The Elohim Project Book 2 - The UAP

We have thus far discussed how Jesus was caught away to the heavens to the right hand of his Elohim father, and how this actually depicted his going up to the ship to take the command of the earth project over as his father had assigned it to him. Also discussed was the text where it referred to the lightening flashing from east to west or from one place to another in the heavens and that this is how the presence of the Son of man would likewise be. If you don't remember these texts, they are found at Luke 17:24 and Matthew 24:27. The bringing together of the holy ones from the extremity of the heavens was analyzed, as well as the fact that Jesus said he had sheep that were not of this fold but would be brought together as one flock under one shepherd. We now understand the significance of the sun and moon as greater and lessor sources of light denoting different sources of enlightenment, and these being darkened to the point of not giving their light. To really come to understand the significance of the manner of code used to conceal the information, we must come to understand those who did the coding more fully. This will also help us see the reason behind both the manner of coding the information and the timing of the disclosure.

The kingdom of the heavens, which is the kingdom of the UAP and the Elohim, was the primary topic of the parables and illustrations of Jesus' earthly mission. The parables that Jesus left to provide information about this kingdom are numerous and filled with detailed information, and a vast amount of information at that. These parables are therefore a book into themselves, and can only be properly addressed in this manner. It is sufficient at this time to say that the information left by the Son of man is timely for our generation which is experiencing encounters with those from the kingdom of the heavens. We must therefore gain a functional working knowledge of who these people or extraterrestrials are and what they are all about. Information is the common basis of both communication and contact. Through this hidden information we must establish the understanding which must function as a common ground between the kingdoms of the earth and the kingdom of the UAP and the Elohim. If we are mature enough as a specie, then we will benefit from this common ground and the interaction that it will make possible. If we are not mature enough as a specie, then our days of survival as such may already be numbered and the number considerably counted down already! Jesus made the statement that whoever was not for him was against him, therefore whoever is against the UAP and the Elohim is also against Jesus, and whoever is against Jesus is also against the Elohim and the UAP. There is not enough time for there to be either a fence or time to be sitting on that fence.

Although Jesus himself left the most detailed information pertaining to the kingdom of the UAP, another writer left a considerable amount in another location. The writer is the apostle John and the book is Revelation. John wrote the book of Revelation, or became the channel through which it was given, during his time of exile on the island of Patmos. There are a great many things stored in this book for those of our time period and generation. The book of Revelation contains a special significance and continuous usage of the number seven, seven denoting completion. In this same book the mans' number is denoted as being six, a number denoting the incompletion of that which is partial and must be replaced with that which is complete which has relativity to the number seven. The information that was presented in this book was presented to John by one of the Elohim personnel, an angel, was given the command to write and make the disclosure called Revelation. The purpose of this book was to provide the rest of the information pertaining to the kingdom of the heavens and the goings on relative thereto. There are numerous things denoted through the use of parallels, that is where one thing is as it is depicted, but also is acting as a forerunner to another thing being depicted therein. We will also be required to utilize texts at other locations as cipher keys, as this is what they have been given to do. The process of deciphering this book is not an easily undertaken objective, but well worth the effort to raise our understandings of the things that have been, the things that are, and the things that are coming.

The nation of Israel depicted or was the forerunner of another nation which would be the greater fulfillment of the first nation. Just as there were men of old who depicted Jesus, he being the greater of the things depicted and the fulfillment of them. So it is also the case with the things depicted in the book of Revelation that are depicted in this book in order to depict that which is greater and the fulfillment of the things depicted. The book of Revelation is filled with depictions that are not the sort of things one can take literally. If one makes the mistake of taking the things in this book literally, then one might think of god as some kind of monster having seven eyes and seven spirits and such. These are for the purpose of depicting in symbolic representation the things that are greater than the things depicted that were earthly. In Revelation one verse twenty, the text tells us about a sacred secret pertaining to seven stars and seven golden lampstands. The seven stars are the seven angels and the seven golden lampstands are the seven congregations. The seven angels are the angels, or Elohim personnel members, who are in charge to look after the seven congregations and their members. The seven golden lampstands represent the seven congregations that under the direction of the Elohim give off the light of the information which they receive from these angels in charge of overseeing them. While these earthly congregations were of an earthly sort, they depict the greater congregations that are not of an earthly sort, but are in fact of the heavenly or cosmic sort that are member worlds of the UAP.

There are numerous references which utilize the number seven in depicting the information which pertains to the UP. The significances denoted by the use of the number seven are as follows: Seven eyes of god, zechariah 4:10; Seven congregations, Revelation 1:4,11; Seven golden lampstands, Revelation 1:12,20; Seven stars at righthand position, Revelation 1:16,20; Seven spirits of god, Revelation 4:5; Seven seals, Revelation 5:1; Seven eyes-Seven spirits, Revelation 5:6; Seven thunders, Revelations 10:3. What these texts are depicting is pertaining to the realm, range, and perimeters of authority of the organization concerned with the governing of the member worlds known as the UAP. Thus, in brief, these texts denote: Seven realms or areas of seeing and knowing the goings on of these seven regions; seven regions of harmonious authority and united governing over groups of sentient beings in seven distinctly specific regions; seven sources of enlightenment and productivity by means of enlightenment from the seven groups of the seven regions of authority of the UAP; seven overseeing all of the goings on with authority sanctioned and established by the UAP; seven established centers of superior authority as established by the UAP, which are coordinated and aligned with the authority of both the worlds, sectors, and quadrants as authorized by the UAP; seven sources of reliable input keeping the UAP aware of all current status of the seven sectors of the member worlds of the UAP, all of the spirit of unity and harmony that makes the UAP a force to be reckoned with; seven seats of authority and absolute authorization to function as extensions of the UAP and speak in behalf of the supreme council of the UAP through these seven seats of authority.

In order to understand the significance of what these texts are telling us, one must first have a basic understanding of a few terms used in astronomy to understand the span of the perimeters of authority that we are being told about in these texts. The understanding of the measure of distance would be a good place to start. There are three terms that are relative to understanding this vast space occupied by the sentient beings of the UAP. These terms are: parsec, an astronomical unit of measure which equals three point two six light years; kiloparsec, which equals one thousand parsecs; and megaparsec, which equals one million parsecs. This is only a measure of the vastness of the heavens, or space, and this is the realm of the Elohim and the UAP. With their knowledge and technology they are accustomed to dealing with these measures on a regular basis, they think nothing of the things which we find a bit overwhelming. The area or regions of authority of the UAP are divided into seven units. Each of these seven units represents a given amount of area or span with a well defined perimeter. These seven sectors are all operated on the same basic operating fundamentals as assigned by the UAP. In view of what we know about the scattering of earth type stars and their ratio to other astronomical bodies, we are talking about a vast but not immeasurable span of the cosmos. Thus these seven regions denoted are very vast as well.

To understand the order of the organization of the UAP, we must remember the text found at Romans thirteen verses one through five, where the superior authorities are spoken of. In this text we find that it is said that the superior authorities are placed in their relative positions by the Elohim and are allowed the authority to operate by them. What does this tell us? It tells us that the earthly arrangement of the superior authorities is not so very much different than the arrangement of the authority of the UAP. How are things set up by the earthly authorities? Each has a basic perimeter of authority, and an established set of operating edicts or laws. Each nation or country has a governing authority, and an authority that is mostly involved with interactions with other nations. On our world, while each nation has its own governing authority, numerous nations are a part of another governing authority known as The United Nations. Each nation has its own legal system, and yet there is still something else, the world court. This is a lessor reflection of the basic nature of the structure of the UAP. Each planet has its own basic established order for the governing of the planet. Each member world also has a seat of authority as established by the UAP. This is reflected on our world by the fact that many countries have an embassy in other countries with which they are interactive with. The embassy has personnel, or ambassadors who are concerned with the relations between nations and the relationship of trade agreements between nations. So the UAP would have an embassy on each of the member worlds to maintain all working relationships between member worlds and the UAP.

The UAP is something similar to the U.N. in that it has representative members from all of the member worlds which contribute to the input of the council of worlds so that the best interests of all member worlds are taken into equal consideration. To ensure that all of the edicts of the UAP are considered by the authority of each planet, the UAP has ambassadors on these worlds to ensure that all have the same understanding of the established charter of operations as established by the UAP. The UAP has a working charter under which all operations come under the authority of the council of worlds. All member worlds must also have a similar charter or constitution that functions as a basis of operations of governing the people. All planetary charters must meet the general approval of the council of worlds, the UAP, before being accepted into the UAP as member worlds. Just as there are certain things required to be a member nation in the U.N., so it is the case with the UAP. Just as the U.N. can operate in authority over other nations, so it also is with the UAP. The UAP having authority over all member worlds, can therefor intercede on behalf of any member worlds in a given situation requiring such action. The UAP is basically a peace keeping force of sorts, and also a regulating force of interactions between worlds, just as we have those who deal with international trade. The UAP also organizes operational units for the purpose of handling special needs of member worlds, such as united ventures of colonization, exploration, research, and the like. In the case of a disaster or planetary crisis or emergency, the UAP pulls together the necessary specialists to render proper assistance on very short notice and with profound quickness. The efficiency of this organization is based on how it holds life, and the views it holds towards the purpose of sentience and life.

All of these operations are but a basic concept of the UAP, especially when you consider that there was another text where a sacred secret was referred to. In Matthew sixteen verse nineteen, where we find the keys of the kingdom of the heavens being given. The next thing we read spoken of is that whatever is bound on earth will be the thing bound in the heavens, and whatever became loosed on earth would also be the things loosed in the heavens. Do you know why this statement was made? Because it was already the case, that, the things that had been bound or loosed in the heavens would be the things bound or loosed on the earth. How would this be the case? Because anything that we learned here would have been the thing already learned among the UAP. This is explained by the text found at Ecclesiastes one verse nine, where it tells us that there is nothing new under the sun, and nothing new in the cosmos where our understandings are concerned. There is nothing new under the sun because what has been has been since the founding of the world and before. For what has come to be under the sun first came to be elsewhere before the earth that we know. So what came to be bound on the earth in the form of authority and the structure thereof, first had been established in the kingdom of the Elohim and the UAP. The keys of the kingdom and the sacred secrets which pertain too the kingdom of the Elohim were all a part of what Jesus said he would give or publish, and he said that he would speak illustration to reveal the things that had been hidden from the founding of our world, see Matthew thirteen verse thirty-five.

Jesus had a very subtle way of revealing these things as we can see in the texts where he said that he was not telling the source by which authority he did the things he did during his earthly mission, Matthew eleven verse thirty-five. And he said that those who were bearing witness to him knew not where he was from or where he was going, and that where he was going there were many others that could not go. He also openly acknowledged that he was from the realm above and not from this world, see John eight verses fourteen through twenty-three. Jesus knew that the disclosures he was making would not be understood by the generation that was receiving them, nor would these things be revealed to those who would expect to become the channel, see Luke ten verse twenty-one, and these things would be revealed to those not considered wise and intellectual. He came out and said things that were already coded when he said them, and then he gave some of the cipher keys with which to decode his messages. Due to the doctrines of men that are taught instead of truth, these keys and these coded messages have not been addressed in the appropriate manner until it became time and the proper generation in which to render such a disclosure. The nature of the information is self-explanatory as to the reason for this deliberate care. Can you imagine what the wise and intellectual men would have done with such information? Do you think, in view of what they have demonstrated by their fruits and record, that they would have provided this information to those to whom it belongs? What have they demonstrated by what they have done with the information that they did receive? Enough said and adequate proof already supplied.

Jesus made a disclosure that it is timely to discus at this time. The illustration of the woman who hid the leaven in three full measures of flour. We will get into this illustration in full detail in the next book, for now it is enough to know that this illustration pertains to the origin of the UAP and its original start up basis. The UAP began from a small start and colonized three regions of the cosmos and has expanded from this small beginning so as to now include the seven regions of authority denoted in Revelation. In this illustration, found at Matthew thirteen verse thirty-three, is demonstrating several things which we need to understand and have not been enlightened on. The purpose of the UAP, its primary objectives, directives, and concepts of purpose which determine the the objective where our world is concerned. The UAP is concerned with many things, including the seeding of life on suitable host worlds in order to expand sentient life and the perimeters of the UAP. By doing so, the UAP establishes a broader kingdom of not just authority, but of worlds filled with life and the preservation of life by its not being native to or originating from just one world. This provides both purpose and a safety margin for the life forms seeded in the three full measures, or the expanse of the cosmos represented by the three full measures. So we can ascertain that the purpose of seeding life is inclusive of making contact with those colonies or colonized worlds once they have reached a suitable stage of advancement for such contact to be possible without generating tremendous fear and terror among those of the world being contacted.

What does this tell us about the UAP? What is the connection to the UAP, and the involvement of our world with this UAP? Daniel two verse fourty-four mentions the Elohim establishing a kingdom that will not be brought to ruin and will not pass to any other people and will stand to time indefinite. How does this figure into the UAP and its purpose? Jesus also taught that we should pray for this kingdom, when he said what became known as the Lord's Prayer. In this prayer, one of the things prayed for is for the kingdom to come, and the will of the Elohim and the UAP to be done on earth as it is done in heaven, Matthew six verse nine. Jesus also said in Matthew three verse two that the kingdom of the heavens had drawn near. Near meaning what? Meaning that all of the information that would be required for us to gain access to and knowledge of had been secured by means of the foresight of those operating on the authority of the UAP. The foundation of understanding had been laid, was being executed by being inspired to be written, or dictated to the writers. The farther along this process proceeded, the closer the kingdom was to being established, or our being ready to learn and understand what the kingdom is and what it means for our world. Another indicator of just how close this kingdom is can now be realized by the disclosure of the things hidden from the founding of the earth. The information being provided in this disclosure is of the nature and power as is described at 2 Corinthians ten verse five, where it speaks of those who possess the knowledge and the commission that goes along with gaining that knowledge as being the sort that would generate the overturning of the lofty reasonings that would be raised up against the Elohim, and the bringing of every thought into subjection to the Son of man.

The purpose of the UAP and the Elohim must therefore be to set the record straight as to the history of our world, its creation, and the start up of life thereon, as well as any other information which pertains to us as a sentient specie that our maturity level will allow for. There will be a great many people who will receive this truth and the proof, which will be provided by the helper Jesus promised to send, as we can find evidenced at Revelation seven verse nine. This text refers to a crowd that could not be numbered being in subjection to the Son of man, here spoken of as the Lamb, and that these were dressed in white robes. What is the significance of the white robes? The white robes denote that this great crowd of people have washed themselves clean of the defiling things of the nations and this world, and are clothed in the knowledge of accurate truth in its purest form. These have shed the clothing of darkness and ignorance and now are dressed as though standing in the white light of absolute truth. The sort of knowledge and absolute truth that can only come from the Elohim and the UAP, and can not be done away with by any other source. The very history of our world and those who have always come into power and what all have repeatedly done with that power, tells us that this knowledge can not and will not come forth from any other source, as any other source would not give an accurate and absolute disclosure to Homo sapiens. The provisions of such enlightenment are being made in order to establish the foundation for the return and the establishment of the new order which will be the purpose and result of the return.

Thus, it can accurately be said that part of the purpose of the Elohim and the UAP also includes the providing of information which will be the basis or a renewal of our world by restoring of the world to a state of knowledge and peaceful cohabitation with one another. The establishment of this information and the new order which will be established upon the foundation of this new enlightenment will involve many changes and a great deal of temporary turmoil, or an adjustment period. This adjustment period will be of a considerable length, as earthly time is measured by human perceptions here. The duration of the transition will amount to about a thousand years, and we can find this indicated at Revelation twenty verse four. There will be those who are from our world who will reign as joint ambassadors with the Son of man who will be the ambassador from the UAP assigned here in behalf of the Elohim, and the lessor ambassadors will be serving as ambassadors from our world to the UAP as well as to our world in behalf of the UAP. Those who were of the number that were taken from our world, aboard the ship that Jesus returned to at the right hand of the ship commander, these are the ones who have been in time dilation and in training as to the information pertaining to the UAP which they would have to know in order to act as ambassadors in our behalf. Jesus has been likened unto the lightening that flashes forth from one part of the heavens to another part of the heavens, which means that he has been in training aboard the ship which will return carrying him for his return to our world. While aboard this ship he has been going from one place to another gaining the knowledge, information, training, and experience of other ambassadors to other worlds who are acting in the behalf of the UAP. Once this training has been completed, and all of the necessary knowledge mastered, then it will be time for the return to take place on our world. While the time of training is going on, there will be other operations going on upon or world in preparation for the return to our world.

The operations which will be on going upon or world will be of a very specific and of highly specialized nature. There are reasons that are beyond our understanding for these things taking place, but they are not to be beyond our understanding for long. The operations that must occur, are for the purpose of gaining enough current and accurate information that will be the operational base of the things which must go on during the thousand years of the Son of man reigning our world and securing peace and growth during this time frame. The things that are now being done that are in accordance with this phenomena, are already under way and being taken care of, we are the last ones to know with understanding what these things are all about since our governments choose to keep so much information from us and hold so many secrets that are not secrets which they should be keeping from us. The nature of the things that are being kept from us is of the nature of things that are generating fear among the people and this is not at all called for. This is the case since the primary concern of governments is national security and not the peace of mind and emotional security of the people under their authority. For this fear factor to be brought under control, there must be a full disclosure of the reasons behind the things taking place and the reasons behind the doing of the things that generate this fear factor. The Elohim are not an unjust or unkind people, they are however, operating on the basic of logic and this is where the problem comes in.

A people who operate on the basis of logic do not always have the awareness of how others are being effected by what they are doing. People who operate on an emotional operation level do not always know how to take the actions of a people who operate on a logic basis without the expression of emotion or the considerations that come from the operations of the emotional nature of our specie. The difference between the people of our world and the Elohim, or the people of other worlds, is the manner in which we think and how it effects the things we do where others are concerned. This is a problem that there is a growing evidence of among those of our world who have had experiences of a quite different nature than has come to be thought of as normal on our world. Yet, at one time, this sort of encounter was the norm among those who were actively interacting with the Elohim, and/or the other project personnel, and thinking of them as gods. Now then, we have another sort of problem! We are advanced enough to know that these are not gods, and our response is consequently one of fear and terror when it should not be. Since we have become so modern that we no longer think of these visitors as gods, we are overcome with fear upon encountering them due to the lack of knowledge and understanding of their nature and their origin. This is the knowledge that we must gain and become comfortable with in order for our understanding to be adequate to prepare us for the eventuality and the actuality of the return.
