Elohim Project Book 3 - Page 6 - Differences

     There are numerous differences between the peoples of earth and the peoples of the UAP and its member worlds.  Some of these differences are minor, while others are very major.  The minor differences are of a lesser significance, some of these being more subtle than obvious.  The major differences are of the nature of things that are quite obvious, being of a great significance and importance to both the peoples of our world and the UAP worlds, in the interests of positive interaction and good relations.  It is appropriate that we consider these differences and get use to the idea of such differences on both sides of the scale.  If we are to ever get along with our cosmic benefactors, then we are going to have to be more: flexible, adaptable in our thinking; consistent in our sincerity; intent on attitude adjustments; and over all more thoughtful of others than what we have demonstrated towards the differences in the people of our own world!  It is difficult to be optimistic with respects to the potential of interaction with the Elohim, especially in view of what differences are used as the excuse for and the basis of on our planet.  The most idiotic, stupid, and asinine things are done to others under the excuse that they deserved it because they are different!  Our behavior towards those who are not just like us is anything but decent!  What we do to our own kind is a manifestation of anti-sentient, anti-social, and anti-accountability behavior in all reality.

      The Elohim are very analytical about everything they do.  We on the other hand may analyze before we do, or we may just do first and think later, spur of the moment responses is our strong point.  Where politics are concerned, the extent of the deliberation that goes on is how to come up with a Band-Aid fix that will last long enough for those who came up with it to retire from office.  Political careers are built on this type of efficiency!  When it comes to theology, the extent of the deliberation that goes on is how to get a stranglehold on the people that will be frightfully convincing enough to be passed to several generations, thus securing such empowerment for those of authority for several years.  Our limited perceptual perimeters under which we operate are a sharp contrast to the manner and modality of operations of the Elohim!  To come to fully grasp the intensity and the potential impact of this area of differences, we must analyze at least one good, thought provoking example upon which to ponder.  I think of our limited perceptual perimeters of operations, including behavior, to be a type of tunnel vision.  Compared to the operational modality of the Elohim, calling ours tunnel vision is putting things mildly!  You must also keep in mind that, it has been the earthly human tendency to have twenty-twenty vision in hindsight alone, and not exercise the sort of discipline that could provide the same degree of vision in the form of foresight as well.  The Elohim on the other hand, have developed to the point of exercising foresight rather than making excuses for not doing so.  The excuses department seems to be the sole specialty of earthly Homo sapiens.

     One example that comes to mind, that my reader may find difficult to fathom, are the relativity and importance of records, the keeping of them, the maintaining of them, and the prohibition of tampering with or altering any records.  If you will think back to what you have probably read in the scriptures, we have already been told the importance of records and the type of penalty for tampering with the records!  This statement pertaining to the Elohim value system is found in Revelation twenty-two verses eighteen and nineteen, where the adding to the records would result in the one doing the altering having plagues added to himself for his actions, and anyone taking away from the records would have his portion taken away form the tree of life and the new city.  More modernly and appropriately stated, the penalty for any sort of tampering with records carries a high penalty, or a death penalty among the Elohim, their UAP, and the UAP member worlds!  This law is fixed, it is enforced, and there are no provisions for exemptions, excuses, justification, or escapism of any kind for such an atrocity as this one.  But why is this type of behavior or this particular choice of action viewed in this particular manner?  What could be the basis of logic behind such strict law and enforcement of law on this matter?  And how is this matter such a stark difference to what we on earth are accustomed to?  Where do we stand on our views of this matter, and how is it reflected?

     The altering of records is something that goes on with great frequency on our world as a whole.  The altering of records is reflected in numerous ways, some more subtle than others.  The more obvious alterations of records are the result of motivations such as: greed and profit margin concerns of those involved in commercial ventures; the controlled propaganda which establishes public opinion of an individual in theological or political ventures; the absolute control of information presented to the general populous as determined by those involved in national security, military, and scientific ventures.  We read about and hear about such altering of records when scandals and exposé’s break out and the media get the story.  We view such things as relatively trivial or of minimal overall significance, and as isolated incidences where corruption has once again raised its ugly head.  But we fail to see the big picture and the domino effect of such incidences.  For example, it is a researchable fact the councils of organized religion altered the scriptures substantially.  We can thank the Nicene Council, the Council of Trent, the Council of Carthage, and the Jewish Council of Jamnia for such instances of tampering.  But has anyone undone the damage done by these councils?  Has anyone put back what was robbed and taken away from the people to whom it belonged?  The answer is no!  What is the domino effect of this reality?  No one has an unaltered record, or unaltered scriptural record, therefore no one can have the absolute truth and nothing but truth!  Thus all information, knowledge, and understanding presented to the masses by theology is invalid by virtue of the fact that it has all come forth from inaccurate and badly altered records.  It is fundamentally impossible to generate accurate knowledge, truth, and applicable teachings from an incomplete and badly altered database!  This is what has turned religion into exactly what Jesus said it would be, until he sent back to us the helper to produce the convincing evidence that, all that was considered knowledge was nothing more than commands, traditions, and doctrines of men.

     Now we must compare and contrast the view of the Elohim, and the basis of logic behind this view.  What is the purpose for keeping records, and who benefits from this process?  Records are kept so that the people of the time of the records can find factually accurate information that can impact their lives by expanding their knowledge and actions generated by such knowledge, effecting choices, opinions, views, goals, etc.  The records also make a statement about the integrity of those who recorded them, this statement of integrity will be how future generations will know them as people many generations after they have passed on.  Records are kept for the information to allow for and promote growth and progression of generations to come, as records are the basis of development and the expansion of knowledge and understanding.  Sum this all up and you have: records effecting generations past and already gone; the present generation which relies on records as a data base; and generations that are not as of yet even born relying on the generations that went and are going before them to keep the records in such a responsible manner that they can benefit from them when they are born into existence!

    To help my reader get a clearer understanding of exactly what this actually means, I will give a case scenario.  An individual entrusted with the responsibility and obligation of being a record keeper betrays others' trust in their fulfillment of their job by adding to any record, and gets caught.  This individual gets brought up before the UAP Council on charges of record tampering.  If this individual added to the record he tampered with he will be facing: charges of altering the record with intent of manipulation and malice of forethought; misrepresentation of both himself and the record he altered; affirmative non-disclosure of facts, by not openly admitting that he willfully and deliberately added to the record thus altering the potential of the record and its impact on all generations and all worlds that would be effected by the particular record of subject matter; treason against all peoples and worlds that the record would effect;  complasancy, failure to perform his duty;  conspiring to alter futures;  conspiring to restore the chaos of former times, when the continuous altering of records lead to chaos, disunity, violence, and insurrection;  and betrayal of public trust.

   Now we get to the consequences for such an act against the peoples and worlds effected by the record.  To understand the punishment for such action, we must understand more about the operations of the structure of the UAP and its member worlds, as the punishment is relevant to the structure.  In the higher order of the UAP and its member worlds, how you perform and meet your assigned tasks, job, and obligations pertinent thereto determines your standing within the order itself.  Your standing determines what rights, freedoms, privileges, and options you are entitled to as an individual.  As long as you uphold all of your performance obligations and duties, obey all of the laws and statutes established by and operating within the order, you have virtually unlimited freedom to pursue any goals and activities harmonious to the order and its laws.  If you fail to maintain your standing within the order by breaking any of its laws, you forfeit all of your rights, freedoms, privileges, and options!  In the higher order of the UAP and its member worlds, the criminals have no rights because they forfeited their rights by their willful actions against both the order and all of its peoples.  One who is caught violating the laws of the order are punished according to the severity of their crime.

    The adding to a record brings plagues that could also be called strong love disciplinary actions.  One would for a time loose all possibility of interplanetary travel/visitation, as other worlds have no use for associating with known criminals.  If you have family on other worlds you loose the privilege of visiting or seeing them.  You must be rehabilitated and spend extensive time viewing and reviewing records of historical examples on why your actions are against the peoples and their betterment and good, what such actions have resulted in based on the history of past instances.  You will be assigned a rehabilitation worker, and he will accompany you at all times around the clock everywhere you go until such time it is deemed that you are rehabilitated, including living with you in your home or residence.  If your job involved a field where your loosing public trust determined you and your actions to be a threat to the welfare and the safety and security of the people, you get reclassified and reassigned to another field of occupation requiring a lessor degree of trust and security clearance.  You can no longer be assigned assignments involving your leaving the planet on which the crime was committed, for the duration of the time it takes to be determined that you are rehabilitated.  You loose the rights and privileges of giving any type or form of community input into any councils or activity organizations developing the potential and expansion of the peoples.  You are publicly reproved for your actions, and all will know you and what you did to break the law, this knowledge being used as a precautionary measure to prevent societal contamination of your lack of values for the order and all peoples and worlds within the order.

    In addition, very extensive records are kept which are within what we would consider public domain.  All of your actions, physical and verbal, will be recorded for review by the council before whom you were tried, to be evaluated and used to determine the length of your rehabilitation.  Your living needs will be met and maintained, but will not be improved or escalate until you have been re-evaluated and determined to be rehabilitated.  During the time of rehabilitation there is no advancement in one's social standing or secular standing, this privilege has been forfeited.  You must also make restitution to those whom you effected, insulted, and betrayed before the determination can be made that you have been fully rehabilitated.  Restitution is based on the social structures and the customs of those your offense was determined to be against.  By having become a lawbreaker, you also bring shame and embarrassment upon all of your friends and family members; restitution must also be made to these according to what they deem suitable.  Thus punishment includes and requires input and action on the part of the criminal's family and friends, and not just the judgment council itself!  Your record as an individual is within the realm of public domain for the purpose of making a statement about you.  This allows those seeking specific characteristics, skills, and qualifications for specialized projects and assignments to have access to the necessary information to make well informed and accurate choices on their assignment selections, this in turn saves lives and projects.

    Now we have analyzed the scenario of adding to the record, what about the act of taking away from or making deletions of the record, or a record?  According to the value statement in the scriptural record, anyone taking away from the record will have his portion taken away from the tree of life.  What does this mean?  This means that one who takes away from a record has committed an act worthy of death!  Why such a strict punishment?  Because one who alters a record by deletion is facing not only all of the same charges as those mentioned in the scenario of adding to the record, but more besides.  An individual who has taken away from a record would also be facing additional charges such as: slander, liable, and defamation of character, one count for each individual who was involved in the original recording of the record, (it is viewed as slander because it is speaking ill of the dead by altering the record that will speak of them to future generations, it is liable because it is an act taken in full knowledge of the effects and consequences, it is defamation of character because it alters the perception of those who recorded the information, their integrity and their character which is derived by future generations, after their passing, by the records that they kept and how they kept them);  one would also face charges of grand theft and larceny for robbing three generations of what was rightfully theirs, the generation passed on having been robbed of their credibility and character as inferred by the record, the present generation who would be drawing on the record as a data base, and the future generations that would use the record as both a time line historical marker and a data base as well;  desecration of the dead, the desecration being the desecrating of the record which the dead cannot stand up and fight to ensure the restoration of;  malice against three generations, past, present, and future;  conspiracy to adversely alter futures through endangerment by eliminating crucial information from the data base of the present and future generations;  conspiracy to deprive the living and the unborn of what is rightfully their birthright and inheritance;  endangering futures by potentially subjecting them to annihilation and death through lack of critical information through removal of information, information not particularly significant in importance to one generation may be critically crucial to the survival of another generation of another time frame, as time and circumstances change generation to generation, (due to this fact, such deletions are considered as an act of attempted potential murder through indirect means);  instigation, insighting, and perpetuating instability of the order by altering the accuracy of records upon which stability depends;  insighting future generations to regression, aiding and assisting regression, hindering the progression and development of present and future generations;  character assassination, as pertains to the deceased who recorded the record, the present generation who will have to live down such actions of an individual coming forth from their midst, and all of the people of the world where the crime was perpetrated as such a crime reflects poorly upon the world where the crime occurred in the observations and trust levels of other worlds with which this world interacts, trades, visits, engages in joint ventures, missions, and outpost operations.  It is not so difficult to see why, in view of all of the information presented, that the Elohim are very strict in both their laws and the enforcement thereof!  Death for such an action of atrocity against so many in so many different ways is quite befitting.

    With this view of the purpose for keeping records, as is the view of the Elohim, then the consequential relativity of tampering with records would be of a higher significance than we view in this matter.  When records are tampered with, it is an act of atrocity against: the generation of the time of any given set of records, and reflects on them poorly at the time and in the times to come after they will be gone and the only way of knowing them is by their records; the past generations, who are already passed on and cannot stand up and fight for the right to keep the records intact and undefiled by tampering; and the unborn generations whose futures may be critically effected and negatively altered by their inherited data base having been altered.  This means that the tampering and altering of records is an act of atrocity against the past, present, and future generations of any given world, its people, and all other peoples and worlds that they will interact with as well!  Thus it is also viewed as an act of atrocity against all interactive worlds, as any given data base establishes the basis of how worlds and their inhabitants interact with one another.  This is the basis of the logic, and the overall or whole picture that the Elohim see that we do not.  This basis of logic makes a whole lot more sense than does our approach to the matter!  Thus we can know and understand the disciplined comprehension behind such a strict law and the enforcement thereof.  This is but one small example of such differences that we will need to come to know and understand if we are to have a functional interaction with our cosmic neighbors and benefactors.

    Our planet's history is filled with the reality that our lack of the necessary discipline to see the whole picture is at the base of the repetitive tendency reflected in our own history.  The same mistakes, tragedies, and errors of judgement are repeated over and over again, generation after generation, civilization after civilization.  This is because while we keep continuously changing things, we fail to change the right things to generate the needed over-all difference to change the repetitive course of human earthly history.  Our strong point is making more or new and different laws, thinking that the laws are not working, when in fact what is not working is our observational awareness of the fact that the laws are not being enforced.  If the laws were consistently being enforced, there would be no further need to keep making so many new ones, which will likewise result in the same failures if they are also not consistently enforced!  The biggest and most crucial statement being made by the scenario of altered records is that: the Elohim see a larger over-all view and have adjusted their laws and enforcement accordingly; the laws work and work well with efficiency and effectiveness only when they are consistently enforced without exception; and history must also be viewed with the same broadened perspective if it can be used to learn how to truly make progression and not just keep existing in the rut created by a history of not making the right changes in the right areas crucial to absolute progression.  To understand the effectiveness of consistency in the enforcement of laws, we must now come to know more about the order of the Elohim and their crime rate.

    The higher order of the UAP, its member worlds, as enjoyed by the Elohim, exercises more responsibility for taking the needed actions in order to not promote lawlessness.  In contrast, our enforcement does just that, encourages and promotes more and repeat crimes.  On our world the criminals have more rights than the people they commit the crimes against.  The Elohim do not experience this reality, so why do we keep putting up with it?  The Elohim enjoy the peace of mind and the harmony that is reflected in their two- percent crime rate!  This sound miraculously low, but you do not have the full picture yet.  The UAP consists of well over a hundred and forty-four thousand member worlds, and still enjoys the crime rate of two percent!  On our world, crime pays, consequently we have an over abundance of it because so many benefit from it, and or get by with it.  Among the UAP worlds, crime is not tolerated, it is not rewarded by a system that slaps criminals' hands and puts them back on the streets to repeat their actions against yet more people.  The Elohim have no groups rallying for the rights of those who have chosen by their course of action to forfeit their rights, by selecting the option to violate the laws and violate the people who obey the laws.  As long as we have such groups taking it upon themselves to insist on the criminals having rights they have forfeited by their actions, we will continue to have chaos, escalation of crime and violence, and more victims than we can even keep count of!

    What it boils down to is: if you are soft on criminals you promote criminal activity; if you are soft on crime you are soft on the rights of those who break no law; if you are strong on the rights of the criminal, then the rights of the victims are not being addressed and these are the ones who have done nothing to forfeit their right, yet they have none; if you become strong for the rights of the victims, then there is the potential to begin to eliminate the concept that crime pays; if society believes, based on what has been evidenced and demonstrated to it, that crime pays-they will rethink their value system according to what will benefit them; if society sees that crime does not pay, they will elevate their thinking and standards according to what they stand to benefit from the most.  The groups that insists on the criminals having all the rights that they have forfeited have the most to loose by the UAP standards.  How is this so?  Because if our world ever grew up enough to adopt such a higher order, this group would have to find a new cause!  The records of the UAP, that span several hundred thousand years, prove beyond a shadow of reasonable human doubt that there is absolutely no basis of reasoning to think that the way we are going about things on our world is ever going to work.  Why?  Because it has never worked on any other world of sentient beings that has ever been in or a part of the UAP!  Our own earthly record demonstrates to us that the civilizations that were soft on crime and corruption fell unanimously and without exception!  The UAP records show that the same scenario holds true with respects to entire worlds and planets, as well as civilizations and societies.

    It is critical to understand these differences since differences become construed into the basis of responses and actions of peoples.  These differences are of the sort that by nature could save earthling man from himself.  But those who are benefiting from the status quo that exists on our world will do everything within their power to keep us from looking at these differences in this manner.  These ones have the most to loose if the changes are enacted that are within possibility.  It has already been perceived and acknowledged that power corrupts.  There is nothing to prove that earthling man can exercise absolute authority without the resulting consequential ensnarement of corruption.  This is one lesson that history speaks the loudest concerning, and we pay the least amount of attention to the reality that history is trying to teach us how to outgrow!  Those who come here from great distances with great interest, concern, and good intentions could change our planet's history by teaching us about themselves and how their higher order works.  But those who are profiting from the terminal chaos of the present status quo are not going to be favorably impressed by the new and insightful information and its potential to eliminate the current status quo.  The fact is, and the Elohim see it quite clearly, that we are faced with only two choices: one, we continue to eat, drink, marry, and be given in marriage until our civilization fails and falls, going the way of all others who went before us, and listen to our leadership promising peace and security until the end comes, and listen to the theological promises of deliverance until the end comes and no such miracles come to pass and the theological promises pass away with the decline and fall of our civilization; or, two, we accept, acknowledge, and come to terms with the fact that we are in need of help that is no part of the world and does not originate from such a deficient data base, recognizing that if the Elohim who wish to help prevent our world from self-destructing have already outgrown such growing pains that perpetually lead to the fall of civilizations on our world, for if the Elohim had not successfully made such advancement and progress they would still be on their home worlds making war with each other and fighting over profits and power just like we are still doing on our world!

    To come to a more comprehensive awareness and understanding as to the reasons why the Elohim expect the development of a resistance element, we must more fully understand the basis for the development of such a resistance element.  The basis of the potential and the reality of a resistance element lies within the differences that have not yet been disclosed.  These differences are where the potential comes from, due to the reality of all that has been done and tried on our world, and the degree of or lack of success that such efforts have provided.  The differences that we must next come to understand are in the areas of theological, social, and political standards.  In these areas our standards have left a lot to be desired, which is why we have never had a civilization stand for a period of time even close to the duration of the Elohim, or UAP order!  We do have a promise given that an order that would stand to time indefinite, and would not pass on to any other people, would be established and it would have to be established by means of help from a higher, non-earthly source.  Theology has effectively misrepresented the source of this order through their human interpretation of the remnant of the original record given by the Elohim.  Consequently, the people of our world are in no way even slightly prepared for the establishment of this much needed new order.  Due to the manner in which this order and its establishment have been represented to the populous of our world, the reality of what must take place will not be what the populous has been conditioned to expect or prepared for the actuality of.

    The reality of what must occur in order for this new order to be established will sent shock waves through the planet and the people hereon.  Since the information being substituted for the factual reality is so far off base, the interpretation of what will be happening will be viewed from the totally wrong perspective.  This wrong perspective is where the resistance element will come into play.  The establishment of the long awaited, and long ago promised, new order will be viewed as an invasion by the Elohim!  This is the type of propaganda we can expect to be circulated by the powers that be when the time comes to establish a functional interaction with the Elohim so that the new order can be brought about.  Those who have the most to loose will attempt to hinder those who have the most to gain from having the accurate knowledge of truth about the Elohim, what they are about, who they are, and what their intentions are concerning our planet and its future and survival.  It will boil down to a battle between good and evil, the good being the masses who have long awaited something better, and more qualitative, the bad being those who would cost those under them, their power and authority, anything so long as it maintained their positions of authority and the corrupt benefits of the abuse of that authority.  There will be nothing they will stop at to attempt to circumvent the establishment of the new order that earthling Homo sapiens are entitled to as sentient beings!  These ones will be representing themselves as righteous, good, sincere, and holy men, when what they are seeking to maintain has already proven to be anything but what they have continually claimed it to be.  Sufficient proof will have come to light and to the eyes of the peoples to expose this reality.

    In order for we the people of Earth to be able to make the right choices for our futures, and ourselves we must be given the disclosure that only the Elohim can provide.  If any other source were going to provide this information openly and freely, then it would have been done.  Since the reality is that this information has not been ascertained and released to the populace, it has fallen upon the Elohim and become their responsibility to do so.  If the Elohim operated as an aggressive, primitive mentality, prone to dominance and conquest, then they have been visiting our world for such a long period of time that they would have already made such a move.  In fact, if this sort of intent were in the minds of the Elohim, they would have conquered our world long before we developed the advanced technology that we now possess!  Since this is not the intent that they have evidenced, and then it must be made clear to us what their actual intent is, and only they can render this accounting for their being here.  This is a part of what we must come to understand and keep in mind so that we will not by wrongfully swayed and influenced by the propaganda that will come into circulation once the commencement of operations begins, according to the Elohim time table.

    The propaganda that will be used as an attempt at absolute control over the populous will not only be directed at the Elohim themselves, it will also be directed at those who welcome, accept, and embrace the Elohim and the new order they promised in the record of old.  Those who embrace the Elohim, and their higher order, will be labeled as traitors; treasonous; deserters; and spies!  It is going to take an awful lot of accurate knowledge and detailed information being presented to empower people to make the right stand and hold their ground under persecution from the powers that be.  The persecution will come from theological, social, and political elements of the powers that be.  Remember: those who do not want anything better for themselves do not want anything better for others either; those who make the wrong choices always like to influence others to make the same choices with them, thinking that it makes those wrong choices a little bit more right, or less wrong, if others follow along; misery loves company, if those who are not wanting something better, thinking that they could not live another life style other than the one they have grown accustomed to, they will want company in their misery and not be alone with it;  while power corrupts knowledge empowers with the sort of power that is more resistant to the mildew of corruption, those who do not want the knowledge being provided by the Elohim disclosure will likewise not want others to have what they themselves do not wish to accept; and that which is most valuable and of the highest worth always costs something, and there are always consequences to having anything, and responsibility that goes along with having anything-even forbidden knowledge!
