Elohim Project Book 3 - Page 8 - The Essence Part 2
We have discussed how the Elohim view, or perspective virtually eliminates the crime level on the Elohim worlds. We also discovered how the perceptual capacity of the Elohim does not allow for or perpetuate many of the problems that our earthly orders deal with, and do so poorly at dealing with that they are actually perpetuating the very things they are suppose to come up with solutions for. Now we must come to understand how the directives come into play in both the planetary responses and the interplanetary responses as well. These directives are a part of the progression that leads to the exploration, advanced technology, and wherewithall that is behind the reality and presence of the Elohim visiting our world. This also explains why we are not the ones visiting their world, and are still stuck on this planet running out of room to grow without making war to gain that room to grow! If we can come to terms with the data base that constitutes the operations base of the Elohim, then we will be more prepared to accept them as a part of the universe that we are a part of. And that they are but a small part of the whole that we have not yet discovered and scientifically proven to ourselves adequately to believe, in as much as we will have to one day know and understand how to do. We are now a 'space age' specie, sentient beings on the road to discovery, and in need of assistance from the galactic brotherhood for that road to be a successful path of progression for our specie. The element of timing is an important factor in the timing of the disclosure and fulfilling the promises left in an ancient record, revered for centuries though never really decyphered.
The 'Sanctioned' UAP Prime Directive Statute, (a military and political stance directive), is what we must next discuss in detail. When I say in detail, I mean to put on your thinking cap because you are going to need it! This directive is detailed and minutely well defined, since loop holes are counter productive as we have learned from experience on our planet. The 'Sanctioned' UAP Prime Directive Statute reads as follows:
The 'Good' of 'The Whole' must at all 'Times', in all 'Situations', and under all 'Circumstances' remain the foremost concern of any and all 'UAP Personnel' and/or 'UAP Interactive/Associated Personnel'.
Definitions defining Directive Statute:
1) 'Good' pertains to and includes the: well being; safety; security; peace of mind, (psychological, mental, emotional, and social applications of stated perimeters); reputation; credibility; dependability; disciplines; standards; morals; ethics; scrupples; priorities; constancies; and edicts, (as these perimeters present data to non-UAP observers thus reflecting on all UAP and associated personnel);
2) 'The Whole' pertains to and includes: all UAP member worlds, their outposts, their colocies, and their galactic fleet vessels, and all personnel therein; non UAP worlds that fall under the interactive or associated classification provided for and protected under the provisions of the Ambassadorial Oder and its program policies, these are worlds under Ambassadorial supervision in preparation for making application to the UAP Council of Planets for membership; non-UAP worlds that fall under the classification of 'seed worlds', these worlds are seeded in like manner to colonial worlds but with less extensive direct contact and interaction, thus allowing for independent individual planetary and cultural evolutionary developmental progression to occur. Our world falls under the provisions and edicts regulating such seed worlds;
3) 'Times' pertains to and includes; all developmental progression stages, both cultural and planetary; exploration and observational non-contact times; pre-direct contact times; minimal contact times; evaluative contact times; post contact observation times; direct contact times; extended direct contact times; and, interactive and/or associated times, all times being relevant to the classifications established under the 'Whole';
4) 'Situation' pertains to and includes: That which is of a nature so as to be a matter of UAP and associated personnel's choosing, and/or such personnel's discretion; choice and discretion denoting authority and power to exercise control via implementation of directives; situations and their classification status are determined by the applicable contact status classification, as stated under 'Times';
5) 'Circumstances' pertains to and includes: Things of a nature so as to be the result(s) of, having been generated by, the authority exercised by means of UAP and associated personnel's choices and/or discretionary actions; circumstances generated forth from non-UAP worlds, circumstances generated forth from UAP interactive worlds, the difference being determined by respective classifications as found under the 'Whole', as classification determines contact range options referred to under 'Times';
6) 'UAP Personnel' pertains to and includes: all UAP member worlds' populous, their outpost personnel on and off duty, their fleet personnel on and off duty, their total populous requardless of military, civilian, or scientific status and classification; All non-UAP worlds classified as associated or interactive, having been educated in the Edicts, Statutes, and Directives by means of the Ambassadorial Order and its provisions of program and policies, that are personally and individually responsible and fully accountable to uphold such as they have been instructed to uphold; UAP Personnel status determined by classification perimeters found under the Whole', and by the implications under terms in the 'Good' and the provisions, protections, and reflections potential as addressed therein;
7) 'UAP Interactive/Associated Personnel' pertains to and includes: UAP Interactive Worlds, this classification status being contingent upon the establishment of contact, levels and degrees of contact as found under 'Times', and the responses generated forth from such contact mensioned under 'Circumstances, and as defined by classification specs under the 'Whole'; Associated Worlds, their populous, their outpost personnel, their colony personnel, their fleet vessels and personnel, which are operating under provisions of the Ambassadorial Order program rendering them responsible and accountable to utilize their supervised status to verify and generate appropriate and acceptable responses, within predetermined set response perimeters. Classification specs found under the 'Whole', classification basis found under 'Times' specs. Failure to operate or generate responses within these perimeters resulting in desanction, or non-approval of membership application until such time as operational perimeters are met.
Now we have covered the first Prime Directive which covers all military, political, and scientific actions, reactions, responses and responsibilities which compose the operational data base from which the Elohim operate. What do you think thus far? It does tend to boggle the mind a bit at first, but it grows on you after you review it enough to make sense of it, the intent therein, and the efficiency of forethought found therein. It is a big contrast to our systems and orders! We on our planet are still attempting to deal with and find solutions to problems involving such things as: political biggotry; social distinction and biggotry; religious distinction and biggotry; ageism; sexism; racism, and the like. The directive we just covered allows for no such things to exist as they each and every one violate this directive! None of the things we experience as negatives are experienced among the Elohim! Due to the nature of the things covered under the definition of the 'Good', there is no hunger, no poverty, and such, since these things would likewise violate the directive. When you so totally and thoroughly eleminate such radical and dysfunctional negatives from the operations base, you increase the cooperations, harmonics, and individual input potential of every member of the 'Whole'. Once this potential is increased in this manner, advancement, growth, development, and technology can fleurish, without the sever side effect of corruption, greed, and self-centered considerations that make progression more like regression on our planet.
Now let's make some more comparisons, form additional contrast, and analyze the depth, potential, and intensity of what we just covered. Beginning with the definitions under 'Good', how could adopting such a perceptual concept change: our world?; the different peoples of our world?; the societal divisions of our world?; the racial divisions of our world? Or would these differences and divisions have any further reason to even exist, or have adequate significance and relativity to continue to exist? While the definition of the 'Good' reflects the Elohim to others in the universe, it does not apply to only the Elohim, it also applies to worlds such as ours. How could this definition pertain to worlds such as ours where such a definition and its total essence is so out of place? Because we are sentient being with the same rights, entitlements, and requirements for survival as all other sentient being in our universe! If you consider some of the items stated under this definition, you will begin to understand where the Elohim are coming from with the way they are progressing in their operations where our world is concerned. In order to have the sense of security, any peace of mind, any resemblence of mental, emotional, psychological well-being with UFOs in our skies and our headlines, we must be given additional information. This is why the Elohim must provide the convincing evidence spoken of in John sixteen verses four through eleven. This is where it is found mention made of the helper that is to provide the convincing evidence that will provide for and protect our rights where the definition of the 'Good' includes us and our world.
Under the definition of 'The Whole' it is explained how it is that provision has been made which includes our world and our rights as sentient beings. It is the classifications established and defined under item two that secure us a position of applicable entitlement to the rights defined under item one! The classifications defined in item two also explain why it is that we have observed intermitent episodes of Elohim presence in the form of observed UFOs, and sightings of their crafts during data retrieval missions and observation and analysis missions. These types of missions are classified under the definitions and provisions of 'Times'. If this isn't enough to make us see and aware of how we fit into the whole, as the Elohim view the 'Whole', hang in there there is even more to drive this point home. Up tp this point we have discussed the Prime Directive, now we must get to their secondary directive which elaborates on anything missed by the first directive. While the responses generated in military and political aspects of order are derived from the prime directive as stated, all other aspects of true order are derived from the belief system of the Elohim which is encorporated into the secondary directive. This directive will go into further detail and provide additional insight as to exactly how we fit into the Elohim order, even though we are not as of yet a direct part of it. The secondary directive will contain data which will, when analized and understood, provide the basis for understanding why the Elohim are so concerned about our behavior as a world and a specie due to how this behavior impacts on the sentient peoples of the Elohim order. The behavior currently exhibited is offensive to those of a higher sentience level, thus it has come to be that we, homo sapiens on planet earth, are a blite, scurge, and form of pestilence in this sector of our magaparsec!
We must now put our thinking caps on now, carefully apply some intense critical thinking and analysis. The secondary directive reads as follows:
The 'Sanctioned' UAP Code of Sentience Directive (A non-military/non-political directive on Universal 'Ettiquet').
The 'Good' of 'The Whole' must at all 'Times', in all 'Situations', and under all 'Circumstances', must be 'Harmoniously and Symbiotically Coaligned' with the 'Higher Order of Sentience' as is made 'Manifest' in the universe by its 'Working Order' and 'Purpose'. Such harmonic and symbiotic coalignment must be reflected in the 'Fruits Produced' by any and all 'UAP Personnel', and/or 'UAP Interactive/Associated Personnel'.
Definitions Defining Directive Statement
New Definitions:
1) Harmoniously and Symbiotically Coaligned pertains to and includes the concepts of the Elohim belief system:
a) The universe is 'God' - in action, in demonstration, in manifestation, in representation, God four squared. 'God' is the earthling term equivalent to the term 'Higher Order of Sentience'.
b) The Holy Spirit of the Higher Order of Sentience is the force and energy behind the working order of the universe, which provides the universal constants of Universal Law, (the earthling term for the Elohim use of Universal Law would be physics/astrophysics). The Holy Spirit produces fruits, (visible effects and results), in the form of Universal Law, of such a magnitude to prevent any and all altering being done by means of sentient life forms. The constants of Universal Law allow for: observation and study thereof; working within the operational structure thereof; utilizing acquired knowledge and applied sentience to both accomodate and compensate the operational structure thereof, while remaining tamper free as sentient life forms have no power, authority, or means of altering Universal Law. [Thus, the Holy Spirit allows the universe to be a role model of perfection and constancy, an honorable four square depictation of the Higher Order of Sentient, known to us as God, who set up the universe by means of Universal Law.]
c) The Universal Ethic Priciple of Purpose, this Principle states the relativity of all things which is the basis of the Code of Sentience Directive. The universe exists for life and life exists for the universe, the two being symbiotic and inseperable. The purpose of life, (sentient and non-sentient), is to give the universe purpose and meaning. Non-sentient life forms require their needs be met for survival by a mother world or place of origin, thus giving meaning and purpose to the universe on one level. Sentient life forms require more than non-sentient life forms, in that more than basal needs must be met. Sentient life forms require challenge to stimulate the growth, development, maturation, and enhancement of intellect and intelligence to maintain sentient status. Through applied sentience, observation, study, exploration, and discovery, both the universe and its sentient life forms are fulfilled by having established meaning and purpose. Thus, the meaning and purpose of sentient life and or sentience itself is to continually persue knowledge. The purpose of the universe is to be the inexhastible data base of potential knowledge for sentience to tap. Thus explaining the symbiotic and inseperable relationship between the two. The universe must generate and perpetuate life in order to generate and perpetuate that which will fulfill it by sustaining its purpose and meaning. Neither could exist, have purpose, and be fulfilled without the other.
d) Ethic of classification - the purpose of classification is to provide a method of maintaining the four squared harmony of the universe. The principle of the four squared harmony of the universe is reflected in the primary classification of life in the universe. Universal Life Classifications:
1) The Higher Order of Sentience, (God), those existing within the perimeters if this realm of existance, metaphysical, etheral, esoteric, (both known to our world as spirits), and other energy life forms.
2) Non-animated Life Forms, astral bodies, suns, moons, planets, etc., (referred to by the Elohim as atomically and subatomically animated, radiating measureable energy on these operational levels just as living cells radiate measureable energy on cellular output levels).
3) Animated Life Forms (upper level), cellularly and physically animated, sentient life forms, humanoid, sub-humanoid, exo-humanoid, and non-humanoid.
4) Animated Life Forms (lower level), cellularly and physically animated, non-sentient instinct operative life forms and exo-stimuli responsive life forms, mammals, aves, insects, microbes, and plants, life forms inhabiting celestial points of origin.
Based on the belief system presented, the term 'Harmoniously and Symbiotically Coaligned' pertains to the responsibility of sentient life forms to the universe and its relativity, due to the obligatory nature of true sentience. Since all things issued forth from and by means of the Higher Order of Sentience, then one must be in harmony with all things that issued forth from this source in order to be in harmony with the source of all things issued forth.
2) Higher Order of Sentience is an Elohim term utilized to refer to a universal quantum or factor responsible for the existance of all things, earthlings call this responsible party God. Since the UAP is composed of multiple worlds of diverse species, this non-offensive neutral term will be used to include and address the belief system element responsible for creation. [Some UAP member worlds believe in a monotheistic concept of creation, while other worlds adhere to a belief that no single party, but rather, a group formed the creator composite responsible for the universe and all things in it. The term Higher Order of Sentience was agreeable to both belief concepts, as it is nondesignate as to plural or singular, designating only an emphasis on and link between order and sentience of the highest levels percieved.]
3) Manifest, used to denote, acknowledge, and emphasize observational awareness of the universe and its operation as a working example after which to model sentient systems.
4) Working Order and Purpose being the significant specifics modeled in the sentient systems designed for the purpose of governing the operational interaction between sentient species and their worlds. Such specifics modeled in the order of the universe and the harmony exhibited in the workings of and interaction of worlds and planetary systems.
5) Fruits Produced must be inclusive of: established systems governing and/or utilized by sentient species; research, exploration, discoveries, things engineered by sentient species; methods, approaches, and any manner of generating, producing, sustaining, or obtaining results by any particular action or actions, or obtaining from from acting or reacting; all responses that reflect on or are viewed as behavior, choices, decisions, and interaction.
Expanded Application of Defined Terms
1) Good must be inclusive of not only sentient life forms, as is observeable in the definitions of the Prime Directive, but all life forms designated and identified by and under the Universal Life Classifications.
2) The Whole pertains to those designated by definition of the Prime Directive, as well as those designated and identified by and under the Universal Life Classifications.
3) The terms: Times; Situations; Circumstances; UAP Personnel; and UAP Interactive/Associated Personnel must also come to be harmoniously subjected to the concepts designated by and under the Universal Life Classifications.
By carefully and thoughtfully analyzing the data content of both of these directives, we can begin to formulate a concise understanding of the Elohim. By means of these directives and their application the Elohim have an order that is not only exactingly functional, but extensively productive as well. These directives allow for the diversification of member worlds, govern the expansion of sentient life among the order, while allowing for the contingency of exploration and new discoveries. Our laws make no such provisions for expansion on this level. The way we handle things is based on the concept of 'we'll cross that bridge when we come to it', and 'if it isn't broke, why fix it?'. Productivity which allows for progression and anticipates the inevitability of such progression is true productivity. Where does that put our productivity by comparison? Such directive address potential problems futuristically, with the consideration being that things are possible so that which is possible must be considered equally with that which already exists and had come to pass. To understand this last concept, we must analyze an example of how the directives provided the data base for things that had not happened, yet applied equally well to such things when they came into reality.
The first example most befitting to use is the example of the Hopi Indians. I doubt that there are very many people who know about these peoples religion, so I must begin this example by explaining from this point. The Hopi religion teaches the history and the origin of the Hopi people. Since the Elohim are the only ones who still have a complete record of what happened concerning the Hopi people, the history has become the religion of these special people. In times very long past, the Hopi people lived on another earth type star in another star system. The Elohim were very familiar with these people on their original world due to exploration and observations. During such observation times, there was a developing problem discovered. The solar constant (sun) of this star system was destabalizing. This presented a problem for the people who lived on the earth type star there, and compelled the Elohim to analyze there options and determine how to proceed and what they must do in this situation. Contact was established with the Hopi people on their world, through the council of chiefs. The Elohim were a technically advanced peoples even back then, so they were considered gods by the people they contacted to help. It had been determined that the situation was critical and could not be averted, the sun was going supernova with absolutely no way of reversing the process. This meant that the UAP Council had to work with the Council of Chiefs to prepare the people to be moved to another world. That other world was earth. This is how it came to be that the Hopi people reside on our world, though they did not originate on our world, and their religion accurately tells this truth.
Now, we must get into the considerations involved that lead to this end result. The Elohim had to consider their own beliefs, and where the Hopi people fit into the whole, and the obligations of higher sentience. The Elohim hold to the concept that they are the older cosmic siblings, and with this status comes a rsesponsibility to the younger cosmic siblings. The good of the whole is not well seved by allowing younger sentient life forms to die, becoming extinct due to the lack of adequate scientific progression to save themselves from things understood by the elder siblings and more mature, advanced cosmic neighbors. That which is lost to the whole is lost forever, and that which is allowed to become lost can never be estimated, thus the loss can never be estimated if such losses were tolerated or allowed. The potential to grow and develop into a contributing and interactive part of the whole is factored into this value system, which values that which is as well as that which could come to be, based on the evident demonstration of potential present, though not yet beheld. Is this not what the scriptures define faith as at Hebrews eleven verse one? Once it had been determined that the situation was irreversible, the Elohim had to evacuate these people from the world that would soon die an agonizing death. The process would include siering heat as the temperature of the solar constant escalated, once the process cycled into the next stage there would be even more severe effects. If a planet survives the siering phase of solar burn-out, the planet declines into a glacial stage which likewise fails to support most life forms. The people were prepared for the journey on a silver, swift flying vessel, which would take them to their new home in the sun.
This is one example of how the Elohim and their action was governed by their directives, the concepts and principles contained therein. There are other peoples whose calender started in a rather peculaiar way, thirty three something, and ended just as abruptly as did their civilization. These peoples were here for a short time, as time is relevant to the Elohim and their operations, built a civilization that became an empire, then vanished leaving very little remaining except traces and pyramids stating that they had been here. Who were these people we are talking about? The Incas, the Mayas, and the Aztecs are the mysterious temperary residents that were placed here for safe keeping by the Elohim. The world of these peoples, and they were all three from one home world originally of one tribe on that world, experienced a problem necessitating that they likewise be evacuated by the gods that saved the Hopi people. The home world of the Incas, Mayas, and Aztecs was under observation and non-direct contact status by UAP personnel when it was discovered that another astral body was on a collision path with this world. The inhabitants were evacuated, the collision ocurred, and the damage was determined to be reversible with the available technology that the Elohim had at their disposal. Once the corrections had been made to re-establish habitability status of this world, which took time, personnel of numerous specializations, and extensive technological intervention, these peoples were returned to their world of origin in order that they might continue to evolve on the world intended to be their point of origin. At some time and point later in the future they would be advanced enough to be ready to come to understand who the gods of old were that moved them around, over such great distances, then they would be ready to become a contributing part of the whole. Since these people had come to exist on this world there had to be a purpose for it, therefore they were potentially destined to interact with the whole, as they possessed the potential to develop true sentience.
I realize that these examples are rather amaizing at first, but with the data contained in the directives to factor into these examples, it is not so difficult to see that there is an underlying consciousness at work in both of these examples. From the directives, and the concepts stated therein, and the actions that were based on those directives, we can see that there is an infered essence or nature that is derived from the directives though not directly stated therein. First, there is an obligation that goes along with being sentient, especially if that includes advanced knowledge, understanding, and the technology that goes with it. The obligation is to apply both the knowledge and the technology in a responsible and accountable manner that is beneficial to the whole and all classifications of life that composes the whole. How serious this implied obligation is viewed reflects the level of mastery of true universal sentience. The consciousness that is beheld in true sentience does not make partial or preferencial distinctions, which are to the detriment of the whole. The Elohim, while taking the steps necessary to preserve sentient and potentially sentient life, also preserved other life forms from these worlds as well. Without taking this step there would have been a very unacceptably low probability ratio of successfully re-establishing habitability, which would require ecosystems be restored for such primative people to survive the return to their home world. The plants used for medicine and food, the animals used for food, and all the familiar things needed for survival had to be preserved and then restored, these evacuees would have starved to death when returned home without such considerations being addressed and met.
Where worlds cannot be saved, that which is a part of the family of the whole, and therefore belongs to every member of the whole, must be saved if the good of the whole is to be properly considered and met. Do you know where bananas came from? Do you know how bananas are propogated? Bananas give off no viable seed or spore, nor do the roots spread the plant by starting younger plants. The banana must be deliberately propogated! How did such a propogation restricted plant come to be on our world? The same way many things come to be on any world, they are brought there! Since our world is a seed world, everything we have here came from somewhere else, either directly in the state or form now known, or as a contributing source of the gene pool from which newer native varieties were developed which were to originate from here as unique and seperate kinds. You must keep in mind that the Elohim told us a lot about their ethics, principles, and belief structure, we just do not understand what they left enough to ascertain its meaning. The purpose behind identifying, classifying, study, and research is to provide the basis of understanding and respect, for only in accurate knowledge of truth is there room for and motivation for respect and understanding. Without understanding and respect there is no universal harmony, thus, understanding and respect are a part of rendering unto all things the just dues that belong to all things. The Elohim left us an example of the applied planetary significance of this concept, as found at Romans thirteen verse seven.
Now to understand how we were given the keys of knowledge to put together the understanding that the Elohim are now having to provide for us we must find the other keys left that fit into place with the concepts and actions of the Elohim that we have thus far discussed. Jesus said that he was giving us the keys of the kingdom of the heavens, (the Elohim kingdom or order), and whatever was bound on earth would be the thing bound in the heavens, and whatever was loosed on earth would be the thing loosed in the heavens, as found at Matthew sixteen verse nineteen. Therefore, if there are dues to be paid here and those who are entitled to recieve those dues, then it is likewise the case with those not of this planet or not of our world. Anything given a relative sort of glory by which to be identified and recognized is entitled to a measure of dues. Such a detailed analysis can be found at 1 Corithians fifteen verses thirty-nine through fourty-one, where it refers to the different sorts of flesh, the diferences between celestial bodies, and the diferences between life forms spoken of as earthly bodies and heavenly bodies. All of the diferences spoken of here and referred to as forms of glory are in harmonious agreement with the Universal Life Classifications which constitutes the universal four squared harmony of life. Without paying the dues that are entitled to each and every life form there is no harmony, no peace, eventually would be no universe and no sentient life. The universe would be destroyed by and for the sake of capitalist ventures until no planets were left to house the sentient life forms, life forms left run-a-muck without disciplined understanding would generate their own extinction. Thus understanding and respect was to be the basis of motivation to appreciate all things enough to preserve and protect them, as things belonging to all generations, all worlds, and all sentient peoples.
How does our conduct as a specie fit into the order of the Elohim? It doesn't, that is the whole problem in our even attempting to interact with these people of such higher sentience. With higher sentience comes higher: morals; ethics; principles; disciplines; perceptions; intellect; insight; foresight; social responses; emotional responses; behavioral responses; respectability; responsibleness; and operational capacity. Were we thinking of the good of the whole, or of other worlds who have interests in this world when we developed nuclear weapons and used them as a power to ensure authority, a power measured in over-kill? Were we concerned with the interests or good of non-earthly biologist when we drove various species on our planet to extinction in the pursuance of human selfish interests? Were we even thinking at all all of those years/centuries that we believed ourselves to be the only sentient life form in existance? What were we thinking when we believed such a thing and had a clear record of the facts and truths that we were never alone in the universe? Were all of the coucils, the Council of Trent, the Council of Troy, the Council of Carthage, the Council of Jamnia, etc.,who tampered with the record left by the Elohim thinking of the good of humanity? Or the good of the whole? Or were they only thinking of their own interests and keeping their power to serve those interests? Who has repaired the Elohim record? Have any of the religious groups on our planet taken this task upon themselves? NO! This task had to be taken on by the helper because there were none here that were willing to make such a trepidatious stand. Are those members of the powers that be, who are keeping so much information from the people to whom it belongs, concerned with the good of the people or the good of a whole they fail to even acknowledge or recognize?
From what we have discussed in great detail in this chapter, it is no wonder that the Elohim are telling earthling man that he must change his ways! They are absolutely right, we do have to change our ways if we are to survive. It may boil down to requiring and involving a lot more than we have been prepared for. There is still so much information that has yet to be disclosed to us by the Elohim. So much we must gain access to and understanding of if we are to even come relatively close to being prepared for what is coming upon the inhabited earth. We must continue our quest for truth.
