down.

...and is basically the old LOIC...

Last year it was all about the Low Orbit Ion Cannon—an easy to use tool preferred by 4chan and Anonymous miscreants who wanted to attack websites. The LOIC made hacking so easy, all you needed was fingers, eyeballs, and a basic understanding of some written language:

The idea behind LOIC is that it can allow you to participate in attacks even if you've no clue how to hack. Just download a copy of LOIC (available for Windows, Mac, and Linux!), punch in the target information like a URL or an IP address and zap.

It was the hacking equivalent of microwaving your dinner. Now, it's evolved and pumped way the hell up.

...that is still just as easy to use...

A child could use the HOIC—and that's what makes it so dangerous. Pretty much anyone with eyeballs and a bone to pick can find HOIC via Google, install it in a couple of minutes, and be ready to go. All you need to do is type in a target website and click fire.

 

 

...but blasts websites better than ever...

The HOIC has some diabolical tricks up its sleeve. First, it cranks out more dummy traffic—meant to overwhelm and crash a server with more fake "visitors" than it can handle—with a magnitude that outstrips anything the LOIC was capable of: one Anon told me he's able to fire off as much as 2 MB per second using HOIC. Part of the supercharging comes from the use of "boosters"—custom scripts that spread malicious traffic across a range of target sub-pages, rather than just one. For example: instead of hitting EvilSite.com, a booster will knock EvilSite.com/about.html, EvilSite.com/news.html, etc, all forged to look like the traffic is coming from a variety of spots. Think shotgun versus pistol.

...while keeping Anonymous safe(r).

"Most good firewalls have been written to block loic attacks," another Anon tells me, owing to the fact that it's been a 4chan standby for years. HOIC, on the other hand, is a newer weapon, and sites are less likely to be prepared for it. The use of boosters also confuses online defenses, turning a focused, easy to trace beam into an overwhelming scattershot. But HOIC can't turn any Anon into a lone wolf—an operative who actively uses the newest cannon said at least 50 users are necessary to give their targeted site enough of a walloping to take it down and keep it down.
