Elohim Project Book 3 - Page 9 - Representation
As we continue to search for the truth concerning the record of the Elohim and their manner of operations involving and including our world, we next come to another concept that will help us understand their order more fully and exactly what gives that order such an effective basis of operations. The basis for this concept can be found at Ecclesiastes chapter four verse twelve, here there is mention made of the concept of the structural integrity of a threefold cord. The order of the Elohim can be likened to the threefold cord which cannot quickly or easily be torn in two. How is it that this statement can be made? Thus far, we have discussed two directives, explained them a little through the use of examples of their applicational usage. There is another directive that completes the threefold cord of directives that constitutes the total basis of Elohim order. We were given an awful lot of information about the Elohim and their order, in spite of the fact that we couldn't realize the significance of the information that was left for us through the people the Elohim were working with at the time the record was left on our world. Theology can largely be thanked for this information deficit, since the information left was misrepresented as being something other than it was left here and intended to be. Such simple statements of relativity as the threefold concept went totally unrealized as to the true significance behind such statements.
Directive of Representation (A statement of the Rights of Worlds to be Represented in the Structural Order which ensures Peace, Harmony, and Progressive Productivity.)
To address and ensure the Good of the Whole, those best qualified shall be taken out of the Whole, to act as mouthpieces to speak in behalf of those whose midst they were taken from. Those taken out as representatives shall comprise two seperate and distinctive elements: those chosen to the Council of Worlds, having governing authority; those chosen to the Ambassadorial Order, having mediation authority. These two elements shall work together to ensure the good of the whole, by acting upon and enforcing directives, to maintain peace, harmony, and productive progression of all unified sentient species.
Principles of Logic:
1) Representation shall be the means by which the voices of the whole shall be heard, so that they may both be rendered their just due and render unto all others their just due, in order to be a contributing interactive part of the whole, its structural order, and benefits, provisions, and protection thereof;
2) Representation shall be based on the concept that, every matter shall be established at the mouth of two or more individuals, never on the say of one alone, these sharing responsibility, authority, and accountability equally;
3) Representation shall be based on the needs and requirements of those being represented, to allow for the variables presented by the differences in sentient species and their worlds;
4) Representatin shall consist of both the elements representing designated interests peculiar to and pertinent to each variable of the whole being included through representation in the Council of Worlds, and the element representing the harmony of the whole through the impartial nuetrality of the Ambassadorial order. These two elements shall work together balancing one another allowing for stability and balance in the order;
5) Representation shall be a matter of seriousness that brings with it the weight of obligation, before all sentient species, full and absolute accountability on the part of those representing and those being represented;
6) Representation shall be based on the capacity of acute qualifications, which will be the measureable quantum by which representative status shall be achieved;
7) Representation, with its obligatory authority, shall rest upon the concept that: all things being relative, this shall be a designated position of relevant servitude for a relative time of predetermination, during which, the first will be last and the last first, and the least will be the greatest;
8) Representation shall be both the right and obligation of any and all member worlds, and affiliated/associated worlds;
9) Representation shall come to include and make provision for worlds that fall into the classification of: UAP member worlds; colonial member worlds; science outpost worlds; commodity retrieval outpost worlds; stations that constitute artificial worlds; seed worlds; and unknown/undiscovered worlds.;
10) Representation shall be based upon one of two factors: the source of or planet of origin, as those representing a world must come from that world, that world being progressed and sentient enough to provide its own representation; or, temporary residency upon the world to be represented, as in the case of seed worlds and unknown/undiscovered worlds, once discovered, as such worlds may lack sufficient progression being inadequately sentient to provide its own representation.
a) Such developing worlds unable to provide their own representation must have representation appointed to function in their behalf, for the good of the whole to be best served.
b) Such an appointed representative, of either intent of servitude, the Council of Worlds or the Ambassadorial Order, must take up temporary residency upon such a world to acquire a functionally adequate data based understanding from which to perform representational duties in that world's behalf.
c) This appointed status of representation shall endure until such time as such a world can progress adequately and become sufficiently sentient to produce and provide its own representation.;
11) Representation shall address: the needs of sentient and potentially sentient species as a Whole; the needs of each world and its species, sentient and non-sentient alike; any element, factor, or quantum impacting upon the symbiotic relationship between species and the universe; the relativity between present and future of all decisions, enforcements, and enactments, as these effect all life forms and their futures.;
12) Representation shall be a priveledge of sentience requiring extensive acute perceptual awareness, understanding, and disciplines producing honorable fruits offensive to no sentient specie, not to be considered a part of the universal rights of sentience.
a) Failure to produce specified fruits, or producing offensive fruits, is grounds for termination of priveledge, and/or, if offense is particularly gross, termination of offender.
13) Representation shall be based on the element of qualification in such a manner so as to allow for and include supportive assistance by means of the Standard of Qualification, which shall be the measure of qualifications used as a base quantum.
a) The standard of Qualification shall establish the basis of measure determining both the common measure of qualification, and the above the common, or excelence, measure of qualification.
b) Those who excel beyond the common measure shall be chosen out, to either position, that of representative or that of Ambassador, being therefore chosen out to serve in the Council of Worlds or the Ambassadorial Order.
c) Those who meet the common measure of qualification shall serve as an element of supportive assistance, they being selected to serve alternately as assistants to those chosen out as representatives in the Council of Worlds, or to those chosen out as Ambassadors to the Ambassadorial Order.
14) Representation, being inclusive of the element of supportive assistance, shall address and make provision for the inclusion of seed worlds and unknown/undiscovered worlds, once discovered, by means of the element of supportive assistance.
a) A world not sufficiently progressed or adequately sentient to produce and provide its own representation, once appointed representation, may be sufficiently progressed and adequately approaching true sentience to provide and/or produce the element of supportive assistance from within or out of the midst of such a world.
b) The appointed representational elements may choose out and retrieve from among the inhabitants selected and qualified members to compose such an element of supportive assistance, as requiredby these elements for the functional efficiency of appropriate representation complete and operationally above reproach.
Standard of Qualification
Requirements of Representation Elements
Those who seek to serve in a position of Representation must:
1) Be educated in the directives, the essence of their intent, and the universal application thereof;
2) Manifest unwavering belief in all directives, definitions therein, ethics and principles therein;
3) Exhibit behavior and produce fruits, (conduct), evidencing a prevailing unity with and harmonious to all directives, definitions therein, ethics and principles therein;
4) Have produced convincing evidence, by means of conduct and fruits therein, of the ability to be absolutely impartial towards all defined and included in the 'Whole';
5) Exhibit the ability, through the expansion of capacity perimeters, to love all sentient life, without reguard to life form, level of applicable sentience, or astrological point of origin. To exhibit such universal principled love involves:
a) Loyalty to directives and to the whole specified and defined by directive;
b) Obedience to the directives, definitions therein, and ethics and principles therein;
c) Adherence to the primary priority of the good of the Whole as represented by UAP Councils and the Ambassadorial Order;
d) Displaying a vigilence towards operating within the perimeters established by directive and enforced by UAP Council;
e) Manifesting empathy towards the whole as defined by directive, not excuding the unknown/undiscovered worlds, once discovered, and/or seed worlds.;
6) An observational (training) period under the authority of the Ambassadorial Order;
7) An observational (training) period under the authority of the UAP Council of Worlds;
8) If applying for position of servitude in the Ambassadorial Order, a period of training by means of taking up temporary residency on the world proposed as the world to be represented if such world is a developing world, and is not the world of origin of the one applying to represent such a world.
a) A prospective ambassador to a developing world must have insightful, direct, and accurate knowledgeable understanding of the world to be represented, this acutely in depth a data base can only be obtained first hand and by means of living on such a world for a designated time.
b) The designated time for such an alien residency is determined by the stage of developmental progress reflected by the target world, and the complexities involved in the progression level that must be familiarized by the prospective ambassador, or similarly appointed representative.
c) Under the authority of the Ambassadorial Order a prospective ambassador can be pre-approved on the condition of the completion of the temporary residency requirement. Once pre-approved as an ambassador this individual can appoint or send out lesser ambassadors of their choosing to assist in the process of necessary groundwork involving representation of developing worlds, preparing them for future contact with their representational elements.
This is quite an arrangement, since it even calculates and factors in worlds and their inhabitants that have never been encountered, before even the first encounters are made with such worlds. Worlds that are considered less developed, and their prominent specie less sentient are made provision for, considered of significance and worth as potentially sentient. This means that these worlds possess the potential to achieve true sentience based on the intelligence levels manifested by encounters of various levels of contact. The Elohim order provides for the needs of all peoples of all worlds to be addressed, but virtually eliminates the snares of politics that our world has always had a problem with! Such snares as carreer politicians who acquire the authority and power to be dominant over others attempting to serve as elected officials also. Politicians that become wrapped up in the interests of special interest groups, with the monitary ways and means to influence representatives through campeign slush fund contributions, which go with these officials when they leave office. This makes such slush funds appear as bribe laundramats. The Elohim order eliminates political corruption, by directives that do not tolerate such corruption, provisions for the removal of any element of such corruption, and requiring specific qualifications be met and not just the smooth talking snow jobs that get the popular vote. When we do elect an official whose motivation and objective is to get something done that others have failed to accomplish, they meet with the resistance of the old timers, or they even recieve threats against their life if they do not back off and leave well enough alone! No such problems exist in the higher order of the Elohim, nor would they ever even consider such a status quo functional, we can see the obvious reason why they are right from our own earthly experiences and history itself.
We discussed a couple of examples of the applicational usage of the first two directives discussed, to provide a means of gaining a more insightful understanding of how the system of such directives allows the Elohim to operate so efficiently towards all, even worlds like ours. Now we need to gain a more concise understanding of this last directive and how it generates responses among the Elohim that work for the good of the whole, which includes us whether we like it or not. If the two examples given in the last chapter were difficult for you to comprehend, the example about to be presented is liable to floor you. I cannot help this, I wasn't around when such an example was established, I am merely the tool being accessed to provide the data. Christians and Protestants alike are not going to likethis, but then, the Elohim are not favorably impressed with either of these elements , nor are they impressed with how both of these elements misused, misrepresented, misinterpreted the Elohim record left for them to learn from. Instead of learning from this record, it was used to establish a base of commands, traditions, and doctrines of men, whose only purpose was to secure an authority base from which to rule the world. Does not each religious group believe that if the whole world were their faith there would be world peace? Do not far too many religions also exclude those not of their faith, or those who do not go to church as those who God is going to destroy? Isn't this what Hitler tried to do? Didn't Hitler think the whole world could benefit from his ideology, to the exclusion and attempted elimination of the Jews? The only difference between Hitler and organized world religion is, Hitler did it in the name of man and government, religions do it in the name of God and Jesus. The Jesus they don't even know!
How is it that it can be accurately said that theologians never knew Jesus? Because the witness that Jesus bore about himself escaped them, going right over their heads. Jesus himself was an extraterrestrial, he told us this himself time and time again in numerous different statements that he made. To fully come to realize this reality, we must list, evaluate, and analyze statements Jesus made. Jesus bore witness to himself when he said:
1) Only Jesus himself knew where he was from and where he was going when it became time for him to leave earth, earthling man did not possess this information because he lacked the understanding necessary to comprehend this information, see John eight versefourteen;
2) Only Jesus knew his father, and only his father knew him, If Jesus was an extraterrestrial so would his father have been. If any had known the father then they would have known the son also, if any had known the son they would have also known the father, see John 8:19, 26,27; 15:23-27; 16:3, 25; 17:25; Matthew 11:26,27; Luke 10:22;
3) Jesus was fron the realm above, which was to mean 'not from this world, those who were from this world were considered to be from the realm below where Jesus came from. This is why Jesus could accurately say his kingdom, the kingdom of his father, (the UAP), was no part of this world just as Jesus himself was no part of this world. See John 8:23; 17:14, 16; 18:36;
4) What was home to Jesus and his father was spoken of as having many abodes, see John 14:2, meaning many worlds. Jesus also acknowledged these many worlds when he said he had sheep not of this fold, not of the earthly fold, which must be brought together as one flock under one shepherd, see John 10:16, which is done by means of Ambassadorial representation between these other folds and their flocks;
5) Jesus would have to have been from a world other than our own, a more advanced and knowledgeable world. We can find evidence of this by the statement found at Matthew 24:27, where it speaks of the presence of the Son of man as being likened unto the movement of lightening. Only an extraterrestrial would have understood the concept of time dilation, which is being expressed by the usage of lightening in relationship to an individual's presence. In Meyer's Handbook on Space, it gives us an idea of how time dilation works and could appropriately be compared to lightening's movement. At 1G a given speed, a crew would experience the passage of fourty years while those who stayed on earth would experience the passage of thirty-six thousand years. 1G must be a bit faster than lightening even! Such a working knowledge of time dilation would also explain how it could be said that a thousand years to earthly man would be only a day to the Elohim, see 2 Peter 3:8. This is relavent since it pertains to Jesus;
6) Jesus did not tell earthling man by what authority he was doing what he had been authorized to do while on earth, see Mark 11:33; Matthew 21:24, 27; Luke 20:8, because earthling man was not aware of the authority that existed beyond his own tiney planet, nor was he ready to comprehend the existance of such authority that had actually authorized Jesus to be here and what he was to do while he was here. Earthly man is under earthly authority and sources of such, Jesus was under another authority of another source superior to earthly authority.;
7) Jesus had to have been from another origin since he knew with understanding what sin was about with respect to the Elohim view on the issue. Jesus knew he was the Lamb that was to take away the sin of the world, to know this he had to know what sin was about, and he told us what it was about indirectly. See John 1:29. When Jesus was making the promise to send the helper who was to provide convincing evidence, he said part of this evidence would pertain to sin. Sin was a factor because it had never been exposed and brought into the light of truth. Jesus said that the disclosure brought to us from the helper would include sin because earthly man was not exercising faith in Jesus. How so? Because Jesus did away with sin and cancelled out inherited Ademic sin, but theology was still using sin as the basis for cop-outs involving human behavioral deficits. To the Elohim, sin was about something far more significant than disobedience, it was about failure to be accountable. Such a failure to be accountable violated the directives of the Elohim, and it constituted a flaw in the earthly human specie that must be compensated from another more perfect source. Adam did not take responsibility for his actions, he blamed Eve, Eve then took no responsibility for her action and blamed the serpent. Jesus upheld accountability to both earthly authority and the higher authority of the Elohim order, thus he compensated the failures of the human race and exampled true sentience through exampling true accountability. For Jesus to have known and understood the significance of what he had to do, he would have had to have been well instructed in the directives he had to uphold while on our world.;
8) Jesus would have had to have been of another origin, that origin possessing technology and understanding that we are only relatively close to today. When Jesus was executed his body was placed in a tomb where it remained for three days before he was raised by being brought back to life, literally restored so as to be flesh and blood and bone! This is found and made a clear point of at Luke 24:37-43, this account tells us that when Jesus appeared to the people at that time they were terrified because they thought they were seeing a ghost or spirit! Jesus made it a point to prove to them that he was just as real and alive in body as they were, he even ate a meal with them to prove it. Spirits do not do this sort of thing! We raise people from the dead every day and night, all it takes is a crash cart, trained EMT, or CPR. What we do today would be a miracle to those of Jesus' day, but for us it is just the state of technology in everyday life. So the fact that Jesus was restored in much the same fashion as we today do when reviving a person is not so surprising, but doing it after three days instead of minutes or hours is a feat. Advanced technology was required to perform this feat successfully, and it was successful or Jesus would not have been functioning wel enough to be ambulatory and eating with those he came back to witness his being revived and in the flesh. Theology, however, presents a quite different picture that must be set straight before the Son of man returns.
Why is it so important that we understand who Jesus is and where he is from? And what authority he operates under as well? Because what is being taught here is dead wrong and the time for his return is getting near. We must have the information tha the helper was sent to provide for us before the arrival of Jesus to our world, otherwise he will not be recieved any better by those claiming to know him than he was by the Jewish nation of his day. Theology refers to Jesus' return as his second coming, why? Jesus was here once, then put to death. He then appeared, and returned to do so, on three seperate occasions as found at John 21:14. Since when is one plus three going to equal one? When Jesus returns, coming out of time dilation from traveling to the other folds, it will be the fifth time he has been on our world, not the second time! One plus three plus once again is five according to the math I was taught. How do they come up with the second coming or second presence concept? Theology will also be expecting a spirit manifestation of a man the same age as when he died on our world, this will not be the case. Jesus will return a somewhat older and more mature man than when he was in his thirties and left our world to visit other flocks. If we do not fully and accurately understand these facts and their validity, then we will erringly fall for the propoganda that will issue forth when he returns. This propoganda will be saying that it is not Jesus, but an alien invasion force from somewhere out there in the universe. Since Jesus will not fit the commands, doctrines, traditions, and propoganda of centuries of theology, he will be recieved about as well as he was recieved by the Jews who are still waiting for him to come the first time!
The whole point in Jesus sending back the helper to provide us with the convincing evidence to wake us up out of our current state of darkness, is so that we will not have to be paniced by the senario. The helper is to give us enough information that we will be able to cope with what is to happen and the manner in which it will occur. This will lessen the possibility for us to be swayed by the propoganda issued forth from the powers that be. These will view the return as the end of their reign of greedy corruption by means of authority and abuse thereof. The earthly authorities acknowledge no other authority other than their own, and they therefor expect to answer to no other authority but themselves. Even those who compose the element of the powers that be know that, if there is anything to the theology of the return, their time to hold sway as those lording it over the masses is a finite senario. The time for such non-sentient behavior is running out, the days for such lavish corruption are counting down. They will, none the less, give it one last ditch attempt to prevent the establishing of a higher order which would eliminate their terms and authority thereof. During this last attempt to hold sway, they will take all with them that will stand for and allow themselves to be manipulated and swayed by propoganda. When this occurs, know that this is the last wave of propoganda that our planet will ever have to endure and put up with.
Theology seems to think that if Christianity ruled the world there would be the type of peace, that is referred to in the Elohim record as the new heavens and new earth, in which righteousness is to dwell. What evidence do we have to the contrary? We have more religions now on this planet than have ever been here before, and it is not making the promised differences. Why? Because there is more to discuse the relativity of that is to be disclosed by the helper. The helper was to make a disclosure pertaining to sin, righteousness, and judgment. We know where sin fits in, now where do the other two fit in with the significance of order being established from another source? John 16:7-11 tells us if we will only put all of the pieces in their proper place, the picture will then come into clear focus. Jesus got his authority from his father, where did his father get his authority from, the same authority he gave to the son? What would Jesus' father have to have ben to place such vested authority in his son? Concernning righteousness because Jesus was going his way to the father had to have a meaning not yet disclosed. Jesus' father was already an ambassador with the Ambassadorial Order, which gave him the authority to bestow an ambassadorship on the son. For this to have been the case, the father would have had to have raised the son with this in mind. Jesus showed evidence that this had been done when he could discuss things with the priests in the temple when he was but a boy. Jesus also spent a lot of time off to himself during which he was being ministered to, or instructed, in the directives of the kingdom of his father which was also his kingdom.
Since theology could not comprehend the true nature of the kingdom of the heavens as being literally another order of sentient beings, there is no way that theology could produce the effects of righteousness without sufficient knowledge upon which to do so. Righteousness involves accountability which is absolute and to all sentient species. Theology uses escapism, cope-outs, excuses, justification, and rationalization to avoid absolute accountability. With inherited Ademic sin, human imperfection which came therefrom, and the devil and his demons to blame, there is no room for absolute accountability. Unification of a planet based on religious concepts that prevent unity by preventing full accountability from being exercised by the populous is an unfounded concept having no basis in reality and truth. How is this proven on our world? Do not some of those in prison claim to be Christian? Then why are they in prison? Do not many of our politicians go to church to appear pure and Christian in the eyes of earthlings? Does this prevent them from becoming a part of the corruption that makes all earthly civilizations fall? Not at all! How many people run to communion and confession, only to go back and do the same things to their fellow humans? This is a lot like the little boy who cried wolf so many times that no one listened any more. If God were a sentient being, don't you think he would get tired of hearing empty words so often that they became meaningless? Even countries whose entire culture is based on religious concepts and beliefs do not have peace! If religion were the answer, then someone would have proven it by now, not just proven that it isn't the answer by example.
Theology not only allows for to much irresponsibility, it fails to represent the kingdom of the heavens by teaching about the peoples therein. There is no religion that I am aware of, in the ranks of Christianity or Protestantism, that addresses extraterrestrials in their doctrines! By this failure, theology cannot properly represent what even constitutes righteousness, because the Elohim order is what constitutes righteousness. This is why Jesus going his way to the father, and the order of the father, was signifying righteousness. The promise of a new heavens and a new earth involved more than what earthly theology has ever told earthling man. Establishing a new earth would require more than establishing religious beliefs among the earthly inhabitants, this has been the basis of more bloodshed than has governmet itself. Establishing a new heavens would have to mean a lot more than the sort of lip service that theology has become known for among all UAP worlds. The Elohim live their beliefs, they do not simply give them lip service and preach them to others. To establish a new earth, the new heavens must be established first. This means that there must come to be an establishment of relations between earthly man and the other inhabitants of the worlds of the kingdom of the heavens. Only then can the establishment of a new earth be completed. The new earth would come about as a result of the establishment of interaction with the Elohim, which constitutes a new heavens. The new heavens symbolizes a new unity, peace, and harmony among sentient species of different worlds.
To allow this to come about, we must first be willing to admit and acknowledge that there are other sentient species with which to establish interaction with. Once we progress to this point, we are then ready, able, and competent enough to make the necessary changes on planet earth that would constitute a new earth. Some on our world believe that in order for there to be a new earth, the old earth will have to be cleansed by means of a major cataclysmic catastrophy, and God is going to bring this on, or Jesus. The Elohim made a promise to Noah, when promising not to bring all flesh to ruin on the earth because of the contamination of the people. This means that if this sort of catastrophy ocurrs, it is man that has brought it upon himself. What mankind on earth is facing right now is the possibility of perpetuating his own extinction by means of his own hand. The actions, choices, priorities, and considerations, (or lack thereof), that man is generating could be the source of his undoing. The Elohim record states that the earth will stand to time indefinite even forever. Theology takes this literally, as it does many other things that were symbolic. Based on what we know about physics, and astrophysics, suns burn out and even planets die, become absorbed into other bodies due to collisions. But the record of the earth, what went on here, what was done, what was not done, will always be a part of the records kept by the Elohim, long after the literal planet is gone the records about it will remain. The Elohim view records as this serious and valuable to future generations.
If we cannot recognize, acknowledge, and interact with our cosmic neighbors, we may be signing our own death warrents, so to speak. We need input of a higher source, we are running out of time and options to correct the damage we have done to our own world for the sake of power and profit. We must be able to ask for help and tap the neighborhood of the assistance resources available to save us as a specie from extinction. If we continue to direct our lives according to the doctrines of theology, we are indeed the blind leading the blind and the pit that we will fall into has extiction written all over it! If we direct our lives according to what earthly government are feeding us, it is the same senario. Why is this the case? Because the earthly governments do not want us to know of our cosmic neighbors, this would mean that we not only would have to acknowledge their existance, but update our consepts and laws here to allow for such other peoples. To allow us to know what earthly governments are classifying under the cloak of national security would jeapardise the status quo of earthly authority being the only authority. If we are a part of something more than a world unto itself, then we are also a part of something more where the element of authority takes a different road than the powers that be want to ride on. National security is no longer about what is once was. Now it is merely a means of maintaining controling authority by controling what the populous has access to knowing of or about. If you control the information base of a peoples, then you control the peoples who operate and act upon that information base. Ignorance is only bliss for those whose egoes and authority to control are feed by such ignorance.
We have discussed the last directive in the threefold cord of representation in the Elohim order. We have critically evaluated and analyzed the example given and the failures associated with the recognition of the example of applied usage in behalf of our world. We can now better understand why religion isn't helping our world or the people therein. No amount of blind faith can generate the power to make that which is false become truth. Then what can? Only the truth as is being disclosed by the helper can bring the truth into the light of day. Governments are not the answer, otherwise they would have likewise exampled an adequate demonstration to that effect, they have not. We must now get into more information and see why.
