The Elohim Project Book 2 - Leadership
Our next analysis and evaluation will be of the information of the sort that is the time marker with which to verify the disclosure that is for and pertaining to our time frame and state of technical developmental progress. This information that we are seeking to bring into sharply defined focus pertains to the leadership elements as a factor brought to our attention by the relative parallelism that will be revealed as it was in Jesus' day and is also the case in our day and modern times. Remember, Jesus made a point of stating that we are to keep asking so that we can find answers, continue to seek out information and truth so that we may find them, and keep knocking on doors until they are opened to us and we may evaluate what is behind these newly opened doors. This is found at Matthew seven verse seven, if you would like to refresh your memory. There is another command given that is crucial to our understanding and realization of why we are seeking the information in this modern day disclosure, and why it is our right to be doing this. This command is found at Matthew six verse thirty-three, where we are told to keep seeking first the kingdom of the Elohim and all else that we need will be added to us. In order to seek something, you must first know what it is that you are seeking and have a relative idea of what it is you are looking to discover or find. In order to seek the kingdom of the Elohim, we must first seek out the truth in all of the teachings of the master teacher, and then it is a natural progression flow into a higher understanding of the things left here for us to learn. It is sort of like learning to walk and then run, one does not learn to run before the ability to walk has first been mastered.
We will be evaluating the leadership element as it is a factor that is present in every time frame and on every world, in some form or another. We will be looking for the similarities and the details therein so as to recognize the relative significance which pertains acutely too our time frame and generation. There are particular references that we are interested in to start off with, they are as follows:
1) Hypocrites;
2) Blind Guides;
3) Fools and Blind Ones;
4) Hypocrites with Rafters in Their Eyes;
5) Stumbling Blocks;
6) Serpents, Offspring of Vipers;
7) Versed in the Law;
8) Destructive Valueless Shepherds;
9) Whitewashed Graves Full of Dead Men's Bones;
10) Unreasonable Persons.
We will be looking closely and in detail to the usage and the meaning of these terms and to whom they applied in Jesus' day and to whom they apply in our day as well. Once we have properly evaluated this information and its content we will have a better understanding of just what has been going on and why things are the way that they are in our world of today. We will also more fully understand the selection process and how it is so crucial and why it is handled the way that it is being handled. We will be building the foundation for the ultimate realization of just what is in store versus the tales of the clergy and what they think they know, or presume to have figured out. We cannot afford to continue to limp on the opinion of those who have shut up the kingdom before men, chosen to reject truth so that they could come up with their own user type truths, and those who do not wish to allow others to access the information that they themselves have chosen to reject favoring belief rather than accurate knowledge of truth.
Let us read Matthew twenty-three verses thirteen through fifteen. Here we find the discussion being about the scribes and Pharisees, and how they have conducted themselves with respect to the task entrusted to them to teach and instruct the people. These supposed men of higher learning and devotion were said to have shut up the kingdom from men, failed or refused to go in, and hindered or tried to prevent or stop others from going into this kingdom. How is it that this could be said of these men? How is it that they had the power to do such a thing and in what way did they perpetrate this atrocity against the people? These men were the religious leaders of Jesus' day, and they had failed to perform the task entrusted to them. This is why Jesus used them as examples of what he and the Elohim thought of this type of negative behavior, which constitutes a breech of public trust and show signs of moral decay. These men were to be teaching the things that pertained to any information that was suitable for disclosure to the general populous of that time, even this they did not do. They made poor judgment calls and even poorer choices and decisions, thus they did not enter into the light of the knowledge of accurate truth. Since these ones had already developed a preference for their own interpretations and teachings, they enforced and inflicted these on others as if it were their right and job to do. This was not the case, however, as the people were to have the freewill to choose and not have things forced upon them in a domineering manner. The people were being robbed of information that was their right to possess and come to gain an understanding of, what they could understand of the information that pertained to them and their time.
In the second verse there is a statement to the effect that the failure of these men caused those whom they converted as followers subject to Gehenna even more so than they were before being converted by these religious men and their dogma! How is this so? The teachings of the religious men of Jesus' day had been slowly but surely putrefied by the introduction of the interpretation of men, the incorporation of doctrine that was not based on truth or accurate knowledge, and traditions that had not originated with the Israelites or the laws and teachings thereof. These fallen religious leaders had made themselves subject to Gehenna by their choices and having the knowledge of what they were doing, but doing what they desired anyway. By subjecting others to their ways and teachings, enforcing things on the people that they themselves did not follow, they also subjected the followers of their teachings to Gehenna as well. Those subjected to the teachings of these corrupt instructors were said to be subject to Gehenna twice as much as their teachers. How so? These learned men could return to the ways of truth, after all they at one time had been properly instructed in these ways, but their followers did not have this option since they had not received the instruction before the time of it being corrupted, these ones were left with no alternative options or choices.
At Matthew twenty-three verse sixteen, we find the text referring to a technicality better known as the double standard or 'splitting hairs'. These religious men were making up the rules as they went so that they were best suited to what these ones desired, rather than the consistency exampled in discipline. A good example of this in our day is the fact that: a church or particular denomination can tell its people that they are not allowed to used artificial means of birth control, yet have ownership involvement in pharmaceutical companies that manufacture birth control products and sell them to people not of the denomination condemning their use; thus the church is adding to its own profit margin by encouraging large families who will grow up to be church members tithing to the church, while making a profit from the buying habits of others not attending this church, (a good example of having your cake and eating it too!). Such practices of double standards for the sake of church or temple funds was a practice in Jesus' day and he condemned such practices. Another good example of the double standards of churches of today: if two people do something not sanctioned by their particular church they are excommunicated, thrown out basically; yet when a celibate priest gets a woman pregnant, he is not excommunicated but is merely transferred to another parish! This list could go on and on, but I think the point is well enough made. Far to many people can tells stories of their experiences in churches that would make your hair stand on end, yet change is as slow in this critical area as in any others.
The next term, blind guides, is so appropriate as it examples the misaligned priorities among the religious leaders. In Matthew fifteen verse fourteen, the texts makes reference to the end result of the blind leading the blind, both will fall into the pit. How could this text refer to both the religious leadership element and the follower element? In previous discussions it was discussed how the requirements of most religious groups included blind faith. Blind faith is where you know you don't dare ask any unusual questions or you will get either raked over the coals and chastised for it, or you will get the response ' that you have to have faith, if we are suppose to know the answer we would or at some point in time will know the answer'. Blind faith involves the substitution of information and accurate knowledge of truth with doctrine, tradition, and commands of the church-or men. When religious leaders decide to play god and determine on their own just what it is that humanity should be allowed to know and not know, then they become blind guides. When the people become content with their blind guides and follow these ones without so much as a whimper of questionings, then they also become blind. Thus, when you put the two together you have the blind leading the blind, and the result is the pit of stagnant obsolete dogma that constitutes religion.
When the priority is making an image and name for which to be looked up to, or making things more profitable for the parish or congregation, the reality is the same-misplaced priority. At Matthew twenty-three verses seventeen through twenty-two, we see this sort of priority exampled. The texts makes inquiry as to which is more important the gift or the alter upon which the gift is placed? I have personally observed and experienced the effects of materialism in the holy thing, this element could quite aptly be considered to be the disgusting thing standing in the holy place causing it to become desolate of all spirituality! We live in a very materialistic society, and it shows in the actions of the religious and the non-religious alike. No matter how much there is claimed to be a separation of church and state, the advertising industry seems to have a stronger hold over the people than does the religious element. While you hear and read the words at Matthew six verse twenty-four, it never seems to sink in as far as the television adds do! No amount of reading the texts referring to how you are suppose to treat others seems to prevent the haves from looking down on the have nots and making them feel inferior by treating them like social and material lepers! But this has now become the trend in Christianity, and no one seems able to turn it around, at least not anyone that is here at the present.
Matthew seven verse five explains the problem with religion as a whole. The religious leaders have the rafters of their own teachings in their eyes and cannot see what is wrong or why the people following them are the way that they are. The people are the way that they are because of the sort of religious leadership that they have had and the result is very obvious. If the religious leadership could ever admit to being wrong or having done anything in the wrong manner, then the people could also after having such a model to pattern themselves after. But this isn't the case, and hasn't been for quite some time! As many or as much supposed religious devotion as there is in the world today, there is absolutely no excuse whatsoever for the world being in the shape that it is in! The clergy tend to try to get the people to see things their way, as denoted in the removal of the straw from the eyes of the follower, yet they are not choosing to become aware of the rafter that is in need of removal from their own eye. The religious are always much more perfect and righteous than one who does not go to church to have their ears tickled, see 2 Timothy four verse three. The religious leaders and the followers cannot see that they are a part of the problem and not the solution, do to their promoting of sectarianism in the name of god and Jesus. I cannot see that tickling of the ears and saying the things that the people want to hear to keep them coming back and tithing constitutes knowledge! But then, if what the churches were teaching were truth and knowledge of truth, then we wouldn't have so many break away religions or people turning to the cults, now would we?
The next term is also extremely appropriate, stumbling block, as found at Matthew eighteen verse seven. Organized religion , Christianity, and cults form a stumbling block that hinders the mental processes and progression into higher levels of accurate knowledge and understanding of those who become followers in blind faith fashion. How is this so? Once you become comfortable with a belief system, do you continue to seek, or ask, or knock? NO! Once people get caught up in a belief system, no matter what kind it is or of what sort, they stagnate and stay in the rut that makes up the allowable knowledge that the belief system sanctions. Any information other than what is sanctioned by the belief system becomes off limits, taboo, and forbidden knowledge! Christianity wants its people ignorant of the knowledge pertaining to prehistory, saying that there is no prehistory when we have the bones and fossils to prove that there indeed was a time during which things were going on upon the face of our world and the records pertaining thereto were not being recorded from the surface of our world. Christianity did not want people at one time to practice herbal healing either, some of those burned at the stake were only trying to better the human condition by learning and practicing herbalism! The ways of many people were so different and offered numerous possible sources of additional input and knowledge for generations to come, yet their fate was at the hands of Christians and the epoch was called the crusades, mass murder and mayhem but called holy wars anyway.
The next phrase is a real ironic parallelism! Serpents and offspring of vipers, this is a rather strong statement found at Matthew twenty-three verse thirty-three. How is this a rather strong statement? What other time was there mention of a serpent, and what did that serpent do? The serpent mentioned in the Genesis account was the leader of the resistance, this one proceeded to teach the first human pair how to gather information for themselves, information that the Elohim was not ready for them to have. For interfering with the project sequence and schedule, the leader of the resistance was referred to as a serpent. How appropriate that those who interfere with the acquiring of accurate knowledge of truth be likened unto the same sort of thing as that of a serpent! By putrefying the teachings that the Elohim had wanted maintained in the original state, these religious leaders reaped the disapproval of the Elohim. The putrefaction of these traditions, commands, and doctrines of men are a part of why Jesus had to leave so much information and correct the problem as much as possible in the time. The completion of the corrections would have to wait for the time of disclosure, but there would be enough additional information for those of his time to ease the problems created by the leaven of the religious leaders of his day. Jesus continued to warn about the leaven factor of the religious leaders of his day, as he knew that it would get much worse before it was turned around and corrected, and he was right-it sure did get worse even on into our day! Religious leaders are becoming not only stumbling blocks, but their own kind of resistance factor which is an interference with the Elohim and their planned schedule of disclosure for our world. This is how such ones were likened unto the serpent in the garden of Eden and how this original serpent was referred to as the father of these men. Does not a son tend to imitate his father as a role model? So it is the case with religious leaders throughout the history of our planet.
When Jesus was saying woe to those who were versed in the law, he was talking about the same ones that he had said were shutting up the kingdom and preventing others from going in, see Luke eleven verse fifty-two. This text refers to the religious leaders as having taken away the key of knowledge, the key that constituted information and knowledge that pertained to the kingdom of the Elohim. How is it they took this key of knowledge away? The original teachings did not suit these men, so they translated and twisted things around and came up with their own teachings that were more to their liking and claimed them to be the truth and took them from the same body of information as the people were accustomed to information coming from. We have the same kind of tradition of men going on in our modern times, each church takes the same boo, the Bible, makes a translation that is to their liking and suits the doctrinal requirements for what they are going to teach as truths from the scriptures! This is a long standing tradition on our world among those claiming to be religious men. The book of Revelation has been reduced to one third of its original content, with the justification for such action being for the sake of the common place mind of the people. How ironic, since this is the very book where the text states that there is to be no adding to or taking away from the scripture! The Latin Council of Trent is who we can thank for shortening the book of Revelation, yet none have replaced the information removed. Such other councils as: the Nicene Council; the Jewish Council of Jamnia; and the Council of Carthage performed further manipulation of the scripture. Why has there not been a religion willing, able, or knowledgeable enough to first begin by replacing that which has been removed and robbed from mankind before establishing doctrine and church upon the sand that is left of the scripture, a church established on the entire scripture would indeed be a church founded upon the rock mass. And I am sure it would really be something to see! Though it is not likely to be brought about by the actions of earthly man. Those who are versed in the law seem to be in the position to do the most harm and damage to the body of information that belongs to all of mankind, not just its leaders.
Now we get into the term of the valueless shepherds, as found at Zechariah eleven verse seventeen. These are the ones who abandoned the flock and fail to shepherd the flock left in their care and keeping. How is it that the religious leaders can be considered as having abandoned the flocks in their care and keeping? By the failures and negative actions of these men, they have not merely failed their responsibilities to those that they were suppose to look out for the instructing of, but have abandoned them by no longer teaching the things that was entrusted to them to be teaching the flock. In view of knowledge being to the mind what food is for the body, it is not surprising that Jesus used the term of feeding the sheep too emphasize the importance of teaching the people, the obligation of doing such rested upon the religious class instructors. At John twenty-one verses fifteen and seventeen we can find this statement and the emphasis contained therein. By failing to adequately teach the things of the scripture, the valueless shepherds have actually left the flocks in their care and keeping in a state of starvation for the accurate knowledge of truth. This has led to the turning to other sources for the information and the knowledge that the shepherds were not providing to those who knew that this was the obligation of the shepherd class. This not only left people hungering for the truths that they were not allowed to go in and get for themselves, and were not being given by the clergy, it also left them with feelings of despair, fear, and the loss of faith and confidence in religion and religious leaders in general. This is reflected in the phrase 'the love of the greater number will cool off', which means that the failures of the religious leadership will be so great that it will lead to many becoming so disenchanted with religious information and anything therein related that they will resort to being very non-religious, some even becoming atheists due to the magnitude of the failures and the disgust and distrust that such failures have generated.
To make the point that appearances can be deceiving, these religious leaders were also likened to whitewashed graves that were full of dead men's bones. This is found at Matthew twenty-three verse twenty-seven and twenty-eight. Not only were these men likened unto whitewashed graves which appear clean and beautiful on the outside, but were likened to the bones inside those graves as well. How so? Because these ones were full of hypocrisy and lawlessness, these are things common to the grave where there is no finishing of the things one says they will do some day and there is no law in the grave. These pious men have become as useful and functional to the whole of humanity as is a grave full of old bones! From what is stated at other texts that we have already read, the churches that are not teaching the things that belong to humanity as information for the good of the human race are condemning the human race to Gehenna with them. The lack of teachings that preserve life and all the principles therein are not a part of the teachings of the religious leaders, therefore what they teach is the darkness of death itself and just as fruitfully productive. It could also be said then, that the churches which are full of people convinced that they are bound for heaven and everlasting life are actually full of the bones of those trapped in the living death of ignorance and the darkness that such ignorance dwells in. While being promised deliverance, they are being given poison, while being instructed in the ways of darkness, they are not being allowed to see the light of everlasting universal truth. This too, is an age old scenario that has repeated itself throughout human earth history! Many are the civilizations who's religious leaders promised them deliverance, and peace and security if they blindly and faithfully followed their blind guides. Yet there is no record of miraculous deliverances from the fall of those civilizations when they came to the point of such absolute dysfunctional failure that no one could save them from falling and becoming part of human history, not their political leaders and not their religious leaders either.
Last, but not least, these religious leaders were also referred to as unreasonable ones, as found at Luke eleven verses thirty-nine and forty. This text shows how these men find the little things an issue but fail to acknowledge the things that are of a greater importance. These ones are obsessed with the outer or more obvious things that have a publicly viewed appearance. The things that the people cannot see, they pay far less attention to. This is not difficult to see manifested in our times, especially among the prominent churches. While we have people going without some of the prime necessities of life, we have some of the most beautifully luxuriant churches on the planet! The bigger and more lovely a church is, the more it attracts people who would go to such a church for all the wrong reasons, such as image and social stature symbolisms. These most beautiful churches are no different than the others that are less showy, and the teachings are no better and no more truthful. Another good example of appearances being deceiving, some of the most beautiful people that I have ever know in my time were also some of the biggest snobs and so conceited that they were not pleasant to even know. Did not all things come from one origin, then of what great significance is it as to what they are turned into once they are utilized and altered from their basic initial structure and appearance? Which is more important, the fact that the elements are here, or the fact that we can fashion elements into useful things? Where would the useful things come from, if there were not the basic materials to begin with? This is why Jesus emphasized that it is not what is on the outside of a man that defiles him. Rather, that which defiles a man is that which comes from within, as seen at Matthew fifteen verse eleven. The doctrinal lies and false truths which come forth out of the mouths of the religious leaders is what defiles them, not how they make such a showy display of their holiness. Though this display of such artificial holiness is offensive as well.
To add emphasis to his teaching, Jesus would make similar statements that were worded just differently enough to stick in the minds of the people in the case that other statements had been forgotten or were missed. Jesus made numerous statements which are still as accurate as they were the very day of his saying them! At Matthew twelve verse thirty-four, Jesus referred to the religious leaders as the offspring of vipers since that which came out of their mouths was out of the abundance of their heart, and both were full of wickedness. In Matthew five verse twenty, it is even stated that in order to get into the kingdom of the Elohim, one has to be found to be more righteous than the scribes and Pharisees. It is even expressed at Matthew seven verses twenty-one through twenty-three, that such holy men will do all of the things that the people are expecting of them, but not what Jesus and the Elohim are expecting of them, and the result will be that Jesus disowns them and sends them away from him as workers of lawlessness. When the master teacher returns, we will find that there will be many in this boat! Many will there be that claimed to know him and be doing things in the name of and by the power of Jesus, but he alone can verify the reality therein.
