Elohim Project Book 3 - Page 7 - The Essence

    We must continue to make progress in our understanding of the higher order of the Elohim, and their UAP.  To fully comprehend with understanding how it is that they do not experience the negative things that we have had to tolerate existing on our world, we now must get into the additional differences that compose the essence of this higher order of enhanced functinal effectiveness and efficiency.  This effectiveness and efficiency of their order is how they enjoy such a harmoniously peaceful coexistance with each other, and between different worlds of peoples.  The Elohim order is structured in such a manner that many things we deal with, or attempt to deal with, do not exist.  Some of the things that the Elohim do not contend with are:  racism; class distinction; social distinction; economical distinction, and the like.  These elements pleague our planet and every society thereupon!  This also means that the Elohim also do not experience: war; social unrest; social uprisings; political disturbances, unrest, insurection, and uprisings; economical uphevile and unrest, insecurity and extreme economic fluxuations, (such as economic booms, depressions, or recessions!), the human greed standard which we call inflation; cutbacks, lay-offs, employment woes; funding and budgetary woes, hindering, stagnating, and stalemating progression.  This type and nature of order virtually eliminates all of the excuses, justifications, and rationalizations that get in our way of making truly sentient progression and advancement as a specie.  As long as we keep making these excuses, justifications, and rationalizations for being in the rut that we are in, we will never make it to climb up out of the rut that threatens to swallow us whole!

    For this reason, we must develop a comprehensive understanding of what type of order the Elohim operate under, that has the capacity to eliminate the woes that all of our earthly orders have perpetuated and operated in the midst of.  To establish a thought basis, we must read Acts four verses thirty-two through thirty-five, where it refers to the sharing of all things by these things being held in common, and being distributed to all according to individual needs.  This is the basic concept of the essence of the higher order of the Elohim.  There is no poverty, nor greed, nor corruption, nor wealthy lording it over the poor and getting all the tax breaks that the lower class do not get!  There is a harmonious unity that can only exist in an order where all individuals are equal, all are of the same value and importance as individuals, all needs of all people are of the same priority, all goals are of equal relativity as are all jobs, tasks, assignments, and duties.  The practice of obtaining unjust profit, see Exodus eighteen verse twenty-one and Proverbs fifteen verse twenty-seven, has been eliminated and outlawed or abolished for thousands of years.  Anything that an individual needs is provided for, addressed, and never overlooked or underestimated.  All things are worked for, nothing is out of reach to those who need it since it is not based on profit and price.  Medical treatment is not unaffordable, diseases are cured, not turned into industries of treating for grandios profits, rather than curing valuable contributing members of the whole.

    Have you begun to see and realize the potential in the observeable differences just touched upon?  Can you begin to fathom the changes such an order would make on a world such as ours?  This same potential and the changes it would generate are the basis for the resistance element that will develop.  The powers that be do an awful lot of ear tickling, talking about, and making empty promises pertaining to such peace, prosperity, and harmony, but when it come right down to giving up their fancy robes, titles, entitlements, perks, and the like, the truth pertaining to their essence, intent, and motivation will shine through!  It is self-evident from what little we have discsussed thus far, that such a higher order capable of such efficiency and effectiveness must be based on a considerably different structure than our world has ever successfully experienced or produced.  The most common types of order that we are familiar with are: dictatorships, where a single ruler holds a majority of authority and power; military rule where the military element hold the authority and power; monarchies, where there is a ruling king; patriarchies, such as biblical Israel, where the older men known as patriarchs rule; matriarchies, where a queen rules; communism, where a group gets into power and those in power have all the benefits, while those under their rule work for the benefit of the ruling class; and democracies, where the people are suppose to have more say in the making of laws, but what is frequently the case is that the special interest groups with the most pull and influence through PACS and lobbying groups get the upper hand and more representation of their interests over the interests of the common people.  None of these types of orders come close to that of the Elohim!

    If none of these types of orders are not even coming close to the Elohim order, then what sorts of concepts could be the basis of the order of the Elohim, and their UAP?  How would this basis provide the stark contrast in results as enjoyed by the UAP worlds?  The basis of the UAP order is individual accountability, void of excuses, justification, and rationalizations, which are the prevailing elements that decay our orders.  When each individual in an order fails to sholder their share of the responsibility and accountability for their input, actions, and restraints that compose the functions base of the order, then there comes to be no functions base and no order to the order.  On our world, the theological element blames inherited sin from Adam, which was done away completely when Jesus died on the torture stake.  This element also blames the devil, and not just human imperfection, for the behavior of the masses.  All this succeeds in doing is providing societies with more excuses and cop-outs, rather than sholdering the responsibility for their actions as individuals.  This fact is laid out and expossed at John sixteen verses seven through eleven.  If providing these cop-outs is contributing to the decline of the social order, then how is it that the people will flock to the churches to have their ears tickled by the very thing that is contributing to and leading them off into destruction through the decay and ultimate fall of still more civilizations?  Because of the ignorance generated by such an inaccurate and badly altered record or data base, the masses do not understand, see, or know that their theological leadership is leading them off to destruction!

    Similarly, the political element demonstrates tha same nature of escapism from responsibility and accountability to the populous.  It is always someone else's fault when things go haywire in government, never the fault of those making it a very lucrative carrier.  Whose fault is the national deficit?  Who were the ones doing all the careless, thoughtless spending of our tax dollars, and not even keeping track of how badly they were handling their budget, and our money entrusted to them for all our benefit?  The individuals who have come to realize and recognize organized religion for what it really is have nothing better to turn to for a role model.  The political element is as responsible for the decadency, decay, and decline of the various orders on our world as is the theological element.  But neither element is willing to shoulder any of this accountability.  The Elohim, however, are not going to let them get by without shouldering this responsibility.  The degree of failure of both  of these elemenets is adequate evidence and demonstrates fully the need for our world to undergo a transition to input from the UAP and the Elohim themselves.

    To add insult to injury, the social element, and all of its watchdog agencies are no better than the theological and political elements are!  The social agencies are failing every bit as much as are the other two elements we have discussed.  The agency claiming to be for the good of families and watching out for the welfare and protection of children is a good example of a social agency runamuck.  If you live up to your obligations as a parent and discipline your children, as is admonished in the scriptures, you could be in trouble.  The Bill of Rights, which guarantees you the right to practice your religion without interference from others means nothing when this agency becomes involved.  I have seen workers from this social agency get on television programs and tell people that any form of discipline is: mental abuse; emotional abuse; psychological abuse; or physical abuse.  The only purpose this serves is to scare parents out of carrying out their responsibilities where the disciplining of their children is concerned.  Keep in mind that most of these workers in this agency do not and have never had children of their own to deal with and gain practical learning and living experience from!  This reclassification and redefining comes from people with book learning and not the actual ife skills of having been there themselves.

    Compounding this problem generated by this social agency exampled, various state governments are passing laws holding the parents of minors/juveniles responsible for what their children do.  If the social agency and the legal system that is wrapped around their fingers is taking all authority and means of maintaining authority over your children away from you by reclassifying terminology, then how can you do the impossible with nothing to do it with?  Parents are going to have to fight for their rights and regain some lost ground in order to be able to be responsible for what their children do.  The two elements in cahoots here are going to have to make up their minds which they want:  children that are talked to by parents until the parents are blue in the face and still cannot get results due to having no authority to obtain results with;  or do they want the state to raise the children in this country, because the parents aren't allowed the necessary tools to work with to get the job properly done?  There is going to have to be a restoration of parental authority if parents are going to be held accountable for what their children do in the absence of parental presence.  If the social agency wants to protect children at the cost of societal structure, then they better be prepared to go down with the sinking ship!  This agency is taking an already damaged ship, and punching more holes in the bow promising that it will float better for their having punched the additional holes.  It is just as amaizing how many doctors and other authorities there are that are writing books about raising children, yet have never had any of their own to find out whether their pretty words and adult psychology even works on children!

    What is the reason for utilizing these examples of where we are going wrong with our order?  Because it is a very accurate demonstration of what happens when there is either an absence of accountability, or, accountability that is working against itself becoming self-defeating and counter productive to the order as a whole!  The Elohim have no such problems.  The consistancy of the accountability concepts and perceptions of the UAP, and the Elohim themselves, provides for functional efficiency and not generating such counter productivity as exampled above.  Where accountability exists on our world, it all to frequently exists on a double standard concept.  Example:  the social agency that protects children is developing a reputation for wrongfully accussing innocent parents.  These people/workers make a big issue of parental accountability, but not of their own accountability for destroying families and lives when they make a big mistake, and refuse to even admit that they made one.  There have been several people on talk shows that have been the victims of this agency, tried suing them, finally won in court, and never got so much as an apology from those making them victims and violating their human and civil rights!  If an average citizen breaks the law and gets a prison sentence, they get far less than when a person with political connections gets caught breaking the law!  When such a person with connections in high places gets sent to prison, they get a sentence at a country-club, resort style, prison!  In truly sentient accountability there are not such double standards as this.

    Now we know that accountability does not make exceptions or excuses, does not work counter productively against itself, and does not encorporate or operate with double standards.  Thus we have gained considerable information and understanding about the order of the Elohim, and UAP worlds based on what they are not and do not tolerate.  Next, we need to get into what this order is, how it works so as to not be all of the things that our earthly orders have always been.  If the Elohim order is so vastly superior to any of our earthly orders, or governments, then how and what is it that they must operate upon the basis of so as to provide them with this strategic advantage and superior functional?  The functional of this order we are talking about must indeed be as advanced as it seems, otherwise, the Elohim would still be sitting at home on their home worlds fighting, war making, and fuming with and among themselves as we still do on this world!  Superiority comes from a superior data base, thus superior operations and order must also be the result of the belief system and the data base beheld therein.  How could such a data base produce such advanced results?  By the data base being advanced itself.  To example but one of the differences between their order and our order, an example would be timely.  How do our earthly orders operate and make laws, and with what considerations?  We make laws based on the current problems of society as they are viewed at the present when the laws are put in place.  The Elohim order makes laws on the basis of projected factors of harmonics, repitition, progressive decline potentials, etc., and not merely based on spur of the moment needs for solutions to current problems!

     The Elohim order operates on a network of directives that have been developed through both experience gained from their own history and what it has involved, and the foresight to make sure that such history is never again repeated.  We do not operate in this manner, as exampled by not one but two world wars, and numerous other examples in the history books where history repeats itself because no one made sure to take the necessary steps to ensure that this was not the case!  History is taught in the education system, but not on functionally effective and efficient enough levels, perceptual observations points, and not objectively enough to have any practical purpose.  I know, I've sat through those classes and didn't learn anything but a bunch of names, places, and dates, memorize these and you pass the course.  The Elohim analyze the elements of their own history as a scientist would analyze the chemical properties of an element of matter being studied.  Here is where the biggest difference stares us straight in the face!  Add to this policy practice of scientific evaluation, the fact that the Elohim have more reason to do better and a more immense reason for being motivated to do so.  What is behind this motivation?  The reality that the Elohim have gone through something much more vastly devestating than a small planetary scurmish known as a world war!  What was not learned from planetary experiences came to be learned through interplanetary actions and reactions, in other words, an interplanetary or galactic war.  This war was of such proportions that it lays to waste all of the wars, world wars, holy wars (or crusades), conflicts like Panama and Grenada, Korea, and Veitnam!  It did serve a purpose, unlike all of our wars, it provided the catalyst for change and progression.  Our wars should be so functional!

     It could be said that the UAP is the proverbial great Pheonix, as it came out of the ashes of the galactic war.  Prior to the galactic war there was a forerunner similar to our League of Nations, which was reconfigured after the galactic war at which time it became The Universal Association of Planets, just as the League of Nations later became the United Nations.  The UAP came into existence upon a newer and upgraded foundation of directives than had been formerly the basis of interplanetary operations.  From this advanced foundation grew the advanced sentient data base upon which the Elohim still operate today.  To fully understand the Elohim, their contact with our world, and their motivation factors which effect our world, and any and all contact with our world, we must now get into these directives in more depth and detail.  The details to come will help us understand the degree of progression necessary in order to stop the repetition of history and climb out of the rut created and perpetuated by such repetition.
