The Elohim Project Book 2 - Acceptability

Now we must analyze the code of acceptability among the Elohim, and the UAP and member worlds.  We will find this code to provide the evident demonstration of the things hoped for from such a highly sentient and disciplined peoples.  The things that we will be discussing are the very things that we will one day behold once the stage is set for interaction between the kingdoms of the earth and the kingdom of the UAP.  The information that is to be disclosed within this chapter is of a dual nature.  It will be of the nature of that which we are somewhat familiar with from the scanty teachings of the traditions of men, which have given us a surface glance at the things that are a part of what is acceptable to the people of higher sentient perceptions.  But, also contained herein will be things of the sort of nature that may be somewhat shocking, and controversial due to the state of our thinking and the things that have come to be familiar to us, but fall far short of galactic standards established by the UAP.  These things were at first shocking to me, due to the things that I have seen in a human life spent only on this world, and the things that have been a part of what I have witnessed going on and being the case on my own world.  It took some deep thinking to come to terms with some of the things disclosed by the helper, and not all of the thinking required on these things was of the sort that was easy for me as an individual.  I expect that some of you will likewise have difficulty initially with some of the concepts which will be discussed and disclosure made pertaining to.

(All of the conduct above spoken of is conduct which reflects the characteristics of the helper, the Elohim, and all of the UAP and the member worlds and their people.  This is the conduct that is considered to be truly sentient and produces the fruits that are thought of as truly civilized as well.  These are the basis of the code of ethical conduct as established by the UAP, and adhered to by all of the worlds that have aligned themselves with and in harmony to the edicts of the authority of the UAP.  Thus, this is the conduct, reflecting the ethics and moral essence, that is expected to be conformed to in order to be considered for membership as a world under consideration by the high command council of the UAP for membership and the benefits therein.  This code of ethical conduct is a part of what has been established as a means of maintaining universal peace among the worlds who trade, work, have joint missions, and colonize and protect their worlds and the interests relative thereto.  This could be said to be the current universal standard upon which peace has been established, generated, and maintained by those of the maturity and sentient capacity to demonstrate this conduct.  The conduct that we just discussed, these are the things that are acceptable, civilized, and reflect the disciplined access and applicational usage of the power of true sentient thinking ability.

Now, there are also some other characteristics which apply more specifically to us as a world and the attributes that would be necessary to cultivate a productive, functional, working relationship with the helper, and the Elohim.  We were admonished to keep on seeking the kingdom, the authority also known as the UAP, and all other things would be added to us, see Matthew six verse thirty-three.  We were also told to continue to keep lines of communication open to the Elohim, the means is known as prayer.  Prayerfulness is the means of consenting to interaction with the Elohim, giving the consent to intervene in our behalf, and the method by which means we would reach them mentally, this response being known as telepathy.  This subject discussed at: Colossians 4:2, 1 Peter 4:7, 1 Thessalonians 5:17, and Romans 12:12.  We were to cultivate a fearful respect, or a fear of bringing down the wrath of the Elohim, Proverbs 1:7, 8:13, Psalms 33:8, 111:10.  By seeking the knowledge of the kingdom of the Elohim, we would come to know and understand them enough to learn how to be whole-souled in our dealings with them, Hebrews 6:11, Colossians 3:23, Ephesians 6:6.  By the accessing of the knowledge being revealed by the helper we would gain an accurate understanding of our relativity where the Elohim are concerned, and come to understand that, while we may all be equal as earthlings, the Elohim are superior to us.  The recognizing of others being superior to us is mentioned at Philippians 2:3, but this does not mean that we are any of us superior to one another.  This would constitute sectarianism, and lead to the showing of partiality to those who were superior, this is not what is meant by this text even though this is how it has been taught until now!  Coming to an understanding of the helper, and the UAP, we would then be able to fulfill the texts at: Proverbs 3:5, 3:26, 20:22, 28:25, and the Elohim, the helper, and the UAP would become a source of confidence.  The more accurate knowledge of the kingdom of the Elohim that we gain access to, the more we will recognize that we can indeed place our confidence in these people, their superior knowledge and abilities being the evident proof of their worthiness of such confidence.

The scriptures tell us that the Elohim are exacting of exclusive devotion.  The term Elohim having been translated in the singular form, as enforced my monotheism, to state God, but referring specifically to the Elohim.  The Elohim being the authors of what was written, and they also being the colonizers of our world thus being also the gods of it.  Organized religion has taught that god is exacting exclusive devotion, then they tell people what that means according to their understandings which are not from the perspective of the Elohim themselves!  This term, exacting exclusive devotion, is used in numerous texts, it therefore must have a significance and meaning that we should become aware of.  The Elohim, and UAP member worlds and their people, are a highly disciplined peoples.  They take such things as statutes, codes, and conduct extremely seriously!  The thinking that we should come to understand as being the basis of this exclusive devotion pertains to more than religioous devotion.  One cannot worship, or render service and devotion, to that which one does not have accurate knowledge of!  The ethical code of acceptability is what we should be very careful to try to render our devotion to!

This ethical code of acceptability is the basis of the sort of devotion that is expected of those who hope to establish a working relationship with the peoples of the UAP.  The disciplines of these people, along with the enforcement thereof, is an especially important concept to become enlightened on.  The exclusive devotion to the code of acceptability is what constitutes righteousness in the particularly acute perceptions of the UAP peoples.  Any of the conduct discussed in the previous chapter is considered to be willful violation of the code of acceptability, and is punishable accordingly!  The violating of this code thus constitutes sin.  The enforcement of this code among and upon all those who are under the laws of the UAP is considered to be judgment.  Judgment becomes necessary when there is a violation of the code of acceptability.  There is an established order for the handling of these violations, the procedure being set up to accommodate the nature of the violation, where it occurred, and what was the basis of the reason for the violation.  The laws are very specific, and there is firm, consistent enforcement of the penalties for violations of the law.  The law, the penalties for violation, are both within the public domain and the common knowledge of these people, and they have the lowest incidence of law violations that I have ever heard of!

There is a reason for their laws being so strict, functional efficiency is the most significant of these reasons.  Another reason for their consistency is, if you can imagine, if they did things the way we do them on our world, they would have galactic chaos that would mirror on an even greater scale the chaos we have on our world!  We can glean some insight into how they view things by the laws given to the nation that was their chosen nation, Israel.  The ten commandments are a good place to begin.  The Elohim required the full attention of the project and the people it involved, so they did not allow for there to be other gods that they would have to share time, effort, energy, and educational processes with.  No idols were allowed which would provide a distraction for the people, and interfere with the teaching and interaction that was required to carry out the mission to completion.  There was to be no use of the name of the Elohim, or of their command vessel, the flagship, that would constitute the making of a bad name or image of these for the generations of the future to have to deal with or have compensated for them to come to terms with the reality of the disclosures in their time.  The sabbath was to be kept, as it was for a protection for the health and wellbeing of the people.  We now have health and stress problems from working so hard to keep up with the materialism of the Joneses, so we can see the importance of rest and recuperation and how it relates to health and well-being!  The harmony of the nation rested in the respect of the basic building block of the nation, which was the family.  Thus, the respect of family, and older persons, and parents was to maintain the stability of the nation.  The respect for the parents is a part of the teaching concepts that are fundamental to learning to respect the parent people who colonize worlds as well.

The next commandment pertain to another sort of thing, conduct and how it effects other around a person.  Murder is something taken very seriously by the Elohim and the UAP!  They hold life to be very valuable, and the taking of it to be a serious matter and a weighty one.  Here is an area where we may have some difficulty in comprehending the logic of the Elohim.  Today we have all grown accustom to laws that are for the criminal, and not for the victims of the criminal.  This is not how it should be, but it is the current way of our world in far to many cases.  We in the U.S. have a particular problem in this area, we have a criminal justice system that is for the benefit of the criminal, and the profit of the system itself, but not for the benefit or the best interest of the crime victims.  We pay millions of dollars for a system that rewards the criminal by taking care of him better than he can take care of himself on the outside!  We have sown this system, and we reap the harvest of it in the statistics of repeat offenders, who want back in prison so that we can foot the bill to support them according to how they grew accustom to being taken care of when first incarcerated.  When we try to improve the efficiency of the system, we meet with resistance elements who support the rights of the criminals!  Those who are of this group will have special problems in dealing with the new realities that will come about when the new order, the new heavens and new earth, are brought into being!  In the new heavens and the new earth, the order to be established upon the return of the Son of man, it is said that righteousness is to dwell in this new order.  How is this going to be a problem?  For who is it going to be a problem?  What is going to be involved in this statement so as to become a problem?

To understand the possible potential for there to be problems in this area, we must understand another concept.  In Exodus twenty-one we can gain insight into the seriousness with which the Elohim view the law and its enforcement.  In verse twenty-three through twenty-five we see exampled like for like, soul for soul, eye for eye, and tooth for tooth!  I expect this concept to present us with problems because we have grown to accustomed to laws that are without teeth, weak, wimpy, and the enforcement of those laws to be equally without substance and consistency!  When we send someone to the electric chair, there are people marching outside in protest of this action, which is in harmony with the concepts left us by the Elohim.  In verses twenty-eight and twenty-nine it gives us an example of a bull goring someone, and the penalties for the bull and the owner.  If the owner knows that the bull is prone to goring people and does not see to it that he is secured so that this cannot happen, then the bull and the owner are to be put to death if the bull fatally gores someone!  If you transfer the significance of this example over to our justice system, the consequences would stir up some controversy.  If you apply this principle, then those who parole a known murderer so that he can be freed to murder again, then those who paroled him would die with him when he murdered again and was caught and tried for doing it again!  Those who were to parole a known murderer would share with him in his sentence if they were involved with him in murdering again, their having let him out to do it again would be an act of being an accomplice to the act of the murderer.  If parole board members were held this accountable for their actions, this would make a difference in how many murderers they paroled back out on the streets to make us victims again.  But the problem is that those in positions of authority, power, and responsibility are not acting responsibly.  These ones are not being held accountable for their actions, not by the people of our world anyway.  The helper considers such ones to be a part of the problem and less than able, capable, and willing to be a part of the solution, instead of a part of the problem.

Adding to the magnitude of this problem are those who think that criminals still have rights and should not be executed for gross criminal actions.  These ones are perpetuating the growing problems of the justice system, and adding to the growing lawlessness which is spreading at an alarming rate.  The increase in lawlessness being perpetuated by the lack of sufficient consequences for unlawful actions is generating a massive funding problem.  We the taxpayers foot the bill for taking care of people that are not worthy of our tax dollars!  Capital punishment is the only cost effective way to bring the crime statistics under control again.  When someone was judged back in the time of Israel, if they were to be executed, it was usually before sundown!  Swift, direct, and to the point!  This is how it should be, and how it is with the UAP and the peoples thereof!  Once it has been determined that an individual is so criminally inclined that he cannot be rehabilitated, he is promptly and mercifully put to death.  A murderer who has taken the life of another person, is statistically likely to do it again, unless there were extenuating circumstances in the matter.  The habitual repeat offender does not exist among the worlds of the UAP.  Their consistency of both law and enforcement of law has eliminated this problem.  They also have the ways and means of ascertaining who can be successfully rehabilitated and who is guilty from who is innocent as well.  The use of the technology involved in such evaluations would most likely be controversial on our world also.  But, it has been a part of the working system of the kingdom of the UAP for longer than earthling man has been keeping track of time!  We would need to have demonstrations and evidence of this technology before we could grumble about it or its use.  When we consider how many innocent people we have paid to keep incarcerated, we could sure use the help of such a nature!

When the return of the Son of man establishes the laws of the colonizers of this world, there will be some who are going to be opposed to the actions that are taken with respect to criminal actions and activities.  The perception of the Elohim and the UAP does not allow for such a spineless thinking pattern to prevent there from being righteous justice for those who are righteous with respect to obedience to the law.  Adam and Eve were used as examples pertaining to the conceptual perceptions of the Elohim.  The wages of sin is death, even though all mortal life forms grow old and die in the passing of time, sin is an act that brings death before the passage of a life span.  The laws given and enforced on earthling man by the Elohim were extremely lenient, more so than they are among their own peoples.  Sin is the act of using the universal freewill in a negative manner to produce negative results, the action and the results being harmful or damaging to others.  The act of doing something that is damaging to others is an act which constitutes the sacrificing of or loosing the option of the rights held to be due those who are righteous.  When one commits an act such as murder, that one has forfeited their rights as a sentient being.  Among the UAP and the Elohim, there are no rights for those who commit acts of violence against others, the act itself constitutes an elimination of access to such rights.  This is where some of the radical rights activist groups are going to have problems with the establishment of the new order which will include the establishment of the laws of the UAP.

The next commandment brings up the issue of adultery, that being forbidden.  The act of adultery is having sexual intercourse with one not your marriage mate.  This law has multiple reasons for the logic being so absolute.  The act of making a commitment to another as a marriage partner is one involving fidelity, stability, dependability, consistency, steadfastness, and loyalty.  All these things bespeak a principled and disciplined commitment to the other person.  To fail in this commitment to the other person not only demonstrates the opposite of all the desired qualities, but demonstrates a lack of self-discipline and trueness unto one's self as well.  If you cannot be true unto yourself, then you cannot be true unto another, you are therefore not dependable, or consistent to others who may need to rely on someone having those qualities.  Not only was this an issue of morality and character, but it was an issue of respect for others and their rights and feelings.  If you have numerous people of both genders, male and female, operating as teams assigned to long duration missions aboard a ship, you could not maintain peace and morale among the crew if there were not guidelines for keeping relationships intact.  In the absence of such standards, there would be the potential for bad situations which would tear down the unity and functional efficiency of the crew, the ship, its operations, and could even pose the danger of threatening both mission and crew.  Such conduct as adultery could generate scandals that would effect interplanetary relations between worlds and people that could effect generations, and effect the balance and structure that peace rests upon between worlds.

This also is an area where we leave a lot to be desired for the helper and the Elohim as well.  Our moral standards are depraved in comparison to those of these people!  Remaining true unto one's self until marriage is all but unheard of by the standards of our modern society.  This will not go well in our favor or in our finding favor in the eyes of the helper or their people.  This shows a lack of self-discipline, values, ethics, and a general disregard for that which is wholesome and becoming of truly sentient life forms.  In this area there is concern as to the responses of those who may wish to be a part of something greater, but will not wish to part with their practices and life styles that are not considered righteous among the UAP and its peoples.  To choose to do something that is not in the standards established as the code of ethical acceptability, is to choose to not be qualified to be considered for being included as a part of the order based on these standards.  The new order will constitute that which is based on and operates on higher standards than some may wish to live by, or choose to accept as the standards measured out as the basis of acceptability.  Here is where the problem may be presented.  Our modern standards are far from what is the required and set standard for all who are included in operations and joint missions from the UAP Command Center!  One act of such moral depravity and you are off of the duty roster, or worse.  An act of adultery, or fornication, or homosexuality, and your service record is marked, and so are you!

Now we get into another area where morality is the issue.  Men who lie with men, or women who lie with women, will not inherit the kingdom, these are placed in the same category with thieves, greedy persons, drunkards, revilers, extortioners, idolaters, adulterers, and fornicators.  This is found at 1 Corinthians six verses nine and ten.  Why is this stated in this way?  Because the text there is making a statement which pertains to the ethical code of acceptability, and what does not fit that code and its standards.  Why is it that homosexuality is mentioned, and stated to rank right along with the other things not acceptable to the Elohim and the UAP?  Because, this practice is viewed as a choice that serves only to fulfill the self-gratification of the practicers, and is not a serviceable choice for the expansion of life across the universe.  Homosexuals do not produce offspring to populate a colonizing world, and therefore they are a sort of hybrid that serves no progressive purpose.  These ones are not considered to be a part of the natural order of things which ensures the perpetuation of life forms and guarantees their survival through reproduction and the continuation of their own kind.  This does not even include taking into consideration the potential for problems with morale, relationships, and the scandal possibilities that such a life style could pose on long term assignments aboard a colonization or exploration ship!  It is logically a matter of logistics!  There is a lot more to the issue of this particular preference than merely religion or morality, there is a matter of logical principles involved in this matter.

The matter of theft, as stated thou shall not steal, is another matter that has application on higher functional levels than we have been led to think about.  The act of stealing is the act of choosing to obtain something that does not belong to you, by taking it from the person to who it does belong.  This is not an act which reflects self-respect, self-discipline, or any form of consideration for others.  This is therefore not a part of the code of ethics of acceptability because among those who live by higher standards, there is no excuse for such conduct.  The Elohim and the worlds of the UAP do not have the type of monetary system that we on our world have.  Their system allows for more of the things considered to be worth having to be within the reach and access of any and all who do their share of working for the good of the group that they serve with, this provides all that they need.  Thus, the peoples of the UAP seek first their assigned tasks and the responsibilities therein, and all else is added to them.  There are therefore no problems such as, greed, materialism, stealing, extortion, inflation, corruption based on greed, descent due to greed or corruption, no competitiveness based on materialism or greed.  The Elohim, and the UAP personnel, live fuller and more productive lives without all of the hinderances that we must contend with on our world.  There is less of a basis on which to breed contentions, strife, or any form of disunity based on need or greed.  They are equals with each other, with no one having to covet anything that another has.  One who works to be worthy of what they have is respectable, and civilized.  Stealing is not a civilized conduct, nor does it reflect the essence of mature sentient accountability.  This too may be an area presenting some problems.

On our world, the system itself perpetuates stealing and covetousness, by advertising things and making them seem really desirable.  When the advertising industry does this, it has a negative effect on those who do not possess the ways and means monetarily to legally obtain the things they must continue to see flaunted before them.  This contributes to the actions of the thieves, who think they cannot live without trying to obtain some of these things, even though they know that they will stand a chance of being arrested and put in jail or prison for stealing the objects of their envy.  The fact that our current economic systems provide such an unbalanced environment, allowing for the vast majority of the wealth to be held by the few, and the majority to barely make ends meet, perpetuates the increase of lawlessness prevailing on our world as well.  The emphasis of the advertising industry is on being up with the state of the art technology of all the new things being marketed.  Social pressure adds to the dilemma and the problem of lawlessness increasing, because people who are not keeping up with the proverbial Joneses are not socially thought of to be equal to those who are materialistic in their manners and priorities.  Profit is the motivation behind the entire economy, not what the people need or what could make life easier or better.  If the priority of the economical system were the good of the people, then we would have never been sold the bogus bill of goods called inflation!  Inflation merely amounts to the human earthly greed index!  This is illogical and quite perplexing to the helper, and I am in full agreement with that evaluation.

There is one other matter of principled logic that we have not discussed, which also pertains to the ethical code of acceptability.  That of bearing false witness against another.  This is an area where we have some very real problems.  We have so many corrupt people who will say whatever they are paid, or threatened, to say, that we have untold numbers of innocent people serving time in prison that should have never been there in the first place!  Who wins a case may be based on who has the highest price lawyer, or who has the most influence with the judge, not what is actually just or true.  Cases involving corporations, and people with a lot of money have been known for working this way for years.  Now there is another area where the accusations are being made by agencies that are financially funded by the government, and are suppose to be set up to help people.  This is the area where the problems are now, based on the number of expose's on the national media.  There are so many people being wrongfully accused, set up, and hung out to dry, by these agencies that, there are now support groups for the families who have become victims of these agencies and their crusades.  This scenario constitutes the abuse and misuse of power and authority by such agencies, and it constitutes a national disgrace as well!  There is a growing need for the government to investigate such agencies and regulate them more closely, before there is to much agitation for even the government itself to deal with.

This is another big issue among the peoples of the UAP, and the Elohim, because what an individual says is suppose to be honest, honorable, and absolutely truthful.  Among the peoples of the UAP, such an act as bearing false witness against another reaps worse judgment than the one being judged and false witness bore against!  One who causes injury to be done to another by false statements, this one will receive the same sort of punishment, or even worse for committing such an act.  How much worse the punishment is for the one bearing false witness against another is determined by the amount of grief, and suffering, damage and loss caused by the one bearing false witness.  This would help keep people motivated to not lie more than the concept of purgery!  Let some of the personnel of these agencies spend the same amount of time in a regular prison, not a country club prison for the elite, and see if they can find the truth to be more to their liking!  Then we would not have to hear all of these embarrassing stories on talk shows about how corrupt these agencies are and the courts that play favorits to them.  And let these judges who wrongfully sentence innocent people to prison, let them spend time in a regular prison too!  This is what they are in for once the return establishes the new order in which righteousness is to dwell, and they will get to know the sense of what they have been doing.  Like for like, and even a little more for the good measure of compensation for the wrongs committed, this is what is to be expected upon the return of the Son of man, in all his might, majesty. power, glory, and the authority from the UAP that is vested in this one.

How do we know that these things faithful are and true?  Because of the words found at John sixteen verses twelve through fourteen.  Here Jesus is explaining that there were things that he could not disclose, not even to his closest followers and apostles, because they were the sort of things that Jesus said they could not bear them then.  But, Jesus went on to say that, when the helper that he was promising to send arrives, this helper would guide us to all truth and he will not speak of his own impulses, but will speak the things that the helper hears from the Son of man, and the helper will declare to us the things hidden from the founding of our world.  These are the very things that will glorify the Son of man, the Elohim who brought him forth into our world, and the UAP who gave the authority for the entire process to take place as it has and will continue to occur.   The helper will receive what he declares to us from what is declared to the Son of man, and from this authority these things are true.  Jesus himself said that heaven and earth will pass away, but his words would by no means pass away, see Matthew twenty-four verse thirty-five.  This means that the old heaven and the old earth, both being of an order not acknowledging the authority of the UAP, would pass away, but that Jesus' word would not pass away.  Why?  Because the words that Jesus was referring to had not even been fully disclosed, but at the appointed time these things would be disclosed, and once these things had come into being or been fulfilled, the old heavens and the old earth would have been replaced by that which is complete.  The new heavens Land the new earth in which righteousness is to dwell will be the fulfillment of the words spoken by Jesus and revealed to us, or brought to us by the helper.  Therefore the things of the helper are the things of the words of Jesus.  Thus it could be said that, the words or sayings of Jesus and of the helper will by no means pass away!
