We have sufficiently established the reasoning and logic behind the fact that theology isn't the answer to mankind's problems. We have established the concept that governments may not be either, but why, what else is there? What is the single most significant factor disqualifying earthly governments from being the source of solutions to the problems our world now faces? Human earthly governments fail to acknowledge any authority higher than their own. Why is this so significant? Because it is in sharp contrast to the views of the Elohim. To point out the views of the Elohim we must read Romans 13:1-4, here it is talking about the earthly authorities and how we are to be obedient to and in subjection to these earthly authorities. Why does it emphasize this? Because the earthly authorities stand placed in their relative positions by God, he who oposses the earthly authorities oposses the arrangement of God. Now remember, the writer of this text thought that the Elohim were gods, and various councils much later down the time line retranslated Elohim, which meant the gods, to Eloha meaning god. If we apply what we have figured out, the actual meaning of this text would read: the earthly authorities stand placed in the relative positions by the Elohim, he who oposses these authorities oposses the arrangement of the Elohim [who seeded this world]. Why would the Elohim allow earthly governments their positions of authority? Because they could perform functional service to those served by them, they were therefore a necessary part of our developmental progress.
What then can we expect the Elohim response to be concerning earthly governments since they are becoming so corrupt, self-serving, self-seeking, ineffective, inefficient, secretive, and counter productively destructive? What is the significance to our becoming aware of this concept pertaining to the views of the Elohim? If the Elohim have granted power to earthly governments by allowing them the authority to operate, then they can just as easily revoke that authorization! Remember the warnings given? Let he who thinks he is standing beware that he does not fall, see 1 Corinthians 10:12, would this not be applicable to the authorities now standing? If the Elohim allow earthly authorities to operate, then they are the ones with the authority, we only think earthly governments have authority because that is what we have been taught to beleive. Now, if the authority to operate is based on righteousness and the accountability which is righteousness, then where does this place earthly governments? He that has will have more added to him, but he that does not have, even what he has will be taken from him, see Mark 4:25. If earthly governments operate without the element of accountability then they do not have authority. True sentience has authority, true authority is based on accountability, accountability thus being the basis for authority as well as the basis of true sentience, since true sentience is accountable for its actions.
Failure to adhere to and uphold accountability is only part of the problem, though the grossest part. The Elohim view the attitude of earthly authorities, where they refuse to acknowledge any other authority other than their own, as haughtiness. This is another indicator that things are not looking good for earthly governments, after all, the haughty one will be humbled and the humble one will be exalted, see James 4:6 and 1 Peter 5:5. This is not at all a totally new concept if you really stop and think about it. Even during the time of extensive Elohim interaction with the biblical nation of Isreal, this interaction involved the removing and setting up of kings, representing influencing of earthly affairs by the earthly authority of kings, see Daniel 2:21. We have even been informed that there would be times when the earthly authorities would not even acknowledge the standards left in the Elohim record, this would make it necessary to obey the higher standard rather than the lesser standard of such earthly authorities, see Acts 5:29. In being told to obey god as ruler rather than men, it is the same as saying: obey the laws set forth by the Elohim record, as this record tells us what they find acceptable, based on the specs of their order of directives. I do not intend to make earthly governments more insecure or paranoid over their positions here, but what we do not know can hurt us! We must have this information if we are to understand how to approach the matter, and how to approach the Elohim as well.
At this time, earthling man is faced with making a choice. We can decide to gain an accurate understanding of the Elohim, their order, and their intensions for our world in this order. The only other choice we have is to continue ignoring what it is we should be understanding and coming to terms with, and choose the consequences therein. If we select the first option, this is in harmony with the advice found at Luke 12:31, and Matthew 6:33, for by seeking the Elohim we are actually seeking the kingdom of the heavens, because seeking the kingdom of the heavens means seeking those who constitute that kingdom. It is stated that those who seek shall find, it should not be that difficult to do. If we choose the second option, let the Elohim seek us, we forfeight a great deal. If we seek the kingdom, all else will be added to us, all the assistance and technical where with all that we could possibly need to correct the damage done to our world. If we make them come to us to take the reigns, this is showing them that we would rather die than get help from a source other than ourselves. This is beyond just haughty! This is rediculously stupid! If they come to us, the ball is in their court and the game played totally by their rules, we could opt for more of a say in things if we seek them. Which do we really want? The Elohim have exampled how they view earthly authorities by their interaction with kings of old. Their views have not changed, nor are they likely to at any time in the survivable future.
There are more things that we must consider, if we are to understand where the Elohim are coming from with respects to thier views and observations where we are concerned. How do the earthly governments compare to theology when it comes to providing: informative, accurate, and concise information about the extraterrestrials visiting our world, providing evidence in the form of abductees?; explanations of why they are here?; or how they got here?; how their crafts got them here in spite of the sizes we've seen thus far?; what are they interested in here?; why are they visiting us instead of someone else?; how long have they known of us and been visiting and watching us?. When you consider these questions they stack up about the same, and that isn't saying anything good. Are the social or societal elements doing any better? No, these elements must keep on the good side of the other two, theology and politics, or they will cease to even exist. This leaves only one source of enlightenment, the Elohim, and only one source of authority to ensure such enlightenment, the Elohim. The more enlightened we can become, the less likely we will be to be led astray or swayed into thinking along the wrong lines. Those wrong lines are the human ways of thinking about the relativity of all things. We were told to be made new in the force actuating our minds, only accurate knowledge of truth has the power to be such a force, see Ephesians 4:23. If we are to allow this force of knowledge to actuate our minds, then we must continue seeking knowldge of the Elohim and their order, as it was known as the kingdom of the heavens.
There was mention made to a concept not elaborated on, universal rights of sentience. We now must analyze this concept to realize where it fits into the complex picture we are constructing piece by piece. How close does earthling man come to such a concept pertaining to the rights of earthly peoples? We have thus far percieved and comprehended such things as human rights, civil rights, but the concept of universal rights and/or rights of sentience has totally eluded us up to this point! How does earthly man's record stand on the levels we have comprehended? If we cannot even maintain an even footing and uphold the civil and human rights of the peoples of our own world, then how are we to address and appropriately adhere to the concepts of universal and sentient rights and how all sentient life forms are included in such? At the present, we have no such provisions under law for the rights of those visiting our world, which means that they have no rights on our world and no protection from the elements of the powers that be. Yet, they have made full provision for both our life form, its state of developmental progression, and our world as well under their laws, and have maintained enforcement of such. Americans place a lot of stock or faith in something known as the Bill of Rights, yet it has less and less strength and applicable influence, due to the powers that be gradually eliminating rights and provisions made under this bill. This is not an impressive factor to the Elohim, it shows that we cannot stick to our guns even when it is written and considered law! To us laws are just another something to keep changing as the need for absolute authority and control dictate the required changes. Once the structural order was worked out to the agreement of the worlds involved, the Elohim order has remained unchanged for several thousand years, working with total efficiency, applicational equality, and universal consistancy requiring no additional alterations. Why can we not establish such an order for our planet? Let us analyze additinal data and realize exactly why!
ETHICAL STANDARD OF UNIVERSAL RIGHTS OF SENTIENCE
1) Sentient species have the right to authority over thier world of origin, worlds utilized for colonization, scientific outposts, elemental retrieval outposts, over which authority is extended from world of origin.
a) Such authority over a world excludes activities, operations, and similar ventures which present or pose an element of risk that could endanger the continued existence of a planet itself, the rights of a sentient specie does not over-ride the rights of lesser planetary species or the rights of the planet itself.
b) Sentient species can originate from and claim authority over and within an origin world, without claim of ownership, as the obligation of a sentient specie to their origin world is to manage it as caretaker due to the classification of worlds as a life form.
2) Sentient species have the right to having all needs, requirements, and conditions met that constitute the basis for the continued live habitation of the form by which means they are recognized and identified by other species.
a) In the event that, due to alterations, evolutionary factors, time element factors, movement of other astral bodies (comets, meteors, etc.), an origin world can no longer or soon will fail to meet live habitatin needs, requirements, and conditions, the sentient specie inhabiting that world has the right to preservation (intervension) by rescue and relocation to another suitable world.
b) Sentient species of unlike forms, having originated from unlike worlds, when engaged in interaction must acknnowledge, observe, and address the life form needs that ensure live habitation of form, so that interaction presents no danger to form status.
3) Sentient species have the right to the fulfillment of their sentient potential, as persuing potential is harmonious to the purpose of sentience, the purpose of sentience being to persue knowledge of all things and all realities as beheld within the physical universe.
a) The right of sentient species to persue knowledge and therefore persue fulfillment through acquiring knowledge does not over-ride the rights of lesser life forms, therefore the persuit of knowledge cannot be at the risk, endangerment, and fatal consequence to other life forms, be they lesser non-sentient life forms, potentially sentient, or sentient life forms.
b) The persuing of knowledge and the fulfillment therein must not violate directives, edicts, ethics, and provisions of the order of the Whole, or any of the rights and obligations therein pertaining to the Whole and the order of the Whole.
4) Sentient species have the right to productivity and the achieving of their fullest capacity of sentient potential, from which is generated forth true sentient productivity and the fruits reflected therein.
a) The productivity and fruits thereof are a part of the ways and means of both input into the Whole and of establishing an identity among all sentient species. No specie shall be deprived of identity or a manner and means of reflecting that identity in an accountable way to all other sentient species.
b) Acceptable productivity will and shall reflect fruits harmonious to and in agreement with the order of the Whole, and all directives issuing forth from the Whole. Any productivity in violation of directive is by nature and classification counter-productivity and in violation of law and sentient accountability.
5) Sentient species have the right to be accurately and honestly represented and/or presented to all other sentient species, by means of the Whole, the order of the Whole, and information provided from within the Whole.
a) The accurate and honest representation and/or presentation of a sentient specie by another sentient specie or body of sentient species constitutes an acknowledgement of a sentient specie, such acknowledgement is inclusive of accountability towards that specie and all obligations, rights, provisions, and directives which pertain to and include that specie.
b) In acknowledging a specie, such acknowledgement also acknowledges that specie's inclusion in the unity and harmony of the order of the Whole, the right to such harmony and inclusion if fruits present qualification to become a unified part or member of the whole.
c) Acknowledgement of a specie can be made without consideration for membership, qualification for membership, status of seed world, or undiscovered/unknown world being a factor.
6) Sentient species have the right to representation among the Whole in order that they may establish for themselves both identity among the whole and a position of obligatory inclusion from which to recieve benefits derived from the order of the Whole.
a) The right to representation in the Whole is extended through provisions to worlds unqualified to produce their own representation.
b) Unqualified worlds have the right to make appropriate progress to become included in the Whole, at which time representation would be derived from the midst of the world, rather than appointed in that world's behalf from among the Whole.
c) Rights may be extended to unqualified worlds, though benefits of membership in the order of the Whole may not extend to such worlds, unless the extension of such benefits is to ensure the survival of such a world.
7) Sentient species have the right to provisions, laws, directives, and the enforcement thereof as presented and represented by directive, ethic, and edict to, by, and within the Whole and the order of the Whole.
a) Order and law are based on the concept of true sentience being inclusive of accountability. Accountability responses determine sentience status.
b) The deficit, absence, or failure of accountability generates disorder and lawlessness. Therefore a lack of accountability displays a lack of sentience and the inability to produce fruits resulting in order and law. Harmony, unity, and peace cannot be established where there is not present the element of sentience known as accountability.
c) Failure to support, adhere to, and enforce directives of order and law constitute a violation of the rights of any sentient species not recieving enforcement. Such a violation of sentient rights is an act against all sentient species, and a failure of accountability to all sentient species.
8) Sentient species have the right to assistance from the Whole, be it of any type, sort, nature, or form being within the capacity, capability, and means available from within the Whole or any part thereof.
a) Assistance may include any sort of aid necessary to eliminate any life threatening situation, obstacle, disaster, plague, or otherwise unavoidable ocurrence requiring technical, medical, scientific, or manpower assistance.
b) The need for assistance may arise as a result ofjoint missions requiring the specialization of multiple worlds to achieve target objectives benefiting the Whole.
c) Sentient species have the right to render and be included in the providing of assistance to other sentient species, and non-sentient, potentially sentient species as well if their survival is at risk beyond their ability to compensate.
How does our behavior as a world and a specie measure up to the Elohim concepts of the rights of sentience? Item one defines an erea similar to what we have to contend with on our world, but is of a vastly expanded perimeter. On our world we deal with the differences between peoples of national origin and race, rather than from different worlds and different species. How well do we deal with these differences? What fruits are we reflecting and therefore demonstrating to our visitors and observers to our world? We justify, excuse, and explain wars, religious disunity and persecution, political strife and bickering, social unrest and discrimination on these minor and extemporaniously superficial differences among peoples of earth. What does this lead the Elohim to believe is reasonable to expect of us where they are concerned? ANYTHING! If we cannot deal with the differences found on our own tiney world, then how are we to ever even begin to fathom, much less deal with, the differences found in the kingdom of the heavens? If we cannot love our neighbor as ourself on our world, then how are we going to love our galactic neighbors as ourselves? We cannot even love ourselves as a planet! Jesus himself tried his best to prepare us for this, but we had ears but could not hear. Earthlings witnessed Jesus actions and the convincing evidence he demonstrated in his time on our world, yet we had eyes but could not see. It is only due to the provisions made in the Elohim order that we even have a second and last chance to hear and see what it is that humankind missed when the first opportunity was blown.
Items two through four should be familiar enough to us for us to be able to relate to them, they pertin to life, liberty, and the persuit of happiness, only in terms allowing for the inclusion of all life forms. Item five pertains to the freedom to be an individual and unique specie and be acknowledged as such. Such an acknowledgement and acceptance of a specie provides the basis for unity and harmony between species and worlds, especially since accountability is the basis for sentience. Without true sentience, with its accountability, their is no basis ofr true lasting structural order, unity, harmony, or peace. This concept explains why our world has never known true or lasting peace on a global proportion, and why it is that the Elohim can rightly consider our specie to be potentailly sentient, even though we think of ourselves as a sentient specie. By our measuring rod we may be, but based on the measuring rod of the Elohim we fall short of the mark. We fall short of the mark of perfection, remember, human imperfection and the concept of sin was based on the failure of Adam and Eve to be accountable for their actions. Adam blamed Eve, Eve blamed the serpent, and the human race has failed to be accountable for their actins ever since! Jesus did away with sin by being fully accountable for his actions, being accountable to both earthly law and the law of the Elohim. It can now be said that imperfection is no longer inherited but is a choice of actions. Sin is no longer Adams fault, and no longer rests on Jesus' head, no it now rests on our heads and is in our hands to continue to choose or choose to outgrow. When we choose to outgrow sin, and choose accountability with it perfection, then we will have harmony, unity, peace, and the security that these bring.
When we choose to outgrow our excuses, rationalizations, and justifications as a specie, then we will be ready and worthy of true sentience. Once we are truly sentient, then we will realize a much more significant and applicable significance to items six through eight. We will only then be in a position to experience and live the righteousness of the Elohim and their order, until this time we will not know what true righteousness is. This is why and how it is that Jesus could say that the disclosure, the convincing evidence, that he would send the helper back to produce would include righteousness, because he was going his way to the father. Jesus was returning to the order and law of his Elohim father, and this meant that he was returning to the righteousness of this order, after experiencing everything but righteousness during his time of temporary residency on our world. Jesus has traversed the galaxy to spread the word of the order of the Elohim to the other folds, or those not of the earthly fold. Jesus came to our world from the many abodes of the realm of the Elohim, also to spread the word that no one heard with comprehensive understanding. The helper must satisfy the promise Jesus gave and provide the convincing evidence that is being withheld by both governments and theology. Under item five, if sentient species have the right to be honestly represented and presented to other sentient species, then sentient species are under obligation to do honest representing of one specie to another.
Our earthly governments and theology misrepresenting and withholding information about the Elohim is not a demonstration of either true sentience or of accountability. Just as Jesus was sent to deliver the world from sin, so now the helper must deliver the world from the ignorance and lack of accountability, (due to the lack of accurate knowledge), which now constitutes chosen sin and imperfection that we can choose to eliminate by choosing accurate knowledge of truth. The more knowledge and understanding we can acquire about the Elohim, their order, and their history of interaction with our world, the more we will be able to measure up to the mark of perfections. If we can only work at establishing the basis to come closer to the mark of perfection, we will have a lot less to fear from the Elohim. When we can choose knowledge over ignorance, then we can choose interaction over intervension. If we could only reach the point of knowledge and understanding to quit fighting ourselves, then we would no longer be fighting the Elohim either. We must reach the point of becoming determined to climb out of the rutt of human earth history, that rutt being the ignorance that has lead to every earthly kingdom, civilization, and source of authority and rulership falling and becoming artifacts in museums and chapters in history books. We were promised a place in a kingdom that would last to time indefinite, even forever, but we must become worthy and qualified for that positin of inclusion. The only way that this qualification can be achieved is through gaining knowledge and the changes that knowledge brings, or, putting the Elohim in the position of having to decide for us what is in the best interest of both our world and the good of the Whole.
There is another factor that we must at this time come to understand in light of the directives we have had disclosed to us. Mankind, or the earthly human element, is not the only party in the Record of the Elohim that are spoken of as sinning. Sin is not merely or only a human behavioral response, the one who came to be called the serpent, the devil, and Satan is also said to have been guilty of this sort of behavior, see 1 John 3:8. Of what significance is this factor? Jesus said that the helper would produce convincing evidence pertaining to sin, righteousness, and judgment. We are acutely interested in the judgment aspect, as found at John 16:11, due to it involving the ruler of the world being judged. This person was also said to be a ruler or authority of darkness, see Luke 22:53 and Colossians 1:13. Theology has taught that the devil has been on our planet since the tempting of Eve in the garden of Eden, and he is blamed for human behavior as a constant influence that is always present here. Is this true? If it is, then why could it be said that the ruler of the world is coming, see John 14:30? If this individual has always been here, then what is the significance of his being judged? Just as Jesus himself is of another origin, so is the devil. The devil is of the same origin, but not of the same order since he and his followers broke the law of the order on numerous occasions and were oustead from the UAP order. When Jesus said the ruler of the world had been judged, he was in fact telling us that by the time he made that statement the devil and his followers had become an opposition element and that element had been expelled from the Elohim order.
Why is an accurate understanding of this judgment significant now? Because we must know what this resistance element is about, how it has operated, how and when it still can and for how much longer it still can, and what they have been doing in the mean time, and where they have been doing things we are familiar with on small levels. In a chapter of a previous book, it was discussed how the devil had an orbiting ship, the lofty mountain from which Jesus was shown all of the kingdoms of earth in an instant of time. And how the only way to observe the entire earth in a brief time was from an orbiting ship. When Jesus was caught away to his father, he was actually taken up to his father's ship. We discussed how Jesus had to go to others not of the earth fold, and this was why his presence was like the lightening flashing forth from the east to the west due to travel in time dilation. If Jesus is traveling to other places to inform other flocks, then do you not think that the devil would be doing likewise? The kingdom of the heavens was likened to a woman, in Revelation 12, the devil is the dragon. This dragon was confined to the earth with great anger knowing he had a short time to do his dirty work. Why a short time? Because if he was going to go off and wage war with the seed who would observe the teachings of Jesus and the order of the UAP, would he not have to follow Jesus to the other folds to wage war with that seed? Those of these other folds who were to be brought into one flock under one shepherd, by means of information and convincing evidence being presented to them, are the seed spoken of there. This would be the same information that the opposition did not want earthlings to possess, would they want others to have it any more than they wanted us to have it?
There are other ereas where the devil should be rendered his just due, and theology is allowing him to get off for them. As a former project head, and having had authority as such on our world, this person had a position of opportunity and not just one of priveledge and servitude. He utilized this opportunity to establish a name and reputation for himself among other sentient worlds. This resulted in others knowing when the Elohim were not in the vacinity of our world. The projects of seeding the first civilizations on our world included several project heads. This was then reduced to a watchdog group who were to monitor progress, record and report progress, and keep abuses from going on here. What kind of abuses? The kind that kept being started up here and had to be repeatedly put a stop to! Once the opposition, lead by Satan, was excluded from the Elohim order they took up interactions with non-member worlds who had interests in furthering their understanding of the universe by means and/or methods not sanctioned by the UAP. The only records we have pertaining to these activities, or abuses are found in the record of the Elohim and records considered mythology.
What were the nature of these abuses and what manner was used to deal with them? The abuses included establishing religions with practices that involved human sacrifices, example Baal worship. Such practices, religions, cults, customs and the like had been outlawed among the Elohim for thousands of years, because they violated the directives and belief system of their order. The Elohim used the Isrealite army to set the precident that this would not be tolerated on our world, this was done by killing their priests and prophets, see 2 Kings 11:18. The ones occupying the land promised to Israel, those seen by the spies to be carrying bundles of grapes by means of a pole between two men, these were carrying out genetic experimentation in a land not belonging to them. The same sort of genetic experimentation went on in the Mediterranian region, resulting in Greek and Roman mythology. Such experimentation had been banned on inhabited worlds, due to such actions being considered to violate UAP directives. When this pattern was exhibited as such it necessitated action from the UAP. The action taken against these parties, both the devil and his followers and the worlds involved in outlawed activities, resulted in them all being banished from our vacinity and confined to their own parsec of space. This banishment can be found at Revelation 20:1-3.
What is the significance to this banishment? One who is not in our vacinity, much less on our planet, cannot be the source of the problems here even if we insist on continuing to blame him. The act of banishing these criminals to the abyss or confines of their own parsec of space was a temporary measure. The UAP designated a fleet to contain these ones in the perimeter confines, by force if necessary, only until it was time to allow them one more chance to change their course of action. During the time that these elements of opposition are out of our way, we have the opportunity to achieve growth and make the progress necessary for inclusion in the Elohim order. This time of containment allows all developing worlds, the other folds that Jesus spoke of, to reach the same stage of development and opportunity for inclusion into the Elohim order. When the time of confinement lapses, the opposition elements will try to sway all of these young developing worlds, they were like putty in their hands in times past. Those who continue to be putty in the hands of these elements will be destroyed when the opposition elements are destroyed. What this should be telling us is that sin has to do with not only accountability, but choices as well. Also, sin is something that can be eliminated by actions and choices or brought back into the picture through influences on those actions and choices. Those who are truly sentient are truly righteous, those who are truly sentient and righteous will not be swayed when these opposition forces are released and given their last chance. Those who do not make the grade will not have another chance, just as the opposition will not get another if they blow it when they are released from confinement.
It is becoming gradually clearer and clearer just how much information we have been denied and deprived of by the powers that be. There is much more at stake in this matter than just our right to know what has been stolen from us, and hidden under labels of national security and traditions, commands, and doctrines of men. The Elohim are under obligation to provide and produce the disclosure, what Jesus spoke of as convincing evidence, or they place themselves in the position of being in violation to their own order and the directives therein. There would be no basis of respect, trust, or honorability with which to establish interaction with the Elohim if they place themselves in a position of being no better than we are. We have dealt with enough apostacy and hypocracy on our world, that originated from our world, we surely don't need the same thing coming from yet another source. If we are to realize and comprehend the potential benefits of accepting and interacting with the Elohim, we are going to require an extensive data base upon which to progress to that point. There is still more information that must be examined, analyzed, and explained, which is as it should be. The disclosure may be a few thousand years late in getting here, but our developmental progress was equally slow. Due to the slowness of our development, the Elohim had insufficient substance on our end to work with. I hope we have come of age enough to understand, appreciate, and take to heart what is being provided for us. I hope our judgment has matured as a specie, because we are running out of time as a specie and a world. What we have just discussed and had disclosed to us must be the basis for even more information to be disclosed.
To drive the point home and further emphasize the time factor that we are facing the approach of and the corresponding impact of its completion, lets keep Matthew twenty-four verses twenty-nine and thirty. Here is where we find reference to the darkening of the sun and the moon, denoting the withholding of vitally crucial information from the peoples of earth by the earthly powers that be. Also mentioned is another sign, the falling of stars from heaven, denoting extraterrestrial visitation or the coming of the helper that Jesus himself promised to send. And mention also made of the powers of the heavens being shaken, those powers being the earthly authorities as established and allowed to hold their relative positions of authority in the earth by the Elohim themselves. All of these things happening are a part of the foretold signs ans portents that are to become manifest prior to the return of the Son of man!
